Definitions
- the invention relates to a collapsible bridge according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a collapsible bridge which consists of several interconnectable bridge elements.
- the bridge elements each contain a carriageway slab, lower chords and struts.
- the bridge elements are designed either as central elements with a horizontally running lane or as ramp elements with an inclined lane. Ramp elements cannot be used as central elements, so that a relatively large number of parts must be carried when transporting the bridge.
- DE-OS 38 14 502 discloses a bridge of the same type that can be dismantled from individual bridge elements that can be coupled together.
- the bridge elements consist of a truss consisting of road slabs, lower chords and diagonal struts. Since the lower chords and the diagonal struts are telescopic in length or can be attached to certain coupling points, the height of the components can be adjusted.
- the object of the invention is to improve such a bridge that it becomes lighter and simpler in construction.
- the bridge according to the invention is lighter and simpler in construction than the one just described, since there are no telescopic parts (the double-walled design have to be) are more necessary.
- the height and inclination of the bridge modules are freely selectable.
- the articulation of the diagonal elements at the ends of the lower chords allows the lower chords to be constructed more easily than with a articulation in the middle.
- the version with the very short diagonal elements (shorter than half the lower chords) further reduces the overall weight.
- the shortness of the lower chords compared to the roadway automatically results in a higher bridge height (an arch) with the greater length.
- the bridge module B here consists of a roadway element F , two lower chords U and four diagonal struts D.
- the diagonal struts D and the lower flange U can be sunk into the track element F for space-saving transport.
- the roadway element F has a U-shaped cross section, which leaves space in the middle for a stem support or a stem beak or a laying beam. It can be clearly seen that the lower flange U is shorter than the roadway element F , as a result of which the lower flange U can be completely "sunk" into the roadway element F.
- the relatively short diagonal struts D can also be completely sunk in the roadway element F in the transport state or in the short bridge be.
- the different fastening options for the diagonal elements D and the lower flange U in the carriageway element F can also be seen .
- different fastening options 1, 2, 3, 0 for the diagonals D and for the lower flange U are shown at each end of the roadway element F.
- the fastening options 1, 2, 3, 1 ', 2', and 3 ' for the lower chords U and the fastening options 1, 3, 1' and 3 ' are also provided for the diagonal struts D. If other heights or inclinations of the bridge elements B are desired, the attachment points are at different locations.
- the upper end of the diagonal D is here (for example in rails) in the carriageway element F. In the folded state, the upper end is at point 0 ( 0 ' ). When F is raised , U and D unfold automatically. The attachment point 1 is removed from the attachment point 0 by the length of a diagonal D.

- 1 shows a short bridge at the top, the length of which corresponds to a bridge module B and the height of which corresponds to the height of the roadway element F.
- the diagonals D and the lower chords U are, as shown in FIG. 1 above, sunk in the roadway element F.
- Fig. 2 shows in the middle a bridge of medium span coupled together from two bridge modules B.
- the lower chords U are no longer arranged at the outer fastening points 1 , but at the further inner fastening points 2 and 2 ' .
- the other end of the lower chord is connected to the lower chord of the other bridge module.
- the top The ends of the middle diagonal struts D shift from the points 0 or 0 ' to 3 or 3' during the unfolding.
- the bridge has a greater height than the short bridge and thus a load capacity adapted to the greater length.
- 2 shows a long bridge composed of three bridge modules B with the correspondingly larger height H3 .
- the lower flange U is articulated at the attachment point 3 , which is farther from the end than the attachment point 2 .
- the left diagonal D has no function in the lane F.
- the right diagonal of the left bridge module B is articulated at the fastening point 1 'of the road element F. The same applies to the right bridge module B in mirror image.
- the middle bridge module B is coupled between the two bridge modules B mentioned .
- the lower chords U of the three bridge modules are directly connected to each other, as are the road elements, so that the desired higher curve results.

