Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühl- oder Gefriergerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des einzigen Anspruchs.The invention relates to a refrigerator or freezer according to the preamble of the single claim.

Bei einem bekannten Kühlgerät dieser Art (EP-A-0 155 674) ist eine Abstellplatte vorgesehen, die in waagerechten seitlichen Führungsschienen verschiebbar gehalten ist, welche sich von einer durch eine Tür verschließbaren Öffnungsebene in die Gehäusetiefe zu einer Rückwand des Kühlraums hin erstrecken. Die Abstellplatte besteht aus Kunststoff und ist mit einem über den gesamten Umfang sich erstreckenden, nach unten gerichteten Umfangsrand versehen, der einstückig mit der eigentlichen Abstellplatte verbunden ist. Im dazu erforderlichen Spritzwerkzeug wird zugleich die der Rückwand des Kühlraums benachbarte rückwärtige Kante nach oben sowie die der Öffnungsebene des Kühlraums zugewandte Seitenkante nach unten gezogen. Die freie nach unten gerichtete Kante des Umfangsrandes bestimmt hierbei die Ebene, in der die Abstellplatte auf den zugehörigen Führungsschienen aufsitzt und bildet zugleich eine notwendige Versteifung der Abstellplatte. Die mit den Führungsschienen zusammenwirkenden gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten der Abstellplatte weisen je zwei Ausschnitte auf, von welchen der eine im Bereich des nach oben gezogenen rückwärtigen Randes vorgesehen ist, an den sich unter Belassung eines Gleitzapfens ein weiterer Ausschnitt anschließt, der sich bis etwa an das erste Drittel der jeweiligen Seitenkante erstreckt. Diese Ausschnitte werden ebenfalls im betreffenden Spritzwerkzeug ausgebildet. Im hinteren und im vorderen Kantenabschnitt dieser Seitenkanten ist dadurch je ein Auflageteilstück gebildet, wobei diese Teilstücke mit den Führungsschienen zusammenwirken. Das vordere Auflageteilstück erstreckt sich dabei bis an die der Öffnungsebene zugewandte vordere geneigte Seitenkante und muß daher zur Erzeugung einer planen Auflagefläche für das Zusammenwirken mit der zugehörigen Führungsschiene mit dem nach unten gerichteten Umfangsrand ausgestattet sein.In a known cooling device of this type (EP-A-0 155 674), a storage plate is provided which is slidably held in horizontal lateral guide rails which extend from an opening plane which can be closed by a door into the depth of the housing towards a rear wall of the cooling space. Gemäß der Erfindung wird die Abstellplatte des Kühl- oder Gefriergeräts aus einer planen Glasscheibe gefertigt. Beim Herstellungsprozess wird sowohl die rückwärtige Kante der Glasscheibe nach oben abgewinkelt bzw. die vordere Kante nach unten geneigt. Die Glasscheibe kommt im Bereich ihrer mit den Führungsschienen zusammenwirkenden Seitenkanten ohne zusätzlich umgebogenen Umfangsrand aus und erfordert lediglich an diesen Seitenkanten drei Ausschnitte, zwischen welchen die beiden Auflageteilstücke gebildet sind, wobei durch die Ausschnitte im Bereich der nach unten gerichteten vorderen Kante sowie der nach oben gerichteten rückwärtigen Kante die dort nach unten bzw. oben geneigten Abschnitte der betreffenden Auflageteilstücke abgeschnitten sind.According to the invention, the storage plate of the refrigerator or freezer is made from a flat sheet of glass. Die Führungsschienen erstrecken sich dabei von einer durch eine Tür verschließbaren Öffnungsebene in die Gehäusetiefe zu einer Rückwand des Kühlraums hin und enden dort vorzugsweise mit Abstand. Auch reichen diese Führungsschienen nicht zur Öffnungsebene hin. Die Abstellplatte 1 besteht aus Einscheiben- oder Mehrscheiben-Sicherheitsglas. Dabei ist die bei der Anordnung im Kühlraum rückwärtige Kante 2 der Glasplatte 1 nach oben gerichtet, so daß von der vorderen Seitenkante 3 aus auf die Glasplatte 1 aufgeschobene Kühlgüter nicht über den rückwärtigen Seitenrand 2 hinuntergeschoben werden können. Diese rückwärtige Seitenkante 2 steht mit Abstand von der parallel dazu verlaufenden Rückwand des Kühlraums. Die rückwärtige Seitenkante 2 kann scharfkantig abgekantet sein, vorzugsweise ist sie jedoch mit einem Biegeradius bis zu beispielsweise 20 mm und bis zu 90 Winkelgraden abgekantet. Aus dem gerundeten Abkantbereich lassen sich Speisereste mit geringer Mühe entfernen. Bei geöffneter, aber noch in die Öffnungsebene ragender Tür des Kühl- oder Gefriergerätes kann dann die Glasplatte 1 soweit nach vorn herausgezogen werden, daß die vorderen Auflageteilstücke 5 aus den betreffenden Führungsschienen herausgleiten. Durch Rippen der Glasplatte nach unten oder oben läßt sich dann auch das jeweilige hintere Auflageteilstück 6 aus der jeweiligen Führungsschiene herausziehen. Die Glasplatte 1 kann dann aus dem Rühlraum entnommen werden. Die in den Seitenkanten vorgesehenen Ausschnitte können so tief ausgebildet werden, daß beispielsweise Flaschen, die auf einer darunter liegenden Abstellplatte abgestellt sind, mit ihren oberen Enden durch die Ebene der darüberliegenden Glasplatte 1 greifen können. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, innerhalb der Glasplatte 1 eine geschlossene Aussparung oder Ausklinkung vorzusehen.
