  • the cap structure of the present invention can be prevented from having its appearance deteriorated because of no notch and can have its body top sealed up by the cover.
  • the elastic plates need not be mounted by notching the back of the circumferential wall of the cover and the top wall of the cover partially.
  • the elastic bands are given the C-shaped longitudinal sections so that they can have their cover side ends passing over the dead centers while leaving a margin of further elastic deformations. Since, moreover, the C-shaped elastic bands are fitted in the recesses 13 formed in the backs of the first and second circumferential walls of the body and the cover when in the closed state, the elastic bands will not deteriorate the appearance of the cap structure.

Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un capuchon ou tout autre élément de fermeture similaire possédant un couvercle basculant élastiquement, dans lequel la surface de dessus d'une première paroi périphérique externe (2) du capuchon (1) ou autre est fermée par un couvercle (5) comportant une seconde paroi périphérique (7), laquelle s'étend vers le bas à partir de la périphérie externe d'une paroi de dessus (6), de sorte que la surface terminale inférieure de la seconde paroi périphérique (7) vient se superposer à la surface terminale supérieure de la première paroi périphérique; les extrémités supérieure et inférieure des surfaces arrière respectivement de première et seconde parois périphériques (2, 7) sont reliées entre elles par une charnière (10), et, en plus de cette charnière, une plaque en bande élastique (12) relie entre elles les parties supérieure et inférieure arrière de la première paroi périphérique (1) de façon à ce qu'on puisse ouvrir ou fermer le couvercle (5) en le faisant pivoter autour de la charnière (10); et la charnière (10) est située plus en arrière que la plaque en bande élastique et elle est façonnée de façon à former avec le capuchon un seul bloc en résine synthétique; la présente invention ayant pour but principal d'éviter de laisser les traces de découpe qui habituellement restent souvent sur le couvercle après le démoulage du moule métallique, lors d'une opération de moulage monobloc d'un tel capuchon à partir de résine synthétique.
