Abstract

Dans un dispositif pour le transport de sections (28) d'un support d'enregistrement provenant d'un mécanisme d'impression, comportant pour le sectionnement des sections (28) du mécanisme d'impression une unité de coupe (12) mobile sur une course de coupe et sur une course de retour transversalement au sens de transport (A) du support d'enregistrement sur toute la largeur de ce dernier, dans le sens du transport (A), derrière le point de coupe, sont fixés des éléments de transport (32, 38) pour la saisie et l'avance des sections sectionnées (28), accouplables à l'unité de coupe (12) par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission (14, 24, 52, 50, 44, 36) de telle façon qu'ils saisissent lors de la course de retour de l'unité de coupe (12) la section sectionnée (28) et la font avancer dans le sens du transport (A).

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour le transport de sections séparées (28) d'un support d'enregistrement sans fin provenant d'un mécanisme d'enregistrement, qui comprend, pour la séparation des sections (28) à partir du support d'enregistrement, une unité de coupe (12), qui est déplaçable en va-et-vient, sur une course de coupe et sur une course de retour, transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (A) du support d'enregistrement, sur la largeur de ce dernier, et comportant des éléments de transport (32,38), qui sont disposés derrière l'emplacement de coupe dans la direction de transport (A) et peuvent être entraînés selon un déplacement de saisie de la section séparée (28), et selon un déplacement de transport servant à faire avancer la section séparée (28), caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de transport (32,38) sont accouplés à l'unité de coupe (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de transmission (14,24,52,50,44,36) de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent être entraînés aussi bien pour le déplacement de saisie que pour le déplacement de transport, par l'unité de coupe (12) sur sa course de retour.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de transmission (14,24,52,50,44,36) comprend un accouplement unidirectionnel (24).
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'accouplement unidirectionnel comporte une roue libre (24).
  4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de coupe comprend un support (12) guidé de manière à se déplacer transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport (A) et destiné à un couteau, et le support (12) est relié à l'accouplement unidirectionnel (24) par l'intermédiaire d'un câble de traction (14), qui s'enroule au moins partiellement autour d'un élément d'entraînement (22) de l'accouplement unidirectionnel (24) et forme une partie du dispositif de transmission (14,24,52,50,44,36).
  5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que dans le câble de traction (14) est disposé un ressort de traction (26) qui tend ce câble.
  6. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de transport sont des cylindres de transport (32,38) qui coopèrent entre eux par couples, qui peuvent être entraînés en des sens opposés et qui délimitent entre eux une fente servant à saisir les sections séparées (28) du support d'enregistrement.
  7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que respectivement l'un (38) des cylindres de transport (32,38), qui coopèrent entre eux par couples, est tourillonné sur un bras basculant (42), qui pour sa part est monté de manière à pouvoir basculer autour d'un axe de basculement (46) parallèle aux axes (43,40) des cylindres et peut être précontraint dans sa position éloignée de l'autre cylindre de transport respectif (32), monté fixe, et le dispositif de transmission (14,24,52,50,44,36) comprend une roue intermédiaire (50), qui est montée coaxialement à l'axe de basculement (46) du bras basculant (42) et qui engrène d'une part avec une roue dentée (52), solidaire en rotation avec un élément d'entraînement (22) de l'accouplement unidirectionnel (24), et d'autre part avec une roue dentée (44), reliée solidaire en rotation à l'arbre (40) du cylindre de transport (38) monté sur le bras basculant (42), destinée à engrener avec une roue dentée identique (36) qui est montée sur l'arbre (34) de l'autre cylindre de transport (32).
