Führungselemente nicht in einer Ebene liegen, entsteht in Fahrtrichtung ein relativ voluminöser Aufbau von großem Gewicht, der zu einer gewissen Kopflastigkeit des Hubstaplers führt. An accessory for a lift truck with a lift frame, comprising a device which is provided with first guide rails (8, 9 and 11, 12) for lateral displacement of the loading surface (1) and with a loading device (21, 22, 23) which is displaceable on second guide rails (29, 30 and 31, 32) which extend at least virtually parallel to the lift frame, and that the first guide rails (8, 9 and 11, 12) are identical to the second guide rails (29, 30 and 31, 32), and that at least the end surfaces (40) of the first guide rails (8, 9 and 11, 12), which are associated with lateral displacement of the loading surface (1), and the end surfaces (40) of the second guide rails (29, 30 and 31, 32), which are associated with the load securing device (21, 22, 23), are essentially arranged in one plane, characterized in that support plates (41, 42) are additionally provided, which are laterally displaceable on guide rails (8, 9; 11, 12; 43, 44 and 45, 46).
  2. An accessory according to claim 1, characterized in that the support plates (41, 42) are mounted on the same guide rails (8, 9 and 11, 12) so as to be laterally displaceable, as the load receiving surface (1).
  3. An accessory according to claim 1, characterized in that, in the presence of third guide rails for lateral displacement of the support plates (41, 42), these third guide rails (43, 44 and 45, 46) are arranged in the same plane as the first guide rails (8, 9 and 11, 12) and the second guide rails (29, 30 and 31, 32).
  4.
