Description

The invention relates to a self-made tent that can be moved from a transport position to a set-up position on a drivable or rollable and supportable platform and consists of a telescopic mast and a plurality of bars, the folded roof skin in the area of the bars for tension when Extend, and at least to support retraction, the ends of the bolts facing away from the mast are connected.

Such a tent is also known from FR-A-2330829.

Basically, it is provided that the rollable and supportable platform is a low loader that is approved within the framework of the road traffic approval regulations of the individual countries or within the scope of the special permit, which can also be trained as a saddle arm in some cases.

There are no other self-build tents with a platform that can be driven or rolled and supported, which can be created by one or only a small number of people.

In addition, aluminum scaffold tents are known in a wide variety of designs, but their creation does not usually require a large number of people, but also requires a relatively high level of technical knowledge for the construction site personnel.

These tents can therefore only be called conditional tents to a limited extent.

Furthermore, small tents are known in the military context, which, divided into individual loads, can be created by one or more people, although this naturally applies to camping enthusiasts to the same extent.

For this reason, it is an object of this invention to name a self-build tent of the type described at the outset, which can be created by small persons in small sizes and, if a larger or large tent of this type is required, a minimum of people is required.

The solution according to the invention provides that a plurality of telescopic and / or extendable bars are connected to the mast via the base members arranged in a predetermined direction and inclination, and the respective follow-up members of each base member are introduced into the latter in the transport position, the last one Follower in the extended or unfolded state of the transom determines the tension of the roof skin, and that the respective final follower of the transom is connected to it with a stem directed towards the formation.

In the transport position, the respective follow links are inserted into the base links arranged in the predetermined direction and inclination, or, if fold-out bars are used, the follow links are arranged on them. The telescopic or foldable or foldable end members of the individual bars together with the folded roof skin in the transport position form a composite to be addressed as a cap.

When the bolts are extended or unfolded, they determine the tension of the roof skin.

The stability of the entire tent is significantly increased by the intended support of each end follower of the transom with a slope directed towards the formation and connected to it, since the forces to be absorbed do not only have to be absorbed by the drivable or rollable and supportable platform.

It should be noted that this solution does justice to the task.

It should also be noted that the stems are designed so that they carry vertical awnings.

This promotes the draft-free closure of the tent in the floor area.

As a further development, it is noted that, in order to secure the telescopic sections of the mast and the bars against rotation, these are given by the selection of prismatic cross sections for the interlocking sections.

This design of the telescopic cables against rotation contains a safe and simple solution to this problem, since it does not cause a cross-sectional weakening, as in the case of cylindrical telescopic cables, by the necessary insertion of a wedge guided in a groove.

For the shape of the tent it must be stated that the shape of the floor plan is determined by the number of bars arranged on the mast and by their length, and
  • that, when using unevenly long, essentially unidirectional length of the bars,
  • the center of the bolt linkage is outside the center of gravity, but within the platform.

Of course, this requirement only applies to the extent that the bars supported by the stems cannot accommodate a further shift of the center of gravity.

Although the telescopic bars generally have to be given preference over the foldable bars, it can be provided with foldable bars that individual bars consisting of foldable links are articulated to their base member arranged on the mast and can be locked in different settings.

This achieves great versatility in connection with other buildings or other self-made tents.

For example, be provided that the bolts of a second tent of this type can be connected to the aforementioned tent at the bolt tips to form a double tent, with a substantially horizontal adjustment of the bolts to be connected is provided.

In conclusion, it can be summarized once again that the folding of the tent roof when retracting the latch is supported by the connection with the end members, with a further connection of the roof skin to the end regions of the other locking members of each bar, when retracting, which permits their sufficiently exact folding.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the retracted telescopic mast including the retracted or folded latch sections together with the roof skin in the transport position forms a quasi-closed transport unit, the dimensions of which can be kept within the general limits generally given in the context of road traffic approval.

Only the steep sections and awnings can be assigned to the platform as a "by-pack" or can also be transported separately.

Überleitend zu den Figuren 1 bis 4 darf im einzelnen festgehalten werden;As a transition to Figures 1 to 4, it may be stated in detail;

The mobile and supportable platform consists of the actual platform 1.1, the wheels or castors 1.2 and the supports 1.3.

The platform that can be supported can be a low-bed trailer approved for road traffic.

The center of gravity of the platform 1 has the telescopic mast 2 vertically connected to its base member 2.1, with the follower members 2n being retracted into the base member.

The cross section of the mast is prismatic, and in the case of this example a square basic cross section was chosen.

The last follower 2n, i.e. in the end region of the mast 2, the basic bolts 3.1 of the telescopic bolts are connected in a predetermined direction and inclination, and the respective further follower elements 3n of each basic element are introduced into this, in the transport position, the last follower element 3n in the extended state of the bolts 3 being the tension the roof skin4 of the tent. When retracting, the connection to the end region of each link 3n is required for a satisfactory automatic folding.

The dimensioning of the base member 2.1 of the mast 2 is generally carried out taking into account the height of the platform 1.1 and the overhang given by the bolt in the retracted position beyond the base member 2.1 with practically full use of the total height permitted by the road traffic regulations.

The same also applies to the basic links 3.1 of the transom 3, which in the retracted state have such a length that, taking into account their position, the addition of two basic transom lengths does not exceed the permissible width according to the regulation.

As already mentioned at the beginning, the telescopic mast 2 and the latches can be moved in and out either by hydraulic or pneumatic and / or mechanical means.

These means are not discussed in detail here with regard to the variability of the drives and the basic forms, since they are state of the art, also in connection with the subject matter of the invention.

Furthermore, it must also be mentioned that in the extended position the latch 3 can be additionally secured in this case by supports directed towards the formation, and the tent can be closed by a covering leading from support to support.

A graphic representation of these measures was also omitted because they are generally known.
