Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a novel embodiment of a forklift vehicle
according to the characteristics of the preamble of
The industrial handling of goods, especially pallet goods, requires suitable machines for movement and Storage of these goods. Forklift vehicles, in particular forklift trucks with driver's seat, are in various designs known and in use. The function requires that when picking up and taking off the load the forklift truck with the Load forward headed towards the respective loading position must become. The entire device for moving or Raising the load considerably hinders the driver's view. From this known problem, the state of the Technique made a number of improvements to the design the lifting device on the forklift. The lifting device generally consists of one in front of the driver's cab attached mast, often as a frame-shaped double mast designed on which by rails or a telescopic device the fork can be lifted vertically. Farther is the required hydraulic system or a Chain mechanics attached. The carrying fork consists of a end face formed by support struts and the vertical arranged horizontal support arms or tines to whom the load rests. The carrying fork usually has an L shape; the vertical end face is used for attachment to the lifting device of the mast.
Der Hubmast ist an der Vorderseite des Fahrzeugs, vor der Radachse, angebracht.EP 283 637 and DE 296 06 840 describe technical solutions that aim in the driver's line of sight to reduce the cross-sectional profile of the fork. In EP 283 637 is described for lifting the load integrate the necessary hydraulics into the lifting rod. The The fork becomes conventional, i.e. with the face upright and transverse to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle on the mast attached. The mast is at the front of the vehicle, in front of the wheel axle.
His inside Profile serves as a guide rail for a sled and the carrying fork attached to it with the end face.
Die Hubhöhe ist gering.EP 572 846 proposes a modified arrangement of the lifting device in front. Instead of a conventional fork with a fix a complicated lifting device attached to the forklift Push fork supported over several axes is provided, which enables the load to be loaded laterally. there the actual mast is laterally at the front in the fork integrated and thus removed from the driver's field of vision. The handling is disadvantageous due to the additional Joint axes. Through the additional lever arms the permissible load is reduced. The lifting height is low.
The telescopic lifting device is designed with conventional an upright mast, but behind the vehicle cabin and is mounted in front of the rear axle of the vehicle. extendable, horizontal cross beams connect this lifting device with the actual fork, which is in front of the cab Front of the vehicle is stored. The attachment of the carrying fork on the lifting device is done by the vertically arranged Face of the fork. The visual impairment of the Driver through the lifting system is eliminated, but not the Visual impairment due to elements attached to the actual Carrying fork are attached. The system also allows during no need to leave the driver's cab during use. Advantageous is the arrangement of the mast in the rear of the vehicle, because so an improved center of gravity of the vehicle is reached when the load is picked up.
Basically, all of the solutions described are common that they are not obstructing the driver's vision the vertical end face of the fork, in particular by Remove support forks with attached attachments. Such additional devices are primarily positioning aids, with the help of the arms of the fork relative can be adjusted to the side of the vehicle or by which reduces the relative distance between the arms of the fork or can be enlarged. Such a device In technical terms it means fork sideshift or tine adjustment device. These positioning devices are usually operated hydraulically, are used individually or in Combination attached and are together with additional Guide elements integrated in the fork, namely in the vertical face. The state of the art Known forklifts are mainly used for loading and unloading of flatbed transporters (trucks) at warehouses and production facilities used. Is exactly at platform level Load the view through the state of the art Standard construction of the fork with vertical End face massively affected.
According to the invention, this task is performed according to the characteristics of
A positioning device in the sense of this invention includes mechanical and hydraulic devices as they for tine adjustment devices, sideshift, barrel and bale clamps, Clamping forks or a combination of such Functions are necessary. A sideshift allows that lateral displacement of the support device relative to the vehicle. This allows the support arms to be precisely positioned, without having to change the vehicle position again. A Adjustment device for individual arms of the carrying device relative to each other allows exact adjustment of the carrying device to the load, e.g. to the bottom guide of pallets. Both positioning devices mentioned are in practice expedient and common, but require a large number additional components. These are the elements primarily around telescopic and support struts as well as Hydraulic cylinder. The entirety of these elements is in arranged in a rectangular cross section and forms the Positioning device. The individual components can apart from the necessary connections, exposed, contained in a frame or with screens be boarded up. Only the arrangement according to the invention Positioning device allows the visual impairment by the latter, especially when loading a truck to minimize half height.
The positioning device in one is advantageous Angle of more than α = 60 ° between the vertical of the Lift mast and the longitudinal axis of the positioning device stored, because then the profile of the Positioning device has a very small cross-sectional area having.
An additional, preferably vertical, one advantageously connects Connecting element the arms of the support device and the positioning device. The driver has so when loading at half height clear view of the fork arms while moving the positioning device above outside of the viewing direction located. This feature of the invention will also by any other arrangement that deviates from the vertical this connecting element, provided it is vertical Relocation of the positioning device in relation to the Arms of the carrying device causes.
A positioning device arranged in this way is advantageous arranged above the front axle, so that neither by the Expansion in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle still due to their own weight, the leverage of the carrying device to reinforce the absorbed load. The burden will be picked up by the front wheels. The inventive Arrangement of the positioning device is improved both the forward view and the center of gravity of the Vehicle.
A carrying device in the sense of this invention comprises one or multiple arms with one side on the positioning device are attached and, arranged in parallel, point forward in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Usually it will be a carrying fork with at least two Act prongs of rectangular cross-section, which is the easy one Allow goods stored on pallets to be transported. According to the invention, the carrying device can also be used as a barrel or bale clamp, supporting mandrel or as a similar gripping or support device, as is usually the case with forklifts used, be trained.
A positioning device in the sense of this invention is, based on the arrangement according to the invention on the vehicle, a significantly larger length extension (in the direction of the Vehicle longitudinal axis) as height. Preferably that is Ratio length: height 3: 1 to 7: 1.

In this representation, the small cross-sectional profile of the
Positioning device 6 highlighted in the direction of travel.
According to FIG. 1, a main advantage of the invention is that
clear view, which the driver H through the flat arrangement of the
Positioning aid 6 is granted to the support arms 5a. The
Positioning aid 6 is only with its narrow side S.
Driver facing. It is around α = 60 ° relative to the vertical B
inclined. In addition, the horizontal support arms 5a are the

Figure 4 shows the positioning device 6 in a detail
and in a slightly enlarged representation with the carrying fork 5
in half profile. The length extension greater by a factor of 8
1 as the height v of the positioning device 6 becomes so
clear. Above all, the invention can also be used with a smaller one
Realize relationships of v: b. Most of all
ratios from 1: 3 to 1: 6 have also proven successful. The angle of inclination
