Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture en matière synthétique thermoplastique, pour la manutention et le stockage de produits liquides et montable sur un récipient, ce dispositif comportant un élément verseur (3) muni d'un bec (30) de forme sensiblement tubulaire et d'une embase (31) pour la fixation sur ledit récipient, et comportant également un élément obturateur (2) qui obture l'ouverture de l'élément verseur, ledit élément verseur (3) et ledit élément obturateur (2) étant mutuellement reliés de manière pivotable tout en présentant au moins deux zones dont chacune est constituée d'un matériau différent, ces matériaux différents se distinguant l'un de l'autre par au moins l'une de leurs propriétés, caractérisé en ce que l'élément obturateur (2) présente au moins un indicateur (8, 9) faisant partie de la zone réalisée dans l'un des matériaux, en ce que ledit indicateur (8, 9) s'étend sur la surface extérieure du bec (30) faisant partie de la zone de l'autre matériau, en ce que l'indicateur (8) est réalisé par un procédé de moulage par injection multi-matière dans l'un ou dans l'autre des matériaux, en ce que ledit indicateur est amené, par la première ouverture du dispositif de fermeture, de manière irréversible d'un premier état dans un deuxième état.
  2. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8) est une barrette (80) s'étendant de l'élément obturateur (2) à l'embase (31), ladite barrette (80) étant fixée à l'aide d'un ancrage (81) entre ladite embase (31) et la paroi (7) du récipient et présente une zone de rupture.
  3. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8) est une barrette (80) s'étendant entre l'élément obturateur et l'embase (31), ladite barrette (80) étant fixée sur le bec (30) à l'aide de moyens d'ajustage géométriques irréversibles (83) et présente une zone de rupture.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone de rupture (85) est un rétrécissement de la section transversale qui est disposé sensiblement au milieu de la longueur de la barrette (80) ou directement sur l'élément obturateur (2).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone de rupture (85) est un rétrécissement de la section transversale qui est activé par une nervure (15) présente dans la paroi du bec verseur ou par une encoche (19) présente dans la barrette (80).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8) présente en outre une nervure de positionnement (82) qui sert à positionner le dispositif de fermeture sur le récipient.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8, 8.1 ... 8.5) est fixé sur l'élément verseur (3) à l'aide de moyens d'assemblage démontables, mais ne pouvant pas être à nouveau réassemblés.
  8. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8) présente une barrette (80) qui se prolonge par une moulure incorporée dans la paroi du bec (30).
  9. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la moulure incorporée est constituée par une ouverture se rétrécissant en direction de l'extérieur.
  10. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5) est constitué par un bourrelet moulé sur l'élément obturateur (2) dans une rainure sur la surface extérieure de l'élément verseur (3), et qui présente une rigidité propre si faible qu'il ne peut plus être réintroduit dans cette rainure après la première ouverture.
  11. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément obturateur (2) présente une lèvre d'ouverture (21) et en ce que l'indicateur ou les indicateurs (8) sont moulés sur cette lèvre.
  12. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur est disposé sur le plan de symétrie (6) du dispositif d'ouverture qui s'étend verticalement par rapport à l'ouverture de versement, ou bien les indicateurs sont disposés symétriquement par rapport à ce plan.
  13. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'indicateur (8) est constitué d'une zone de rupture (9) disposée dans une région de l'élément obturateur (2) qui, à l'état fermé du dispositif de fermeture, vient chevaucher le bec (30).
  14. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la zone de rupture est constituée d'une fente (90) ou d'un pont (91) étroit fermant la fente (90) en direction du bord de l'élément obturateur (2).
