Abstract

Es sind Faltschachteln bekannt, die vorzugsweise als Verpackungsbehältnisse für Schokoladenriegel Verwendung finden und die zur besseren Entnahme der Schokoladenriegel so knickbar sind, daß ein spitzdachförmiger Aufsteller entsteht. Um diese eingenommene Form während des Gebrauchs der Faltschachtel zu behalten, also um eine Arretierung der beiden spitzwinklig zueinander stehenden Faltschachtelhälften zu gewährleisten, ist eine Metallfolie vorgesehen, die auf die beiden Faltschachtelhälften, diese teilweise überdeckend im Bereich der Knickfalte aufgeklebt ist. Das Aufbringen dieser Metallfolie ist relativ umständlich und teuer. Aber auch die Entsorgung der Faltschachtel ist problematisch, da diese im übrigen aus einem Karton bestehend nicht in einen Rohstoffkreislauf zurückgeführt werden kann. Die neue Faltschachtel hingegeben soll wirtschaftlicher herstellbar und problemlos weiterverwertbar sein.
Dazu ist eine Lasche (4) vorgesehen, die parallel zur Knickfalte (9) einknickbar und mit der Rückseite (2) verbindbar ist. Die Lasche (4) weist an mindestens einer, quer zur Knickfalte (9) verlaufenden Seite ein mit der Rückseite (2) korrespondierendes Rastmittel (7) auf.
Das Arretierungsteil ist nun Bestandteil der Faltschachtel und kann beim Ausstanzen des Faltschachtelzuschnitts gleich miteingebracht werden.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine eine Vorder- und eine Rückseite aufweisende Faltschachtel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Faltschachteln finden vorzugsweise als Verpackungsbehältnisse für Schokoladenriegel Verwendung, die einzeln abgepackt der geöffneten Faltschachtel in der Form entnehmbar sind, daß nach Entfernen des Fensterverschlusses ein freier Zugriff auf die einzelnen Schokoladenriegel besteht.
  • Durch Knicken entlang der Knickfalte entsteht praktisch ein spitzdachförmiger Aufsteller, wobei zu jeder Seite in der Faltschachtel eine Lage Schokoladenriegel angeordnet ist, die dadurch, daß sich das Zugriffenster über beide Außenseiten erstreckt, ohne weiteres entnehmbar sind.
  • Neben der sehr dekorativen Wirkung einer solchen aufgestellten Faltschachtel ist natürlich auch die sehr einfache Entnahme der Schokoladenriegel von Vorteil. Dabei ist es jedoch wichtig, daß die Faltschachtel in dieser aufgestellten Position verharrt, das heißt, daß die beiden spitzwinklig zueinander stehenden, jeweils eine Lage Schokoladenriegel aufnehmenden Schenkel in ihrer Position zueinander arretiert sind, so daß ein sicherer Stand der Faltschachtel auch beim Herausnehmen der einzelnen Schokoladenriegel gewährleistet ist.
  • Dazu ist ein Arretierungsteil vorgesehen, das bislang in Form einer Metallfolie im Bereich der Knickfalte, diese dabei teilweise überdeckend, aufgeklebt ist, wobei diese Metallfolie, vorzugsweise eine Verbundfolie, deren Kern aus Aluminium besteht, einen so hohen Widerstand bildet, daß ein Zurückbiegen der Schenkel erheblich erschwert wird, so daß sich daraus eine gewisse Arretierung ergibt, die für die vorliegenden Anforderungen ausreicht.
  • Diese Metallfolie wird nun vor dem Einbringen der Schokoladenriegel und dem Falten des Faltkartons auf dessen Zuschnitt in einem separaten Arbeitsgang aufgebracht, wobei sie von einer Rolle gelängt und teilweise manuell aufgeklebt wird.
