Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de suspension masquée d'une plaque (5, 5′) à une structure support, présentant deux parties métalliques servant à la retenue de la plaque, une partie métallique (1, 1′) étant prévue repliée en U, et sa branche opposée à la plaque (5, 5′) servant d'appui à une partie métallique (2, 2′), pliée de façon contrecoudée et qui s'appuie par une zone de branche plane et est réalisée réglable dans la direction d'extension de la branche, par rapport à la partie métallique (1, 1′) reliée en U, les deux parties métalliques présentant chacune une zone d'extrémité (6, 6′, 7, 7′) pliée ou repliée obliquement et une liaison avec ajustement de forme étant obtenue par l'engagement de ces zones d'extrémité (6, 6′, 7, 7′) dans deux rainures (8, 8′; 9, 9′) fraisées dans la plaque.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur l'une des deux zones de branche (1a, 1a′) planes de l'une des deux parties métalliques (1; 1′), sont réalisés des profilés de guidage latéral (4, 4′), pour permettre le déplacement réciproque des parties métalliques (1, 1′; 2, 2′);
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties métalliques (1, 1′; 2, 2′) sont réglables l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'une vis de réglage (3, 3′).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'extrémités (6, 7) des parties métalliques (1, 2) pliées font un angle compris entre 45 et 80° avec le plan de la plaque (5).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'extrémités (6, 7) des parties métalliques repliées (1, 2) sont repliées de façon à être tournées l'une vers l'autre.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les zones d'extrémités (6′,7′) des parties métalliques (1′, 2′) pliées sont pliées de façon à s'écarter l'une de l'autre.
  7. Procédé de liaison avec ajustement de forme du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, avec une plaque (5, 5′), dans lequel des rainures (8, 8′; 9, 9′) sont fraisées à la surface de la plaque, sous un angle adapté aux zones d'extrémité pliées (6, 6′; 7, 7′) des parties métalliques pliées (1, 1′; 2, 2′), les zones d'extrémité pliées (5, 5′; 6, 6′) étant insérées dans les rainures et les parties métalliques (1, 1′; 2, 2′) déplacées de façon réglée les unes contre les autres, de manière que la plaque (5, 5′) soit fixée.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur de fraisage est de 50 à 95 % de l'épaisseur de la plaque, de préférence de 75 à 85 % de l'épaisseur de la plaque.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que, lors du fraisage en plongées rainures, les parois latérales de rainures prennent une courbure en arc de cercle;
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une base de fraise chanfreinée.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise le fraisage au moyen d'une fraiseuse à main susceptible de se déplacer dans un guidage de fraise, et qui est susceptible de tourner autour d'un axe (13) dans un patin de fraise et d'être réglée dans différentes positions angulaires par rapport à la surface de la plaque.
