Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pulling device, preferably for pulling in and pulling out a cloth for a store, with at least one cable that acts on the end of the cloth to be displaced, can be wound up or unwound on rollers, and has a constant tensile force on the spring element that acts on a displaceable roller Exercises cloth; as well as an associated store (EP-A-0 207 040).
  • a generic pulling device is particularly suitable for blinds in which at least partially a horizontal or slightly sloping course of the pulling out of the sun-protecting cloth takes place.
  • a steel strip engages on both sides of the cloth end to be displaced, which can be wound up or unwound via deflection rollers on a roller mounted axially on the side of the shaft winding the cloth.
  • this conventional pulling device has a deflection roller which deflects the steel strip by 180 ° and is connected to a gas pressure spring.
  • Such a pulling device is integrated in guide rails arranged on both sides of the cloth.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a pulling device according to the type described at the outset and an associated store which, with improved functionality, require less space and are also very simple and therefore inexpensive.
  • the object is achieved according to the invention in that the cable pull acting on the end of the cloth to be displaced is guided with its other end into the end position of the pulled-out cloth and is wound one or more times directly or via one or more deflecting rollers around at least two rollers which are wound around a stroke slidably arranged and pushed apart by the spring element.
  • the cable pull of this pulling device according to the invention can be closed independently and in itself on resp. unwind, whereby the pulling device takes up minimal space requirements and in some cases also enables unproblematic installation of a store.
  • this pulling device can be produced irrespective of the dimensions of the usually very individually designed blinds, and it can therefore be produced very cost-effectively in the modular system.
  • this pulling device is also significantly better protected from the harsh weather conditions than existing systems.
  • the spring element is advantageously located between the rollers wrapped by the cable and is designed as a gas pressure spring also contributes to the very compact design of the pulling device.
  • the invention is ideally met if the pulling device for the spring element uses a gas pressure spring which generates the stroke and in each stroke position a spring force, to which a roller, which is rotatably mounted in a carriage, is preferably attached on both sides, which is advantageously used several times by the rope wrapped and housed together with the gas spring in a housing.
  • the housing in turn, is used in a preferred arrangement in a hollow profile which is detachably fastened to the cloth end to be displaced and whose length approximately corresponds to the width of the cloth.
  • the cable is led out of the hollow profile on both sides and fastened in the end position of the pulled-out cloth by means of deflection rollers.
  • the housing is placed in its longitudinal extent in the direction of adjustment and also on the side of the cloth.
  • An entire store with a pulling device has a rotatably mounted drive shaft that can be wound up or unwound the cloth and, starting therefrom, the sliding cloth end supporting guide rails, which are attached along a surface to be protected.
  • the pulling device is provided as an independent unit of the drive shaft winding up the cloth and of the guide rails and thus enables small space requirements and excellent functionality.
  • the housing fastened to the end of the cloth is held on both sides by a sliding element which is detachably fastened to it and which has at least one, preferably two, sliders running in the guide rail, each of which rotatably supports a deflection roller, by means of which the cable pull is closed from its end corresponding to the end position of the pulled-out cloth is diverted to the rollers mounted in the housing.
  • a cloth 15 or the like for example a slat blind, can be pulled out along guide rails 12 arranged on both sides of the cloth 15.
  • the cloth 15 can be wound up or unwound on a manually or mechanically driven drive shaft 16, which is understood to mean rolling up or unrolling or folding or the like.
  • the latter, as well as the guide rails 12, can be fastened by means of brackets 13, for example, to a construction of a winter garden or the like, which is not shown in detail.
  • the cloth 15 is releasably attached to its end 15 'to be moved along the guide rails 12' on a width approximately corresponding hollow profile 22 of a pulling device 20 according to the invention, while the opposite end of the cloth is releasably held on the above drive shaft 16.
  • the constant pulling force generated by the pulling device means that the cloth actually always wants to be pulled out, but the drive of the shaft 16 counteracts this.
  • the drive When the drive is actuated, it reduces its counterforce in such a way that the cloth extends at a certain speed.
  • the drive when winding up, the drive generates a counterforce that exceeds the tensile force of the pulling device.
  • the pulling device 20 has a sliding element 23 on both sides of the hollow profile 22, each with two sliders 24 and 25, which and thus also the cloth 15 are displaceably guided in the guide rails 12.
  • the pulling device 20 has a cable 30, which is on both sides of the lower end of the Guide rails 12 goes out, via guide rollers 26, 27 on the sliders 24, 25 into the aforementioned hollow profile 22 and consequently wound around two in the housing 22 '22' movable rollers 31 around and brought together as a wire rope.
  • the rollers 31 are rotatably mounted in a carriage 31 '.
  • a gas pressure spring 35 designed as a spring element is connected to the rollers 31 and has the effect that, on the one hand, a uniform tensioning force is generated in each stroke position on the cable 30 wound around the rollers 31 and, on the other hand, by means of their possible stroke adjustment, for example 500 millimeters, around the two Rollers 31 guided cable 30 is released or withdrawn from the guide rails, depending on the direction of displacement of the cloth 15.
  • This enables the cable pull to release or take up enough wire rope from the top to the bottom position of the fabric and that it is always evenly tensioned on both sides.
  • two or more gas pressure springs 35 could also be provided between the rollers 31 in order to open or close the springs. To be able to extend the processing of the cable.
  • the ends of the cable 30 are fixed by means of clamps 28 which can be locked at the lower ends of the guide rails 12.
  • the cable is from these ends from each of the upper pulley 26 back to the lower pulley 27 and from this angled by 90 ° through a bore of the sliding element 23, 23 'on the rollers 31 and he has a wire rope, could in principle, however, have also provided a band, a chain or something similar, which can each be made of metal or plastic.