  • Insbesondere unter dem Gesichtspunkt, daß es sich bei den verwendeten Faltschachteln um Massenartikel handelt, die in großer Menge hergestellt und weiterverarbeitet werden, bringt natürlich die beschriebene Art und Weise der Ausgestaltung und Aufbringung der bekannten Arretierungsteile erhebliche wirtschaftliche Nachteile mit sich, da, wie erwähnt, der notwendige separate Arbeitsgang einer Optimierung der Wirtschaftlichkeit bei der Weiterverarbeitung der Faltschachtel im Wege steht.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil des bekannten Arretierteiles ergibt sich hinsichtlich der Weiterverwertung der Faltschachtel, da diese aufgrund der aufgebrachten Metallfolie, die so ohne weiteres nicht abzulösen ist, nicht in den Kreislauf des Altpapieres eingebracht werden kann.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde eine Faltschachtel der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, die wirtschaftlicher herstellbar und problemlos weiterverwertbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Ein besonderer Vorteil der Erfindung liegt nun darin, daß das Arretierungsteil ein Bestandteil der Faltschachtel ist, also nicht als eigenes Teil herzustellen und aufzubringen ist.
  • Beim Ausstanzen des Faltschachtelzuschnitts kann nunmehr das Arretierungsteil gleichfalls in einem Arbeitsgang mit in die Rückseite eingebracht werden. Dabei können zur gelenkigen Verbindung der Lasche mit der Rückseite Knicklinien vorgesehen sein, während die Lasche quer zur Knickfalte der Rückseite verlaufende, parallel zueinander angeordnete Schnitte aufweist, die eine von der Knickung der Rückseite unabhängige Faltung der Lasche ermöglichen.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß im Bereich der die Schnittlinien bildenden Seiten der Lasche die jeweilige Schnittlinie Z-förmig verläuft, wobei die Spitzen dieser Z-Form einerseits in die Lasche und andererseits in den angrenzenden Bereich der Rückseite ragt.
    Dadurch werden Rastnasen gebildet, die beim Falten der Lasche und der Rückseite sich jeweils im angrenzenden Bereich abstützen. Das heißt, daß die Rastnase der Lasche sich an der angrenzenden Fläche der Rückseite und dessen Rastnase sich an der angrenzenden Fläche der angrenzenden Lasche abstützen.
  • Auf diese Weise ist eine sichere Arretierung der geknickten Faltschachtel gewährleistet.
  • Neben der erheblich einfacheren und daher kostengünstigeren Herstellung dieser Faltschachtel kommt besonders zur Geltung, daß die Faltschachtel insgesamt nur noch aus einem Karton, also aus einem Stoff besteht, so daß keinerlei Probleme bei einer gewünschten Weiterverwertung dieses Kartons entstehen.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.

  • Die in den Figuren insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 versehene Faltschachtel, die vorzugsweise aus Karton gebildet ist, weist eine Rückseite 2 und eine Vorderseite 3 auf.
    Dabei ist, wie die Figur 3 sehr deutlich erkennen läßt, die Vorderseite mit einem Fensterverschluß 5 versehen, der über perforierte Trennlinien mit der Vorderseite 3 im übrigen verbunden und bei Bedarf heraustrennbar ist.
  • In einer in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigten Gebrauchsstellung, in der die Faltschachtel 1 entlang einer quer durch die Rückseite 2 sich erstreckenden Knickfalte 9 geknickt und dachförmig aufgestellt ist, besteht die Vorderseite 3 im wesentlichen aus einem die Außenseiten begrenzenden Rand, während durch den herausgetrennten Fensterverschluß 5 der Zugriff auf das Innere der Faltschachtel und somit auf innenliegende Schokoladenriegel 12 frei gegeben wird.
  • Die Rückseite 2 weist ein als Lasche 4 ausgebildetes Arretierungsteil auf, die parallel zur Knickfalte 9 entlang einer Rille 11 einknickbar ist und die beidseitig gleichfalls parallel zur Knickfalte 9 mittels Knicklinien 10 gelenkig mit der Rückseite 2 im übrigen verbunden ist.
  • Von den beiden Knicklinien 10 befindet sich jeweils eine zu jeder Seite der Knickfalte 9.
