Definitions
- the invention relates to a new, single-coil weave for double piece fabrics, in which color amounts are avoided.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a single-piece weave (in particular one-weave or double-weave with alternating weft cut-off), in which the binding of the effective pile threads is a 1/1 weave, one during the first four wefts 1, 2, 3, 4 active (pile-forming) pile thread 9 is tied into the lower fabric after the fourth shot 4 and another pile thread 10, which was previously tied into the lower fabric, becomes an active pile thread after the fourth shot 4.
- Both the pile thread 9 and the pile thread 10 are located in the upper fabric between the weft 3 and the weft 5, which after the two pieces of fabric have been cut apart have a tendency to cross each other. Because of their different colors, that part of the upper fabric is given a color mixture (mixed contour).
- a single-piece woven double piece fabric is again blended, in which the binding of the active (active) pile threads is a 1/1-V bond, with a pile thread 11 acting during the first four shots 1, 2, 3, 4 the fourth weft 4 in the upper fabric is tied in and another pile thread 12, which was previously tied in the upper fabric, becomes an active pile thread after the fourth shot.
- the pile thread 11 and the pile thread 12 With a tendency to cross over between the weft 4 and the weft 6. Because of their different colors, that area in the lower fabric is given a mixture of colors.
- FIG. 3A shows a single-piece woven double piece fabric in which the binding of the effective pile threads is a 1/1 V bond (one-shot pile weave), with a pile thread 13 acting during the first four shots 1, 2, 3, 4 the fourth weft 4 is bound in the upper fabric and another pile thread 14, which was previously bound in the lower fabric, becomes an active pile thread after the fourth shot 4. Both the pile thread 13 and the pile thread 14 are again in the lower fabric between the weft 4 and the weft 5. These two pile threads 13 and 14 run under the weft 4 in the lower fabric and over the weft 5 in the upper fabric. In this case one speaks of a duplication. Even if the double work in FIG. 3A is eliminated according to a known method, see FIG. 3B, a mixture of colors is still obtained at the height of the shot 4.
- a 1/1 V bond one-shot pile weave
- a known solution to the problem of color mixture is that a 1/1 weave alone is used for the basic weave. As a result, the shots are placed on top of one another less and a better line demarcation between the different color fields is obtained.
- a disadvantage here is that the back of the fabric turns out to be less beautiful because the wefts cannot be so close together.
- the aim of the invention is to create a new bond to be provided, in which the above-mentioned color mixtures are avoided at color transitions in order to improve the line demarcation between the different color fields.
- the object of the invention consists of bonds which are adapted for a number of states of the pile threads. If the prescribed, adapted binding is used for a color transition in each of these states, the disruptive color mixture is avoided.
- bonds are indicated in such a way that the position of a pile thread with respect to four successive weft threads is designated. This position is designated for four successive shots either under or over a weft with the letters O or B.
- FIG. 4 shows a schematic cross section through the fabric with the new weave according to the invention for an effective pile thread which was integrated in the lower fabric before the color transition.
- FIG. 5 shows a schematic cross section through the fabric with the new weave according to the invention for an effective pile thread which is incorporated in the upper fabric after the color transition.
- FIG. 6 shows a schematic cross section through the fabric with the new weaves according to the invention for a color transition due to the transition from an effective pile thread, which is subsequently bound in the upper fabric, to an effective pile thread, which was previously bound in the bottom fabric.
- FIG. 7 shows a schematic cross section through the fabric with a color transition as a result of the transition from an effective pile thread, which is subsequently bound in the lower fabric, to an effective pile thread, which was previously bound in the upper fabric.
- the effective pile thread 17 is integrated in the upper fabric after the color transition (state 4).
- This pile thread 17 runs in the new binding according to the invention over the weft 1, under the weft 2, over the weft 3 and over the weft 4 - (BOBB).
- pile thread 20 which is effective after the transition is integrated for the color transition in the lower fabric (state 2), and an effective pile thread 19 is integrated in the upper fabric after the transition (state 4).
- pile thread 19 runs over the weft 1, under the weft 2, over the weft 3 and over the weft 4 - (BOBB).
- a comparison of the respective adapted bindings with the original bindings shows that mixtures of colors no longer appear in the bindings according to the invention.
- the illustrated bindings according to the invention thus help to ensure that two different colors never appear between two interior wefts. In fact, a pole is only formed in the outer shots.
- the advantage of the invention is that the color mixture is switched off at the level of the color transitions, which improves the line demarcation between the different color fields, while the working method used does not entail a single disadvantage for the fabric.
- the invention relates to a working method for single-coil weaving of a double piece fabric with an integrated, dead pole.
