Claims (16)

  1. Gleitschienenanordnung für Schubladen, insbesondere für industrielle Kühlschränke und dergleichen, die an jeder Seite einer Schublade ein festes, an einer Kühlschrankwand (1') befestigbares Profiltragerelement (1) aufweist, in dem mindestens ein an der Schublade befestigbares Profilführungselement (2) gleitet, wobei wenigstens ein das gegenseitige Gleiten der Profilelemente ermöglichendes Linearlager (3) zwischen diese Profilelemente eingesetzt ist, wobei das Lager (3) aus einem im wesentlichen starren, nicht deformierbaren Käfig (4) besteht, der eine Anordnung von Rollen (5) und zumindest eine Stoppeinrichtung (13) aufweist, die auf das Profilträgerelement (1) einwirkt, wenn die Schublade vollständig herausgezogen ist, und gelöst werden kann, wenn die Schublade zumindest teilweise eingeschoben ist, und wobei die Stoppeinrichtung (13) ein im wesentlichen starres Element (14) enthält, das senkrecht und elastisch bewegt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das starre Element (14) an demjenigen Ende des Käfigs (4) angeordnet ist, das der Außenseite der Kühlschrankwand zugewandt ist, und Eingriffsmittel (16,17) aufweist, die zum formschlüssigen und stirnseitigen Zusammenwirken mit einer vorderen Stirnfläche (18) des festen Profilträgerelements (1) geeignet sind.
  2. Gleitschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (14) einen Nocken (19) aufweist, der durch das Profilführungselement (2) nach dessen Einschieben in das Profilträgerelement (1) betätigt werden kann, um die senkrechte Bewegung des Elements (14) zu veranlassen und so die Eingriffsmittel (16,17) von der Stirnfläche (18) zu lösen.
  3. Gleitschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nocken eine Oberseite (19') hat, die in einer solchen Position angeordnet ist, daß sie mit der Unterseite des Profilführungselements (2) zusammenwirkt, um ein automatisches Lösen der Eingriffsmittel (16,17) von der Stirnfläche (18) nur dann zu veranlassen, wenn die Schublade im wesentlichen waagerecht steht.
  4. Gleitschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Käfig (4) einein oberen Rollenhalterabschnitt (7) aufweist, der mittels eines im wesentlichen ebenen und senkrechten Mittelsteges (6) mit einem unteren Rollenhalterabschnitt (8) verbunden ist.
  5. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das starre Element (14) ein bewegliches Endstück des Mittelsteges (6) bildet.
  6. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsmittel aus einer oberen Zunge (16) des beweglichen Endstückes (14) des Stegs bestchen, wobei diese Zunge (16) nach oben gerichtet ist und der Betätigungsnocken aus einem unteren seitlich Vorsprung (19) des beweglichen Endstückes (14) besteht.
  7. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Endstück (14') integraler Bestandteil des Stegs (6) und mit diesem so verbunden ist, daß er mittels einer flexiblen Lasche (21) senkrecht bewegbar ist.
  8. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Endstück (14) ein integraler Bestandteil des Stegs (6) und mit diesem mittels einer Vielzahl von dünnen, flexiblen Laschen (15) verbunden ist, die im wesentlichen parallele, flexible Gelenke bilden.
  9. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stoppelement (14) ein elastisches Mittel aufweist, das das starre Element in einer normalerweise angehobenen Stellung zu halten vermag.
  10. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Mittel aus biegsamen Laschen (15) besteht.
  11. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Mittel aus einer Feder (24) besteht, die in einem im unteren Rollenhalterabschnitt (8) ausgebildeten Hohlraum (23) untergebracht ist und den unteren Bereich des seitlichen Vorsprung (19) zu führen vermag, wobei die Feder auf den seitlichen Vorsprung (19) des Elements (14) einwirkt, um ihn in einer normalerweise angehobenen Stellung zu halten.
  12. Gleitschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (14) von einer von einem Benutzer manuell betätigbaren Zunge (14'') gebildet ist, die eine Ausnehmung (17''') aufweist, die mit der Stirnfläche (18) des oberen Schenkels (1'') des Profilträgerelements (1) zum Eingriff kommen kann.
  13. Gleitschienenanordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge mittels eines biegsamen Blattes (22') am oberen Rollenhalterabschnitt des Käfigs angebracht ist.
  14. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Hubbegrenzungsblock (30) aufweist, der dem Profilträgerelement (1) zuordenbar ist, um das vollständige Herausziehen des Käfigs (4) zu verhindern.
  15. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Käfig (4) einstückig aus Kunststoff durch Spritzguß hergestellt ist.
  16. Gleitschienenanordnung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung von Rollen (5) eine Vielzahl von Rollen mit waagerechter Achse und eine Vielzahl von Rollen mit senkrechter Achse aufweist, die nach Art von Schnappverbindungen herausnehmbar in angepaßte Aufnahmen (9,10,11) der oberen und unteren Rollenhalterabschnitte (7,8) eingesetzt sind, wobei jede Rolle zumindest eine kleine seitliche axiale Vertiefung (5') aufweist, die Positionieraufnahmen für komplementäre Vorsprünge (5'') bilden, die in den oberen Rollenhalterabschnitten (7) und in den unteren Rollenhalterabschnitten (8) ausgebildet sind, um die Rollen während der Handhabung des Käfigs in ihrer Stellung zu halten.
