Description

The invention relates to a device on a card with migratory Cover made of cover rods provided with at least an endless flexible belt for propelling the flat bars is and in which the flat bars with their two ends on sliding guides slide and then on the opposite side of the slide guides Side can be returned.

In practice, the flat bars are covered with two flat chains Slideways are drawn, each at the two outer ends (Lid heads) of the flat bars are attached. The attachment of the lid chain on a flat bar is done by a flat screw, the axially through a bush at the hinge point of the chain into a hole engages with internal thread in the lid head. The introduction of the internal thread on the face of the lid head is complex in terms of production technology. Another disadvantage is that the cover screw with a certain torque must be tightened, which in the Assembly, e.g. B. after a reorganization or the like, is time consuming.

It has already been proposed (DE-PS 1 115 621), the cover chain to be replaced by a flat toothed belt or a flat belt. The ribbon is on each lid head with a clamping plate by a   Screw fastened, the clamping plate slides over the slide bend. The manufacture and assembly of this proposal are also considerable Dimensions expensive. It also bothers through the screw attachment of the tape on the lid heads in the same way as for the Flat chain, the replacement of the flat bars, especially in the running Operation is not possible in a quick and easy way.

The invention is based on the object of a device of the type described above to create the disadvantages mentioned avoids, which in particular allows easy manufacture and assembly and allows quick replacement of the flat bars.

This problem is solved by the characteristic features of claim 1.

Due to the direct positive engagement of the belt with the Cover heads (outer ends of the flat bars) is the use of additional fasteners such as screws and. The like. Not required. As a result, the manufacture and assembly of the flat bars greatly simplified. In operation, the ends of the Flat bars by positive locking between the belt and the lid heads pulled forward over the slide guides and open during return transport the side of the revolving cover opposite the sliding guides the lid heads rest loosely on the belt and can be freely can be removed and replaced from there. The flat bars fall even with loose support on the belt, do not come off the belt because they are positively engaged with the belt. Preferably the engagement between the belt and the flat bars during operation solvable. This means that the flat bars can be used even when the revolving lid is running be replaced. The outside of the belt is useful with the side of the ends of the flat bars opposite the set engaged. The belt preferably has lugs on the outside,   which engage in recesses that exist at the ends of the flat bars are. The belt advantageously has depressions on the outside on that in existing approaches at the ends of the flat bars intervention. The lugs are preferably cylindrical and the depressions hollow cylindrical. Appropriately, the approaches are conical, e.g. B. hollow cone-shaped. This allows the approaches to Intervention in the wells can be centered. The flexible one is preferred Belt a double toothed belt. The inside of the belt is advantageous designed as a toothed belt, which engages with two toothed belt wheels stands. Are preferably in the area of the front of the moving lid two cover deflection elements available. The cover deflection elements are useful curved guide and holding plates or the like. Preferred for the introduction of the flat bars between the lid deflecting element and the slide guide is arranged a straight cover guide element, that connects tangentially to the curved sliding guide. Advantageously presses the strap the ends of the flat bars onto the slide guides. Preferably the flat bars lie on the side facing away from the sliding guides Sides loose on the outside of the strap. The strap is useful inside z. B. by tensile steel wires, glass fibers, aramid fibers or the like. armored. The upper run of the belt is expedient by at least a support element, e.g. B. role, level support or the like, supported. Preferably the strap has lugs on the outside, the front surfaces are each in engagement with an outer surface of the lid heads. The back surfaces of the lugs are advantageously each with a chamfered outer surface of the lid heads engaged.

According to a further preferred embodiment of a device on a card with a migratory cover made of garnish Flat bars, in which at least one endless flexible strap at Propulsion of the flat bars is present and at which the flat bars slide with both ends on slide guides and then on the side opposite the sliding guides   are, the sliding guide is formed by a plastic element that on the side of the flexible sheet facing the ends of the flat bars is arranged and the flexible sheet at least a distance a towered over. The flexible bend expediently has a recess, for. B. a groove in which the plastic element is embedded.

The cover deflection elements advantageously have a recess for the storage of the plastic element. The plastic element is preferred with one end on the inlet side of the flat bars attached. The cover pulleys with the back parts are useful the flat bars are engaged.

