Abstract

In a segmented shuttering for circular constructions, a framing is comprised of uprights (6) and polygonal stretches (5) of which the corner angles may be adjusted. The shuttering panels (12) which form the shuttering surface are laid directly to the stretches (5) and present a continuous curvature. The stretches (5) are formed of profile irons.

Description

The invention relates to a segment formwork for circular structures, with a scaffold consisting of uprights and runners and with formwork panels attached to the scaffold at points, with straight runner sections adjoining one another in a polygonal train in a mutual angular position to form the runners and the angular position between the individual runner sections being adjustable, and wherein the formwork panels have an at least approximately continuous curvature.

Particularly in the case of round buildings with a very large diameter, the entire wall is not shuttered at once, but wall sections, so-called segments, are shuttered and then concreted. After concreting such a wall section, the formwork is moved and an adjacent wall section is concreted.

In the case of segment formwork (WO 84/00189), the straight sections of the runners can be adjusted in relation to one another so that the successive sections of the runner form a polygon. The formwork panels are spaced from these runners, with uprights inserted between the formwork panels and the runners. The formwork panels themselves are attached to these uprights. As seen in the horizontal direction, the rotor and the post are offset from one another, so that the formwork panels can only come into contact with the post. It is therefore necessary to use a formwork skin that is stable in itself and can hardly be bent, or a large number of crossbars must be used to support the area of the formwork skin between the individual uprights.

Formwork segments of this type can be adapted to different building diameters due to the design of the runners as articulated bolts, but if the radius of curvature changes, the formwork skin must be completely separated from the uprights. Furthermore, the uprights of the inner and outer formwork would have to be realigned to each other in many cases.

In a further known embodiment (FR-A 412 798), runners are provided which are guided along the upper and lower formwork edges, these runners being adapted to the continuous curvature of the formwork panels. Wooden slats are provided for these runners, which have a series of incisions on the outer side of the curvature, so that this wooden slat can be bent accordingly. On the outside, i.e. facing away from the formwork panel, a metal band is provided, and after the desired curvature has been set up, the formwork panels, the wooden runner in between and the outer metal band are screwed together, so that a stable curvature is achieved due to the multilayer structure. So that a change in the radius of curvature is possible, the bores on the outer metal band are designed as longitudinal slots in order to be able to carry out a change in the curvature in a certain area.

So there is a continuous connection with small distances between the formwork panels, an adjacent, continuously curved runner and an external metal band. A large number of screws must therefore be loosened and tightened again if a change in the diameter of the formwork is to be achieved. In this known embodiment, no uprights are arranged between the runners, but only L-shaped profiles are attached to the vertical side edges of the individual formwork panels in order to be able to connect the side edges of successive formwork panels to one another. The formwork panels are supported in the horizontal direction here only by the runners, which must also be supported by a second runner, which is coaxially spaced therefrom. This is because the runners provided here, which lie directly against the formwork panels, are practically part of the formwork panels and cannot serve as formwork framework.

The object of the invention is to provide a segment formwork of the type mentioned for round buildings with a very large diameter, in which the radius of curvature can be changed without the formwork panels of the formlining from the scaffolding that supports them, ie. H. from runners or stanchions. This should be possible with both external and internal formwork.

This is achieved according to the invention in that the formwork panels are in direct contact with the framework formed by runners and uprights arranged between these runners, that the uprights are arranged at the kink points of the runners in the case of internal formwork and in the middle between the runners of the runners in the case of external formwork, and in that the formwork panels are fastened to the uprights, which have horizontal slots through which fastening screws or the like protrude.

The configuration of the segment formwork according to the invention considerably speeds up and facilitates the adaptation to different building diameters.

In contrast to conventional segment formwork, in which the uprights and the runners lie against one another laterally, the uprights generally being arranged between the runners and the formlining, one embodiment of the invention provides that the uprights are arranged between the runners and with them, preferably are connected by welding.

The uprights come directly to both the inner formwork and the outer formwork due to the straight sections of the runners and the curvature of the formwork panels Formwork surfaces for the system. The scaffold formed from the uprights and runners is rigid in itself after the rotor sections have been mutually locked at the required angle. In these uprights, they are fastened in horizontal slots using the fastening bolts.

The lengthwise differences in the formwork skin can be compensated for by adding or removing supplements, whereby. the allowances can be placed between the formlining or between the uprights.

The formwork panels are advantageously made of multi-glued wood and preferably clad with sheet metal, since such formwork panels can achieve a continuous curvature and they also have the necessary rigidity, so that they only have to rest against the runners in places.

It is also advantageously provided that the runners and uprights form a closed frame which carries several formwork panels and can be connected to a similar frame.

  • Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Segmentschalung ;
  • Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt durch die Segmentschalung ;
  • Fig. 3 einen Vertikalschnitt ;
  • Fig. 4 ebenfalls einen Vertikalschnitt im Anschlußbereich zweier aufeinanderstehender Schalungsringe ;
  • Fig. 5 einen vergrößerten Ausschnitt aus der Fig. 2.
An exemplary embodiment is described in detail below with reference to the figures in the accompanying drawings, without the invention being restricted thereto. Show it :
  • Figure 1 is a schematic representation of a segment formwork according to the invention.
  • Figure 2 is a horizontal section through the segment formwork.
  • 3 shows a vertical section;
  • 4 also shows a vertical section in the connection area of two formwork rings standing one on top of the other;
  • 5 shows an enlarged detail from FIG. 2.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, different segment formwork 1 can be put together to form a large segment 2. In Fig. 1, 3 is an already concreted concrete section.

Each segment formwork 1 has a closed frame 4, which is formed by runners 5 and 6 pillars.

While the runners 5 are continuous, the uprights 6 are formed by uprights 6 ′, which are each arranged between two runners 5 and connected to them, preferably welded.

The runners 5 are formed by profile iron. In the exemplary embodiment, they are U-profiles. The profile bars are provided with slots 7 at their kinks 8, the flange 9 of the profile facing the formwork not being cut. In the opposite flange 9 ', 8 tabs 10 or the like are provided at the kinks, which connect mutually adjacent sections of the flange 9' to one another. The tabs 10 are provided with elongated holes, for example, through which the fastening screws 11 protrude. The course of curvature of the runners 5 can thus be adjusted simply by loosening the fastening screws 11 at the kinks, whereupon the runners 5 are bent at the kinks 8 and adapted to the desired course of curvature. Then the clamping screws 11 are tightened again.

As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the formwork panels 12 lie directly against the runners 5 and the uprights 6.

The runners 5 have a polygonal course, but the formwork panels 12 have a continuous curvature, so that there are free areas 13 between the runners 5 and the formwork panels 12.

The formwork panels 12 are made of multiply glued wood and can be clad with sheet metal on the concrete side. These formwork panels 12 can be easily bent on the one hand and, on the other hand, have sufficient rigidity and tension properties so that they are not pushed against the runner 5 by the freshly poured concrete in such a way that the formwork surface would be polygonal.

As can be seen from FIG. 2, the uprights 6 are arranged at the kinks 8 in the internal formwork, but are only welded to one runner section 5 ′ in each case. The uprights 6 of the outer formwork are arranged centrally between the kinks 8. The formwork panels 12 are fastened directly to the uprights 6, namely these uprights 6 have horizontally extending elongated holes through which the fastening screws of the formwork panels 12 protrude. These fastening screws can be moved within the elongated holes, so that the formwork panels 12 do not have to be removed from the uprights 6 when the curvature of the rotor 5 changes.

As can be seen from FIG. 4, clamping jaws 14 are held on the rotors 5 by means of clamping screws 15 and clamping jaws 16. The tie rods 25 are anchored in the clamping jaws 14. The tie rods 25 are screwed into nuts 26, the nut 26 being detachably attached to the clamping jaw 14 on one side, for example in the internal formwork, and thus practically forming an internal thread of the respective clamping jaw 14. The insertion and screwing of the tie rods 25 can therefore be carried out from one side of the formwork. The tie rods 25 are pushed through the formwork from the right in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4 and screwed into the left nut 26 connected to the clamping jaw 14. The right nut 26 is then screwed on. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the runners 5, which are each arranged on the edges of the formwork panels 12, have interlocking projections 17. This means that one formwork ring can easily be placed on top of the other, centering itself automatically. This makes climbing the formwork easier.

In the exemplary embodiment, the vertical abutments 6 'are formed by square tubes, but I profiles or U profiles could also be used.

With the . Segment formwork according to the invention is advantageously concreted in such a way that a large segment 2 is built up, for example, in the inner formwork becomes. In the case of the outer formwork, a ring section with a height of preferably 1.5 m is set up and connected to the inner formwork by means of the tie rods 25. Before this, the reinforcement can be inserted in full.

The boarded section is then filled with concrete and compacted. Then a second ring section on the outer formwork can be placed on top of the previous one. This ring section is in turn connected to the inner formwork and the concreting process is repeated. When the ring sections are put on, the advantage of the projections 17 becomes apparent since the runners 5 and thus the formwork panels 12 of adjacent ring sections are automatically aligned with one another.

Die aneinanderliegenden Läufer 5 benachbarter Ringabschnitte bzw. Schalplatten 12 werden vorteilhaft durch Zapfen-Keilverbindungen 18 miteinander verbunden.The adjacent runners 5 of adjacent ring sections or formwork panels 12 are advantageously connected to one another by pin-wedge connections 18.

The segmental formwork according to the invention enables individual segmental formworks 1 to be placed very quickly against one another and thus rapid formwork climbing, so that the method described above can be used. Likewise, the embodiment of the segment formwork according to the invention enables it to be quickly adapted to diameters of circular structures of different sizes.
