- La figure 1 représente, une vue en coupe axiale, d'un ensemble de distribution muni d'une capsule de distribution conforme à l'invention, en position ouverte;
- la figure 2 représente une vue de dessus de la capsule de la figure 1.
Claims (13)
- Capsule de distribution (3) de comportant :a) un corps (32), destiné à être monté sur un réservoir (21) contenant un produit de consistance fluide à visqueux, en matériau rigide ou semi-rigide pourvu d'un orifice (4) permettant la distribution du produit;b) un couvercle (5) en matériau rigide ou semi-rigide apte à obturer l'orifice (4), ce couvercle (5) étant articulé sur le corps (32) au niveau d'un axe (A), de manière à pouvoir passer sélectivement d'une position ouverte à une position fermée, et relié au corps (32) par un élément de liaison (10) dont l'une des extrémités est solidaire du couvercle (5), l'autre extrémité étant solidaire du corps (32), l'élément de liaison (10) étant disposé de manière à être situé d'un côté de l'axe (A) en position ouverte, et de l'autre côté de l'axe (A) en position fermée, l'élément de liaison (10) subissant une élongation lorsque le couvercle (5) passe d'une position à l'autre,
- Capsule selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastomérique est physico-chimiquement compatible avec le matériau rigide ou semi-rigide, et apte à créer, par thermofusion, une liaison mécanique entre les deux matériaux.
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de liaison (10) est surmoulé par biinjection.
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle constitue une seule pièce, le corps (32), le couvercle (5) et l'élément de liaison (10) formant un ensemble monocorps.
- Capsule selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le matériau rigide ou semi-rigide est choisi parmi le polypropylène ou le polyéthylène.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le matériau élastomérique est choisi dans le groupe des élastomères des copolymères propylène/éthylène ; des polyéther blocamides ; des polyvinyles ; des terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; des polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS) ; des polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; des polyuréthanes thermoplastiques ; des mélanges de polypropylène avec l'un des élastomères suivantes : polymères de styrène-éthylène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS) ; terpolymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SBS).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des moyens d'ancrage (12, 13, 14) sont prévus pour renforcer l'attachement de l'élément de liaison (10) sur le corps (6) et le couvercle (5) respectivement.
- Capsule selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'ancrage sont constitués par une barrette (12, 13) noyée dans l'élément (10).
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps (32) et/ou le couvercle (5) est pourvu d'une zone de préhension (9, 95) comportant une couche en matériau élastomérique.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (5) comporte un picot (6) destiné à obturer l'orifice (4), et en ce que, en position de bouchage, un revêtement (72) en matériau élastomérique est interposé entre le picot et l'orifice, pour assurer une étanchéité entre le picot (6) et l'orifice (4).
- Capsule selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le picot (7) est rempli de matériau élastomérique.
- Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps (6) comporte un joint (11) annulaire en matériau élastomérique, en contact étanche avec un bord périphérique (51) du couvercle (5), lorsque ce dernier est en position rabattue.
- Ensemble de distribution d'un produit fluide comportant un réservoir (21) contenant un produit fluide, équipé d'une capsule de distribution (1), caractérisé en ce que la capsule est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