  • the pulling device 20 is thus provided as a unit which is independent or independent of the drive shaft 16 which can be wound up on the cloth and of the guide rails, and thus allows the guide rails 12 to have the smallest possible dimensions.
  • This pulling device 20 has the advantages over known systems in that the rope does not move in the guide rails 12 and therefore no grinding and, as a result, significantly less wear and tear occurs.
  • This stationary training means less susceptibility to dirt and better protection against the weather. It can also be used to quickly and easily reduce maintenance and repair work to a minimum.
  • two or more gas pressure springs or even entire traction devices in a serial or parallel arrangement could also be provided for a traction device, thereby in particular increasing the displacement path of the cable pull and changing the tractive force.
  • Figure 3 is shown schematically how rolls 31 are wrapped by the cable 30. Each roll is wrapped four times by wire rope. It goes without saying that the more turns are provided, the greater the displacement path of the blanket is given the same maximum stroke of the gas pressure spring. It is therefore a further advantage of the present invention that the pull-out lengths and tensile forces which are very different in practice for blinds can be adapted in the simplest way.
  • the gas springs with their variety of available sizes and spring pressure capacities allow flexible adaptation to the required conditions.
  • FIG. 4 shows in section the hollow profile 22 which is detachably connected to the cloth 15 by means of a piping connection and consists of an aluminum profile. It essentially consists of a rectangular box, which has a longitudinal groove 36 at each corner, with two pins 29 of a sliding element 23, which are arranged on either side (or diagonally) and each contain a clamping screw 41, being fixed.
  • the slidable and rotatably mounted roller 31 is shown over the carriage 31 ', which is wound six times by the cable 30.
  • the gas pressure spring 35 is shown centrally in the hollow profile 22, which is arranged between the cable pull 30 and with which the compactness of the pulling device 20 is illustrated. Furthermore, the second roller 31, which is displaceable behind the gas pressure spring 35, can also be seen.
  • the upper slider 24 of the sliding element 23 consists of a pin and a deflection roller 26 which is rotatably mounted on the latter and which, together with a slot nut, engage in the longitudinal groove formed by the guide rail 12.
  • the lower peg-shaped slider 25 has a fork-shaped recess in which a deflection roller 27 is in turn rotatably mounted.
  • the cable 30 extends in the guide rail 12 to the deflection roller 26 and from this back to the lower deflection roller 27.
  • the slider 25 is also rotatably mounted in the sliding element 23 so that its deflection roller 27 can adapt to the adjusting angle of the cable.
  • an inner part 23 'of the sliding element 23 composed of two identical parts shears out about the axis of the upper slider 24 when it is in the curved guide rail 12. This ensures that the hollow profile 22 is not in the curved part of the guide rails wedged.
  • This sliding element 23 is particularly suitable for guide rails with a radius of curvature of less than 20 to 30 centimeters.
  • FIG. 8 shows an exemplary embodiment in which the housing 52 of a pulling device 50 extends parallel and is fastened to the lower end of the guide rail 12.
  • this pulling device 50 is the cable 55, which is guided differently. This is in turn wound around the rollers 31, which are displaceably guided by a gas pressure spring 35 and braced by a spring force.
  • the cable 55 is led out of the housing 52 and over two deflection rollers 58 into the guide rail up to the rod 60.
  • the rod 60 is slidably mounted in the guide rail 12 and pulled down by the cable 55 according to the same principle as in the first embodiment, whereby the cloth is stretched approximately the same in each extended position.
  • a separate pulling device 50 must be provided for each of the two guide rails. This version is advantageous for narrow blinds with a large projection.
  • the guide rails can in principle be arranged horizontally, vertically or at any angle.
  • the pulling device 50 could be arranged in the direction and at the lower end of a guide rail, as a result of which no deflection rollers would be required. But it could also be detached from the store, for example on a wall, and the store could also be designed without guide rails.
  • the pulling device 71 shown schematically in FIG. 9 has a housing 79 in which a cable pull 70 is provided for each guide rail 12, the cable pulls 70 being wound next to each other around two rollers 72, 73 which can be displaced relative to one another.
  • the outer rollers 72 are stationary, while the inner rollers 73 are each rotatably supported in the housing 79 in a slide 75.
  • the inner rollers 73 are also fastened via their slide 75 to a tension spring 80, which causes the respective rollers 72, 73 to be pushed apart and thus causes a tension on the cables 70.
  • the cables 70 are clamped with one end 81 in the housing 79 and with their other end 82 in the end position of the cloth 15 within the guide rail 12.
  • this pulling device 71 in turn functions similarly to that according to FIG. 1, that is to say when the store is lowered via a drive (not shown in more detail), the inner rollers 73 shift towards the center of the housing 79 owing to the almost constant pulling force, and that in the Guide rails 12 freed rope is wound on the distancing rollers 72, 73.
  • Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 show a variant of the guidance of the pulling device 71 in the guide rail 12.
  • the pulling device 71 has for this purpose in its housing 79 two slot-shaped rollers 83 rotatably mounted one above the other, which in corresponding T-grooves 83 'in the guide rail 12 are slidably guided. Between these two rollers 83, a deflection roller 84 provided with a transverse axis is rotatably supported in the housing 79 such that the cable 70 is guided around the lower roller 83. Finally, the rope is fixed to a screw clamp 86.
  • the deflection roller 84 can be variably inserted into the housing 79, so that the rope can be guided left or right around the lower roller 83, depending on whether the deflection roller 84 is mounted on the left or right on the end face of the housing 79.
  • This pulling device according to the invention could in principle also be used for purposes other than blinds, for example for opening and closing gates of any kind.
