Celui-ci se compose d'une barrière 1, d'un boîtier 2 abritant le mécanisme d'actionnement de la barrière 1, et d'un coussin 3 placé sur le sol dans la zone de roulement d'au moins deux des roues du véhicule situées du même côté. La barrière 1 est située à une hauteur permettant de laisser passer le capot d'un véhicule sous elle, mais pas le toit de celui-ci. Le coussin 3 se prolonge au-delà de la barrière 1 en direction de l'entrée de la place de stationnement. Le boîtier 2 est positionné de manière à être accessible par le conducteur sans qu'il ait à descendre de son véhicule. Ce mécanisme comprend un moteur électrique d'entraînement 4 dont le pignon 5 est relié par une chaîne 6 au pignon 7 d'un réducteur-démultiplicateur 8. Le réducteur-démultiplicateur 8 comporte un autre pignon 9 relié par une chaîne 10 à un disque 11 solidaire de l'arbre 12 formant axe de pivotement de la barrière 1. Le pignon 9 n'est opérationnel que dans le sens du levage de la barrière, et tourne librement dans l'autre sens. Un ressort 13 de rappel est relié à un disque 14 solidaire de l'arbre 12. Par ailleurs, un ralentisseur hydraulique 15 comportant un pignon 16 est relié par une chaîne 17 à un disque 18 solidaire de l'arbre 12. D'autre part, le mécanisme d'actionnement comprend une tige pivotante 19 sur laquelle agissent un vérin pneumatique 20, un électro-aimant 21 et un ressort de rappel 22. Le vérin pneumatique 20 est équipé d'une purge 23 et d'un contrôleur de pression 24, et est alimenté en air par deux tuyaux 25. La tige 19 commande un frein 26 porté par l'arbre 12 et un loquet 27, solidaire de celle-ci, comportant une patte 28. Le dispositif fonctionne comme décrit ci-après : en position d'attente, la barrière 1 est verrouillée en position fermée par le loquet 27 qui agit sur la butée d'arrêt 29. Lorsqu'un véhicule se présente pour rentrer dans la place de stationnement, l'une de ses roues s'engage sur le coussin 3, ce qui opère un déplacement vertical de la plaque 34 vers le bas. Celle-ci écrase les tuyaux 25, provoquant un déplacement d'air actionnant le vérin 20, qui agit sur la tige 19 de manière à lui faire faire une rotation provoquant le serrage du frein 26. La clé 36, reliée à la batterie du véhicule, est introduite dans la serrure 32. Le contact ainsi établi actionne l'électro-aimant 21 qui exerce sur la tige 19 une action provoquant une rotation dans le sens opposé à celle exercée par le vérin 20, ce qui desserre le frein 26, lève le loquet 27 et actionne le contacteur 33 par l'intermédiaire de la patte 28. Le contact ainsi établi met en fonctionnement le moteur 4 qui, par l'intermédiaire du réducteur-démultiplicateur 8, et grâce aux pignons 5,7 et 9 et aux chaînes 6 et 10, agit sur le disque 11 et provoque l'ouverture de la barrière 1. En position haute, la butée 30 vient au contact de l'interrupteur 31 qui coupe l'alimentation en courant. Le mouvement de la barrière 1 est stoppé et l'électro-aimant 21, relâché. Dès lors, le frein 26 est resserré, ce qui immobilise la barrière 1. Après avoir retiré la clé 36 de la serrure 32, le véhicule peut être garé et abandonné à sa place. En se levant, la barrière 1 a actionné le ralentisseur hydraulique 15, par l'intermédiaire du disque 18 de la chaîne 17 et du pignon 16, ainsi que le ressort 13 par l'intermédiaire du disque 14. Mais le dispositif reste bloqué par l'action du frein 26 tant que le véhicule exercera une pression sur la plaque 34 du coussin 3. Lorsque le véhicule quitte la place, le vérin 20 cesse d'exercer son action. Le ressort 22 agit sur la tige 19 de manière à desserrer le frein 26. The contact thus established activates the motor 4 which, via the reduction-reduction gear 8, and thanks to the sprockets 5,7 and 9 and the chains 6 and 10, acts on the disc 11 and causes the opening of the barrier 1. In the high position, the stop 30 comes into contact with the switch 31 which cuts the power supply. The movement of the barrier 1 is stopped and the electromagnet 21 is released. Therefore, the brake 26 is applied, which immobilizes the barrier 1. After removing the key 36 from the lock 32, the vehicle can be parked and abandoned in its place. When rising, the barrier 1 actuated the hydraulic retarder 15, via the disc 18 of the chain 17 and the sprocket 16, as well as the spring 13 via the disc 14. Claims (8)

1. Dispositif permettant de réserver une place de stationnement, du type comportant une barrière (1) escamotable interdisant temporairement l'accès du véhicule à une place de stationnement, manoeuvrée dans le sens de l'ouverture et dans le sens de la fermeture par un mécanisme d'actionnement, et commandé par une clé de commande (36), caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'actionnement comprend d'une part un organe de manoeuvre (4) de la barrière (1) commandé par une clé (36) reliée à la batterie du véhicule, et apte à assurer l'alimentation en énergie électrique de cet organe de manoeuvre (4), et un organe de rappel (13) de la barrière (1) s'opposant à l'action de l'organe de manoeuvre (4) et, d'autre part, un moyen de verrouillage (26,27) de la barrière (1), la commande du déverrouillage se faisant grâce à un organe (21) actionné électriquement par l'intermédiaire de la clé (36), et la commande du verrouillage se faisant par l'intermédiaire d'un organe (20) actionné par un élément (3) utilisant le poids du véhicule, des moyens (27,29,30,31) étant prévus pour ralentir la descente de la barrière en fin de service et stopper le mouvement de pivotement de la barrière en fin de course haute et basse.1.
