Claims (12)

  1. Connecteur à fiches, notamment connecteur à fiches réversibles, comprenant un boîtier (2) dans lequel sont insérés des contacts allongés comportant une extrémité de raccordement et une extrémité d'enfichage tournée vers la face d'enfichage du boîtier, tandis que le boîtier entoure l'extrémité de branchement des contacts et au moins un collier de soulagement en traction pour le câble de raccordement, connecteur à fiches caractérisé en ce que sur les contacts (3), entre leur extrémité d'enfichage (5) et leur extrémité de raccordement (12), est prévu au moins un épaulement de butée (20), le boîtier (2) divisé transversalement par rapport à la direction d'enfichage comporte un cadre (9) présentant la face d'enfichage (4) et dans lequel les contacts (3) sont introduits par leur extrémité d'enfichage (5) à partir du côté opposé à la face d'enfichage (4), jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement de butée (20) vient s'appliquer contre le cadre (9), et le boîtier comporte également deux moitiés de couvercle (10, 11) susceptible de se fermer, articulées chacune par une charnière de couvercle sur le côté du cadre (9) opposé à la face d'enfichage (4), et qui, fermées, recouvrent les extrémités de raccordement (12) des contacts (3), et les charnières de couvercle comportent chacune au moins une languette de traction (16) et une languette de pression (19) fixées sur le côté du couvercle tourné vers le cadre (9), la languette de traction (16) étant maintenue contre le côté du cadre (9) non tourné vers la face d'enfichage, tandis que les languettes de pression (19) viennent en prise derrière le côté opposé au cadre (9) de l'épaulement de butée (20) des contacts (3).
  2. Connecteur à fiches selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la languette de traction (16) de la charnière du couvercle se termine sous la forme d'un crochet d'encliquetage (17) qui vient en prise derrière le bord d'un évidement (18).
  3. Connecteur à fiches selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre des languettes de pression (19) est adaptée à la forme périphérique des contacts (3) et s'applique sur ces contacts (3) lorsque les moitiés de couvercle (10, 11) sont fermées.
  4. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les languettes de pression (19) sont orientées en direction d'enfichage obliquement par rapport aux contacts (3) et sont élastiquement flexibles;
  5. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (9) comporte deux barrettes (21) placées latéralement l'une en face de l'autre et s'étendent vers l'arrière à partir de la face arrière, non tournée vers la face d'enfichage (4) de ce cadre, et munies des organes d'encliquetage (25) orientés vers le côté, organes qui, lorsque les moitiés de couvercle (10, 11) sont fermées, coopèrent avec des organes d'encliquetage antagonistes (24), également orientés vers le côté sur les moitiés de couvercle (10, 11).
  6. Connecteur à fiches selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes (21) encadrent latéralement les moitiés de couvercle (10, 11).
  7. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les organes d'encliquetage (24) des barrettes (21) sont réalisés sous la forme d'évidements d'encliquetage, tandis que les organes d'encliquetage (25) sont réalisés sous la forme de coins d'encliquetage qui viennent en prise dans les évidements d'encliquetage (24).
  8. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le collier de soulagement en traction (13) pour le câble de raccordement, est constitué de deux moitiés (14, 15), articulées chacune sur le côté arrière, non tourné vers le cadre (9), d'une moitié de couvercle (10, 11) par l'intermédiaire d'une languette (26) élastique flexible.
  9. Connecteur à fiches selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la languette flexible (26) est réalisée sous la forme d'une bande, délimitée latéralement par des fentes, de la surface du couvercle, et qui s'étend depuis à peu près le milieu de la surface (6) du couvercle jusqu'à la face arrière d'une moitié de couvercle (10, 11).
  10. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque moitié (14, 15) du collier de soulagement en traction (13) comporte respectivement au moins quatre perçages (27, 28) pour des vis de fixation, alignés avec les quatre perçages (27, 28) de l'autre moitié (15, 14) du collier, tandis que respectivement deux perçages (28) placés diagonalement l'un en face de l'autre ont un diamètre plus réduit que les deux autres perçages (27).
  11. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes latérales (21) du cadre (9) s'étendent jusqu'entre les moitiés (14, 15) du collier de soulagement en traction (13) et comportent respectivement deux perçages (29) alignés avec les perçages (27, 28) des moitiés de collier (14, 15).
  12. Connecteur à fiches selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les contacts (3) sont réalisés sous la forme de contacts réversibles susceptibles d'être enfichés en croix et ayant, en section transversale, à peu près la forme de deux segments de disque circulaires placés en diagonale vis-à-vis l'un de l'autre, en ce que sur le bord se terminant librement de la face d'enfichage (4) du cadre, sont prévues des surfaces de recouvrement triangulaires (6) qui recouvrent les faces frontales des extrémités d'enfichage (5) des contacts réversibles (3) mis en oeuvre dans les connecteurs à fiches, et en ce que sur la surface de base de la face d'enfichage (4) d'où sortent les extrémités d'enfichage (5) des contacts (3), des saillies (8) s'étendent jusqu'au bord se terminant librement de la face d'enfichage (4), et sont disposées devant les flancs ouverts (7) des extrémités d'enfichage (5) des contacts réversibles (3) comme protection contre les contacts accidentels.