Nach Fig. 8 sind die Stifte 30a, 30b vollständig in den Riemen 16 eingelagert und dienen der Verstärkung der über die Außenseite 16a hinausragenden Ansätze 32a, 32b ... 32n. 7 also includes an embodiment in which the lugs on the outside 16a of the belt 16, for example are formed that metal pins 30a, 30b or the like are provided, which with one end in the belt 16 z. B. by vulcanization are attached un the other end of which protrudes from the outside 16a. 8, the pins 30a, 30b are completely embedded in the belt 16 and serve to reinforce those protruding beyond the outside 16a Approaches 32a, 32b ... 32n.

Fig. 10) auf usw. The invention was explained using the example of a card side; includes is the corresponding training on the other side of the card. For example, the card has two flexible sheets 17a; everyone Flat bar 14 has two lid heads 14a ', 14a' '(see FIG. 10), etc.

The invention is a connection that can be released during operation. By the direct interaction of the belt with the flat rod heads 14a both propulsion and return transport the flat bars 14 causes. In contrast to the known devices needs neither to make the connection nor for the solution an additional connection between the belt and the flat rod heads indirect connecting element, such as a screw, to be operated.

The particular advantage is that only the positive Engagement of the belt and the lid heads 14c the insertion of the flat bars 14 in the revolving cover 13 by simply inserting the flat bars 14 in the revolving cover 13 by simply inserting the flat bars 14 to the outer zone 16a of the upper ttum 16d of the belt 16 as also by removing the flat bars 14 from the revolving lid easy removal from the upper run of the belt 16 is possible.

Fig. 9b) eingreift. 9a shows a lid head 14a with a shoulder 34 on the top 14c, which in a recess 35a, 35b in the belt 16 (see FIG. 9b) intervenes.

11a to 11c, the belt 16 has approximately on the outside 16a roof-shaped lugs 36a ... 36n, the front surface 36 'of each are engaged with an outer surface 14h of the lid heads 14a. The front surface 36 'and the outer surface 14h form with respect to FIG Surface 16a an angle of about 90 °. The back surface 36 '' of the lugs 36a to 36n each have a bevelled outer surface 14g the lid heads 14a are engaged. The direction of the arrow is H the lid 14 and the belt 16 denotes.

Fig. 12a shows the flexible sheet 17a, at both ends of the deflecting elements 18 and 19 are connected. Corresponding to Fig. 12c in the upper area of the flexible sheet 17a and in the cover deflection elements 18 and 19 introduced a groove 17b into which a plastic element 37a is embedded, which is bent like a rod in accordance with FIG. 12b is. The plastic element 37a projects beyond the flexible arch 17a Distance a and is with one end on the inlet side A of Flat bars 14 attached. This is through the plastic element 37a a sliding guide 37 (sliding surface) is formed on which the surfaces 14c of the lid heads 14a slide directly on top. To this A flexible arch 17a with integrated arch-shaped cover deflection elements is a good example   18, 19 and guide groove 17b for a plastic slide educated. Through the incoming flat bars 14, the plastic slide brought into the form shown in Fig. 12b and in the guide groove 17b of the flexible sheet 17a and the integrated cover deflection sheets 18, 19 fixed. The plastic element 37a expediently consists of a so-called self-lubricating plastic, e.g. B. a high molecular weight Low pressure polyethylene, so that a maintenance-free traveling cover track arises. In particular, there is no lubrication of the known cover chain, which is labor intensive and due to the absorption of fibers for pollution leads. The material is characterized by very little wear and tear long service life and very good sliding properties and low friction losses out. Such a material exhibits sliding sliding friction against the surfaces 14c of the metallic cover heads 14a in particular self-lubricating properties thanks to a paraffin-like surface on.

The cover deflection rollers 15a, 15b can also be advantageous according to FIG. 13 are in engagement with the back parts 14d of the flat bars 14.

The surfaces 14b of the lid heads 14a (see FIG. 4a) are either with the sliding surfaces of the deflection elements 18, 19 according to FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 13 or with the sliding surface projecting beyond the deflecting elements 18, 19 37 of the plastic element 37a according to FIG. 12 directly in contact.

The set of the flat bar 14 is designated by 38 in FIG. 2.

14 shows an embodiment in which the plastic element 37a in the application 17b is arranged such that the slide guide 37 at a distance b below the upper limit of the flexible bend 17a is arranged.

It may be appropriate that the sliding guide 17 and / or Areas 14b at least partially by a self-lubricating Element made of a metallic oil soaked in oil and / or fat Material, e.g. B. bearing material are formed.

An advantage is that the flat bars 14 by the flexible straps are pulled forward, using a cover pulley 15a, 15b serves as a train drive element.