- the fabric produced in this way is characterized by a blend-free color transition.
- this pile thread 20 After the transition of a pile thread 20 which was previously integrated in the lower fabric and is subsequently active, this pile thread 20 is allowed to assume the following positions with respect to the following four shots 5, 6, 7, 8: bottom, bottom, top, bottom.
- An effective before the transition and after the transition of weft threads 5,6,7,8 integrated in the upper fabric pile thread 19 is allowed to assume the following positions with respect to the four previous wefts 1, 2, 3, 4: top, bottom, top, top .
- the invention relates to double piece fabrics, which are made by at least one of these working methods, whereby color mixtures are avoided.

Description
The invention relates to a new, single-coil weave for double piece fabrics, in which color amounts are avoided.
There is always a certain amount of color, especially with single-coil bindings with a bound, dead pole, where a tie chain of 2/2 and a tension chain of 1/1 are used. This intermingling is caused by the fact that between two inner wefts there are pile threads of different colors. This problem, on which the invention is based, is made clear in connection with the attached figures 1, 2, 3A and 3B.
Wegen ihrer unterschiedlichen Farbe erhält daher jene Stelle in dem Obergewebe ein Farbgemenge (Mischkontur).1 schematically shows a single-piece weave (in particular one-weave or double-weave with alternating weft cut-off), in which the binding of the effective pile threads is a 1/1 weave, one during the first four
In FIG. 2, a single-piece woven double piece fabric is again blended, in which the binding of the active (active) pile threads is a 1/1-V bond, with a
Selbst wenn man gemäß einem bekannten Verfahren siehe Fig. 3B die Doppelarbeit in Fig. 3A ausschaltet, wird noch immer in der Höhe des Schusses 4 ein Farbgemenge erhalten.FIG. 3A shows a single-piece woven double piece fabric in which the binding of the effective pile threads is a 1/1 V bond (one-shot pile weave), with a
A known solution to the problem of color mixture is that a 1/1 weave alone is used for the basic weave. As a result, the shots are placed on top of one another less and a better line demarcation between the different color fields is obtained. A disadvantage here is that the back of the fabric turns out to be less beautiful because the wefts cannot be so close together.
The aim of the invention is to create a new bond to be provided, in which the above-mentioned color mixtures are avoided at color transitions in order to improve the line demarcation between the different color fields.
The object of the invention consists of bonds which are adapted for a number of states of the pile threads. If the prescribed, adapted binding is used for a color transition in each of these states, the disruptive color mixture is avoided.
B benannt. The bonds are indicated in such a way that the position of a pile thread with respect to four successive weft threads is designated. This position is designated for four successive shots either under or over a weft with the letters O or B.

Only in the first-mentioned transition - from
- For an effective pile thread that is tied into the upper fabric after the four specified shots (= condition 4): BOBB
- for an effective pile thread that is integrated in the lower fabric before the four indicated shots (= condition 2): OOBO.
In Fig. 4 (improvement compared to Fig. 1), the pile thread 16 for the color transition in the lower fabric (state 2) is integrated. In the new binding according to the invention, this pile thread 16 runs under the
In FIG. 5 (improvement compared to FIG. 2), the effective pile thread 17 is integrated in the upper fabric after the color transition (state 4). This pile thread 17 runs in the new binding according to the invention over the
In FIG. 6 (improvement compared to FIG. 3A), the
Fig. 2 und 5, Fig. 1 und 4 bzw. A comparison of the respective adapted bindings with the original bindings (cf. FIGS. 2 and 5, FIGS. 1 and 4 or FIGS. 3A and 6) shows that mixtures of colors no longer appear in the bindings according to the invention.
The illustrated bindings according to the invention thus help to ensure that two different colors never appear between two interior wefts. In fact, a pole is only formed in the outer shots.
In order to realize these adapted ties, one intervenes in the manchons in those places where a color transition appears. For the smooth colored areas themselves, the usual basic manchos (with the usual bindings) are used.
The advantage of the invention is that the color mixture is switched off at the level of the color transitions, which improves the line demarcation between the different color fields, while the working method used does not entail a single disadvantage for the fabric.
If one wishes to apply the bindings according to the invention to the weaving of mixed effects (mixing two colors in canvas), however, these result in a low pole occupation, in that a pole is formed only every two wefts. This problem can be solved by considering this batch as a special color, for which the unmatched bindings are used and thus the unmatched basic manchons are provided.
Im folgenden werden einige Gesichtspunkte der Erfindung angegeben:Some aspects of the invention are set out below:
The invention relates to a working method for single-coil weaving of a double piece fabric with an integrated, dead pole. The fabric produced in this way is characterized by a blend-free color transition. After the transition of a
