Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines magnetischen Stahlbleches mit einem nicht-orientierten Korngefüge, nach dem sogenannten "fully process", das nach dem Erschmelzen eines Siliciumstahls unter Vakuum die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Stufen umfaßt:- Warmwalzen und anschließendes Aufwickeln (Haspeln);- Sandstrahlen und Beizen;- Kaltwalzen, das mindestens eine Stufe umfaßt, und anschließendes Glühen zur Herstellung eines Bleches mit der Enddicke, wobei das Schlußglühen unter einer kontrollierten entkohlenden Atmosphäre durchgeführt wird; wobei in dem Verfahren:- das Stahlblech die folgende, auf das Gewicht bezogene Zusammensetzung hat:Kohlenstoff ≤ 0,008 %Silicium ≤ 0,4 %Mangan (0,05-0,4) %Aluminium < 0,05 %Schwefel < 0,01 %Phosphor < 0,19 %Stickstoff < 0,01 %Sauerstoff < 0,01 %wobei der Rest der Zusammensetzung aus Eisen und unvermeidlichen Verunreinigungen besteht; und- das Aufwickeln nach dem Warmwalzen bei einer Temperatur oberhalb 600°C durchgeführt wird, woran sich eine Wärmebehandlung bei einer Temperatur oberhalb 700°C unter einer im wesentlichen aus Stickstoff bestehenden kontrollierten Atmosphäre anschließt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sandstrahlen und saure Beizen nach dem Aufwickeln (Haspeln) und nach der thermischen Behandlung durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwikkel(Haspel)temperatur in dem Intervall von 600°C bis 750°C und vorzugsweise zwischen 600 und 680°C liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Kaltwalzen vorhergehende Wärmebehandlung umfaßt:- die Einstellung einer kontrollierten Atmosphäre;- die Erhöhung der Temperatur auf einen Wert in dem Intervall von 700 bis 1100°C;- und das Aufrechterhalten der Temperatur während einer Zeitspanne in dem Intervall von 1 bis 10 min.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur der thermischen Behandlung vor dem Kaltwalzen zwischen 800 und 1050°C liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitspanne, während der die Temperatur der vorhergehenden Wärmebehandlung aufrechterhalten wird, 1 bis 5 min beträgt.
- Magnetblech mit nicht-orientiertem Korngefüge, wie es bei dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgende, auf das Gewicht bezogene Zusammensetzung hat:Kohlenstoff ≤ 0,008 %Silicium ≤ 0,4 %Mangan (0,05-0,4) %Aluminium < 0,05 %Schwefel < 0,01 %Phosphor < 0,19 %Stickstoff < 0,01 %Sauerstoff < 0,01 %wobei der Rest der Zusammensetzung aus Eisen und unvermeidlichen Verunreinigungen besteht;
und daß für ein Blech mit einer Dicke von etwa 0,5 mm die spezifischen Verluste bei 1,5 Tesla und 50 Hertz unterhalb 6,3 W/kg liegen und die Magnetisierung bei Magneffeldern von 2500, 5000 bzw. 10 000 A/m oberhalb 1,65; 1,74 bzw. 1,85 Tesla erfolgt. - Blech nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spezifischen Verluste bei 1,5 Tesla und 50 Hertz unterhalb 5,1 W/kg liegen und die Magnetisierung bei Magneffeldern von 2500, 5000 bzw. 10 000 A/m oberhalb 1,68; 1,77 bzw. 1,89 Tesla erfolgt.
- Magnetblech mit nicht-orientiertem Komgefüge, wie es nach dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 erhalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgende, auf das Gewicht bezogene Zusammensetzung hat:Kohlenstoff ≤ 0,008 %Silicium ≤ 0,4 %Mangan (0,05-0,4) %Aluminium < 0,05 %Schwefel < 0,01 %Phosphor < 0,19 %Stickstoff < 0,01 %Sauerstoff < 0,01 %wobei der Rest der Zusammensetzung aus Eisen und unvermeidlichen Verunreinigungen besteht;
und daß für ein Blech mit einer Dicke von etwa 0,65 mm die spezifischen Verluste bei 1,5 Tesla und 50 Hertz unterhalb 7,5 W/kg liegen und die Magnetisierung bei Magneffeldern von 2500, 5000 und 10 000 A/m oberhalb 1,66; 1,75 bzw. 1,86 Tesla erfolgt. - Blech nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spezifischen Verluste bei 1,5 Tesla und 50 Hertz unterhalb 7,1 W/kg liegen und die Magnetisierung bei Magneffeldern von 2500, 5000 und 10 000 A/m oberhalb 1,67; 1,76 bzw. 1,88 Tesla erfolgt.
