Claims (7)
- Scharnier zur gelenkigen, aushängbaren Verbindung zweier benachbarter Flügelfelder (1, 2) eines Sektional-Tores (Gliedertores), mit einer oberen Profilleiste (3), die in geschlossener, vertikaler Stellung der Flügelfelder betrachtet, am oberen horizontalen Längsrand eines Flügelfeldes (1) angeordnet ist und einen Längswulst (4) mit im wesentlichen zylindrischer Mantelfläche (4a) aufweist, dessen Wulstachse (A) gegenüber einem an der Flügelfeldinnenseite angeordneten Profil innenschenkel (7) zur Flügelfeldaußenseite hin mindestens um den halben Wulstdurchmesser versetzt ist und der von einer Außenschale (8) mit radialem Abstand teilweise umgeben ist, und mit einer unteren Profilleiste (5), die am unteren Längsrand des anderen Flügelfeldes (2) angeordnet ist, eine den Längswulst (4) der oberen Profilleiste (3) des darunter angeordneten Flügelfeldes (1) teilweise in einem Umfangswinkelbereich von mehr als 180° konzentrisch umfassende, einseitig offene Lagerschale (6) aufweist, die mit ihrer inneren Mantelfläche (6a) auf der Mantelfläche (4a) des Längswulstes (4) drehbar gelagert ist und deren äußere Mantelfläche (6b) von der inneren Mantelfläche (8a) der Außenschale (8) mit geringem Abstand umgeben ist und die sich in geschlossener Stellung der Flügelfelder (1, 2) von einer durch die Wulstachse (A) verlaufenden Horizontalebene (H-H) aus um mindestens 60° Umfangswinkel nach unten erstreckt, wobei die Mantelfläche (4a) des Längswulstes (4) mit einer Ausnehmung (4b) versehen ist, damit die am unteren Rand des oberen Flügelfeldes (2) angeordnete Profilleiste (5) in einer nur während der Montage vorhandenen, extremen Schwenkstellung mit ihrer Lagerschale (6) eingehängt oder ausgehängt werden kann, und wobei an die äußere Mantelfläche (6b) der Lagerschale (6) ein zur Wulstachse (A) konzentrischer Kanal (10) angrenzt, in welchem in geschlossener Stellung der Flügelfelder (1, 2) die Außenschale (8) vollständig eintaucht, und der zur Flügelfeldaußenseite hin von einem zur Wulstachse (A) konzentrischen Schalenabschnitt (11) begrenzt ist, der die äußere Mantelfläche (8b) der Außenschale (8) mit geringem Abstand umgibt und dessen unteres Ende mit einem an der Flügelfeldaußenseite angeordneten Profilaußenschenkel (12) in Verbindung steht, wodurch eine zur darunter liegenden oberen Profilleiste (3) hin gerichtete Nase (13) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils in geschlossener, vertikaler Stellung der Flügelfelder (1, 2) betrachtet, sich die Außenschale (8) und der Kanal (10) von der durch die Wulstachse (A) gehenden Horizontalebene (H-H) in einem Umfangswinkelbereich (µ) von mindestens 65° nach oben erstrecken, daß die Nase (13) etwa in Höhe der Horizontalebene (H-H) angeordnet ist und sich der Schalenabschnitt (11) etwa in die Höhe der Horizontalebene (H-H) in unmittelbare Nähe der Nase (13) erstreckt, daß die äußere Mantelfläche (8b) der Außenschale (8) im Bereich der Horizontalebene (H-H) in größtmöglicher Nähe zur Flügelfeldaußenseite angeordnet ist und ihr horizontaler Abstand (a) zur Flügelfeldaußenseite bzw. einem dort angeordneten Profilaußenschenkel (14) der oberen Profilleiste (3) maximal 6 mm beträgt, und daß die innere Mantelfläche (8a) der Außenschale (8) in einem an das obere Ende (8c) derselben angrenzenden Winkelbereich (β) eine radial nach außen versetzte Ausbauchung (16) aufweist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Außenschale (8) und der Kanal (10) von der Horizontalebene (H-H) in einem Umfangswinkelbereich (µ) von etwa 75° nach oben erstrecken.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale Abstand (a) der äußeren Mantelfläche (8b) der Außenschale (8) von dem Profilaußenschenkel (14) maximal 5 mm beträgt.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Außenschale (8) zugekehrte Begrenzungsfläche (13a) der Nase (13) konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in geschlossener Stellung der Flügelfelder (1, 2) die der konvex gekrümmten Begrenzungsfläche (13a) gegenüberliegende Begrenzungsfläche (15) der Außenschale (8) konkav gekrümmt ist.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Mantelfläche (8b) der außenschale (8) mit einer Schrägfläche in den Profilaußenschenkel (14) übergeht.
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Mantelfläche (8b) der Außenschale (8) tangential in den Profilaußenschenkel (14) übergeht.
