Die Frästiefe kann dabei beispielsweise 80% der Plattentiefe betragen. Der Fräsgrund wird vorzugsweise in gefaster Form ausgebildet. In diese Nuten 8, 9 wird nun eine in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Vorrichtung eingesetzt, gespannt und mittels der Stellschraube 3 vorgespannt und fixiert, wobei die Vorspannkraft durch das Anziehen der Stellmutter bestimmt ist und dadurch die Festigkeit der Verbindung der Vorrichtung mit der Platte 5 beeinflußbar ist.The grooves 8 and 9 are now milled into the plate 5 by means of a device according to FIGS. 7 and 8. Um ein etwaiges Aufwölben bzw. Claims (11)

  1. An apparatus for the concealed suspension of a panel (5, 5′) on a support structure, which has two metal parts serving for the panel mounting, wherein a U-shaped bent metal part (1, 1′) is provided against the arm of which remote from the panel (5, 5′) a cranked, bent metal part (2, 2′) is applied with a flat arm region and is designed to be adjustable relative to the U-shaped bent metal part (1, 1′) in the direction of the arm extension, wherein both metal parts each have an obliquely angled end zone (6, 6′, 7, 7′) and wherein a form-locking connnection is achieved by the engagement of these end zones (6, 6′, 7, 7′) in two grooves (8, 8′; 9, 9′) milled in the panel.
  2. An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that lateral guide profiles (4, 4′) for the mutual displacement of the metal parts (1,1′, 2,2′) are formed on one of the flat arm zones (1a, 1a′) of one of the two metal parts (1, 1′).
  3. An apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the two metal parts (1,1′, 2,2′) are adjustable relative to one another by means of an adjusting screw (3, 3′).
  4. An apparatus according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the end zones (6, 7) of the bent metal parts (1, 2) form an angle of between 45 and 80° with the plane of the panel (5).
  5. An apparatus according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the end zones (6, 7) of the bent metal parts (1, 2) are angled towards one another.
  6. An apparatus according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the end zones (6′, 7′) of the bent metal parts (1′, 2′) are angled away from one another.
  7. A method for the form-locking connection of the apparatus according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, with a panel (5, 5′), wherein grooves (8, 8′; 9, 9′) are milled in the panel surface at an angle adapted to the angled end zones (6,6′;7,7′) of the bent metal parts (1,1′;2,2′), whereupon the angled end zones (5,5′;6,6′) are inserted into the grooves and the metal parts (1,1′, 2,2′) are adjusted relative to one another, whereby the panel (5, 5′) is secured.
  8. A method according to Claim 7, characterised in that the milling depth is 50% to 95%, preferably 75% to 85%, of the panel thickness.
  9. A method according to Claim 7 or 8, characterised in that during the milling of the grooves the groove side walls are given a circular curvature.
  10. A method according to any one of Claims 7 to 9, characterised in that a bevelled milled base is provided.
  11. A method according to any one of Claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the milling is carried out by means of a hand milling machine which is displaceable in a milling guide and which is adjustable in a milling shoe rotatable about a pivot (13) in different angular positions in relation to the panel surface.
