Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kalander, insbesondere für die Herstellung von Dichtungsplatten, bestehend aus min­ destens zwei Walzen, von denen mindestens die eine im Kalanderständer verstellbar gelagert ist und mit einer Gegenbiegevorrichtung ausgestattet ist. Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Kalander mit fest im Kalanderständer gelagerter großer, schwerer Walze so zu gestalten, daß die im Kalanderständer ver­ schiebbar angeordnete und mit vorzugsweise hydraulisch beaufschlagter Gegenbiegevorrichtung ausgestattete Gegenwalze mit definierten und leicht meßbaren Kräften beaufschlagt werden kann. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß im Kalanderständer (5) ein verschiebbar gelagerter Träger (8) vorgesehen ist; an dem sowohl Supporte für die Lager der mit der Gegenbiegevorrichtung (6, 7) ausgestatteten Walze als auch die Gegenbiegevorrichtungen montiert sind, und an dem die Verstellvorrichtungen für die Walzenver­ stellung angreifen.