Description
The invention relates to a collapsible bridge according to the preamble of
From DE-AS 12 07 948 a collapsible bridge is known, which consists of several interconnectable bridge elements. The bridge elements each contain a carriageway slab, lower chords and struts. The bridge elements are designed either as central elements with a horizontally running lane or as ramp elements with an inclined lane. Ramp elements cannot be used as central elements, so that a relatively large number of parts must be carried when transporting the bridge.
DE-OS 38 14 502 discloses a bridge of the same type that can be dismantled from individual bridge elements that can be coupled together. The bridge elements consist of a truss consisting of road slabs, lower chords and diagonal struts. Since the lower chords and the diagonal struts are telescopic in length or can be attached to certain coupling points, the height of the components can be adjusted.
The object of the invention is to improve such a bridge that it becomes lighter and simpler in construction.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the characterizing features in
- little wind exposure area
- little bombardment area
- great variability, which means that either a very long bridge or several short bridges can be built simultaneously by one vehicle
- up to approx. 45 meters no porch girders required
- light weight
- low transport volume
- good bridge view of the tank driver when approaching the bridge
- in the event of failure of a bridge part, only a reduction in the overall length and no failure of the overall system
- Open structure, which gives a clear view of coupling points and other critical points
- no upgrading behind the front, as all elements are interchangeable
- no tactical limitation (decision at the destination about bridge length).
The bridge according to the invention is lighter and simpler in construction than the one just described, since there are no telescopic parts (the double-walled design have to be) are more necessary. The height and inclination of the bridge modules are freely selectable. The articulation of the diagonal elements at the ends of the lower chords allows the lower chords to be constructed more easily than with a articulation in the middle. The version with the very short diagonal elements (shorter than half the lower chords) further reduces the overall weight. The shortness of the lower chords compared to the roadway automatically results in a higher bridge height (an arch) with the greater length.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
Es zeigt
- Fig. 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Brückenmodul, und
- Fig. 2 drei mögliche Brücken.
- 1 shows a bridge module according to the invention, and
- Fig. 2 three possible bridges.
Der Befestigungspunktes 1 ist vom Befestigungspunkt 0 um die Länge einer Diagonale D entfernt.1 shows a bridge module B in the transport state (or as a short bridge) at the top and a bridge module B in the unfolded state in the middle and below. The bridge module B here consists of a roadway element F , two lower chords U and four diagonal struts D. The diagonal struts D and the lower flange U can be sunk into the track element F for space-saving transport. Here, as can be seen below, the roadway element F has a U-shaped cross section, which leaves space in the middle for a stem support or a stem beak or a laying beam. It can be clearly seen that the lower flange U is shorter than the roadway element F , as a result of which the lower flange U can be completely "sunk" into the roadway element F. The relatively short diagonal struts D can also be completely sunk in the roadway element F in the transport state or in the short bridge be. The different fastening options for the diagonal elements D and the lower flange U in the carriageway element F can also be seen . In this embodiment,
If other heights or inclinations of the bridge elements B are desired, the attachment points are at different locations. The upper end of the diagonal D is here (for example in rails) in the carriageway element F. In the folded state, the upper end is at point 0 ( 0 ' ). When F is raised , U and D unfold automatically. The
Die Diagonalstreben D des mittleren Brückenmoduls sind in den Befestigungspunkten 3, 3' des Fahrbahnelements F des mittleren Brückenmoduls B befestigt.FIG. 2 shows three versions of bridges according to the invention, each of which is assembled from 1, 2 or 3 of the bridge modules B shown in FIG. 1. 1 shows a short bridge at the top, the length of which corresponds to a bridge module B and the height of which corresponds to the height of the roadway element F. The diagonals D and the lower chords U are, as shown in FIG. 1 above, sunk in the roadway element F.
Fig. 2 shows in the middle a bridge of medium span coupled together from two bridge modules B. The lower chords U are no longer arranged at the
2 shows a long bridge composed of three bridge modules B with the correspondingly larger height H3 . In the left bridge element B , the lower flange U is articulated at the
Bridges with more than three such elements B are also possible.