    Dabei ist entsprechend der Ansicht in Figur 3 der Abstand der dem Vorderteil 3 zugewandten Knicklinie 10 zur Knickfalte 9 größer als der der anderen Knicklinie 10. Die parallel verlaufende Rille 11 hingegen teilt die Lasche 4 in etwa zwei gleichgroße Hälften.
  • Die etwa rechteckförmige Lasche 4 ist einerseits, wie erwähnt, durch die Knicklinien 10 und andererseits durch quer zur Knickfalte 9 verlaufende, sich gegenüberliegende Schnittlinien 13 begrenzt, entlang derer die Verbindung zum Unterteil 2 unterbrochen ist.
  • Im Bereich der Knickfalte 9 und der Rille 11 ist jede Schnittlinie Z-förmig verlaufend ausgebildet, so daß ein Einschnitt 6 entsteht, dessen Spitzen sich einerseits in die Rückseite 2 und andererseits in die Lasche 4 erstrecken.
    Dadurch werden sowohl eine an die Lasche 4 angeformte Rastnase 7 als auch eine an die Rückseite 2 angeformte Rastnase 8 gebildet.
  • Bei der in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigten Gebrauchsstellung, in der die einliegenden Schokoladenriegel 12 entnommen werden können, stützen sich die Rastnasen 7 der Lasche 4 auf der Rückseite 2 und die Rastnasen 8 der Rückseite 2 auf der geknickten Lasche 4 ab, so daß eine feste Arretierung in der eingenommenen Stellung gewährleistet ist und so ein sicherer Stand der Faltschachtel für die im Gebrauchsfall üblichen Belastungen gegeben ist.
  • Dadurch, daß einerseits der Abstand der der Vorderseite 3 zugewandten Knicklinie 10 zur Knickfalte 9 größer ist als der Abstand zur Knickfalte 9 der anderen Knicklinie 10 und andererseits die parallele Rille 11 etwa mittig verläuft, ist bei der in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigten Gebrauchsstellung, in der auch die Lasche 4 entlang der Rille 11 eingeknickt ist, die Lasche 11 einseitig ausgestellt, wobei sich die im Bereich der Lasche 4 befindlichen Schokoladenriegel 12 entlang der Rille 11 abstützen und so gegenüber den übrigen Schokoladenriegeln 12 der gleichen Lage abständig angeordnet sind. Die sich an der Lasche 4 abstützenden Schokoladenriegel 12 können erheblich besser hintergriffen und entnommen werden, so daß sich daraus eine verbesserte Handhabung ergibt.

Claims (4)

  1. Eine Vorder- und eine Rückseite aufweisende Faltschachtel, bei der die Vorderseite mit einem heraustrennbarem Fensterverschluß versehen ist und die Rückseite etwa im Mittenbereich, eine querverlaufende Knickfalte aufweist, wobei in deren Bereich ein Arretierungsteil vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierungsteil aus einer parallel zur Knickfalte (9) einknickbaren, mit der Rückseite (2) gelenkig verbundenen Lasche (4) besteht, die an mindestens einer, quer zur Knickfalte (9) verlaufenden Seite ein mit der Rückseite (2) korrespondierendes Rastmittel aufweist.
  2. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die etwa rechteckförmig ausgebildete Lasche (4) an ihre parallel zur Knickfalte (9) verlaufenden Seiten über Knicklinien (10) mit der Rückseite (2) verbunden ist, während die quer zur Knickfalte (9) verlaufenden, die Lasche (4) begrenzenden Seiten als Schnittlinien (13) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Lasche (4) parallel zu den Knicklinien (10), etwa mittig verlaufend, eine Rille (11) aufweist.
  3. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Knickfalte (9) und der Rille (11) jede Schnittlinie (13) einen Z-förmigen Einschnitt (6) aufweist, deren Spitzen zum einen in die Lasche (4) und zum andern in das angrenzende Unterteil (2) ragen.
  4. Faltschachtel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der der Vorderseite (3) benachbart liegenden Knicklinie (10) zur Knickfalte (9) größer ist als der Abstand der anderen Knicklinie (10) zur Knickfalte (9).
