Description
The invention relates to a device on a card with a migratory lid made of flat bars provided with clothing, in which there is at least one endless flexible belt for propelling the flat bars and in which the flat bars slide with their two ends on sliding guides and then on the side opposite the sliding guides can be returned.
In practice, the flat bars are pulled over the sliding guides with two flat chains, which are each attached to the two outer ends (flat heads) of the flat bars. The lid chain is attached to a flat bar by a lid screw, which engages axially through a bush at the hinge point of the chain in a bore with an internal thread in the lid head. The introduction of the internal thread on the end face of the lid head is complex in terms of production technology. Another disadvantage is that the cover screw has to be tightened with a certain torque, which during assembly, for. B. after a reorganization or the like, is time consuming.
Das Band wird auf jedem Dedkelkopf jeweils mit einer Klemmplatte durch eineIt has already been proposed (DE-PS 1 115 621) to replace the cover chain with a toothed flat belt or a flat belt. The belt is attached to each box head with a clamping plate
Screw fastened, the clamping plate slides over the slide bend. The manufacture and assembly of this proposal are also considerably complex. In addition, it is annoying that the screw fastening of the band to the lid heads in the same way as for the lid chain means that it is not possible to replace the flat bars quickly and easily, particularly during operation.
In contrast, the invention is based on the object of creating a device of the type described at the outset which avoids the disadvantages mentioned, which in particular allows simple manufacture and assembly and enables the flat bars to be replaced quickly.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Due to the direct positive engagement of the belt with the lid heads (outer ends of the flat bars), the use of additional fastening elements such as screws and. The like. Not required. This greatly simplifies the manufacture and assembly of the flat bars. In operation, the ends of the flat bars are pulled forward by positive locking between the belt and the flat heads over the slide guides and when transported back on the side of the traveling cover opposite the slide guides, the flat heads lie loosely on the belt and can be removed and replaced unhindered from there. The flat bars do not fall off the belt even when they are loosely placed on the belt because they engage the belt in a form-fitting manner. The engagement between the belt and the flat bars can preferably be released during operation. This means that the flat bars can be replaced even when the revolving lid is running. The outside of the belt expediently engages with the side of the ends of the flat bars opposite the clothing. The belt preferably has lugs on the outside, which engage in recesses that are present at the ends of the flat bars. Advantageously, the belt has depressions on the outside which engage in the lugs present at the ends of the flat bars. The lugs are preferably cylindrical and the depressions are hollow cylindrical. Appropriately, the approaches are conical, e.g. B. hollow cone-shaped. This allows the lugs to be centered when engaging in the recesses. The flexible belt is preferably a double toothed belt. The inside of the belt is advantageously designed as a toothed belt, which is in engagement with two toothed belt wheels. There are preferably two cover deflecting elements in the area of the end face of the moving cover. The cover deflecting elements are expediently curved guide and holding plates or the like. A straight cover guide element is preferably arranged between the cover deflecting element and the slide guide for the introduction of the cover rods, which straight element connects tangentially to the curved slide guide. The belt advantageously presses the ends of the flat bars onto the slide guides. The flat bars are preferably loosely located on the side facing away from the sliding guides on the outside of the belt. The belt is useful inside z. B. by tensile steel wires, glass fibers, aramid fibers or the like, reinforced. The upper run of the belt is expediently provided by at least one support element, e.g. B. role, level support or the like, supported. The belt preferably has lugs on the outside, the front surfaces of which each engage an outer surface of the cover heads. The back surfaces of the lugs are advantageously in engagement with a bevelled outer surface of the cover heads.
According to a further preferred embodiment of a device on a card with a moving lid made of flat bars provided with clothing, in which there is at least one endless flexible belt when propelling the flat bars and in which the flat bars slide with their two ends on sliding guides and then on the sliding guides opposite side are, the sliding guide is formed by a plastic element which is arranged on the side of the flexible sheet facing the ends of the flat bars and which projects beyond the flexible sheet by at least a distance a. The flexible bend expediently has a recess, for. B. a groove in which the plastic element is embedded.
The cover deflecting elements advantageously have a recess for storing the plastic element. The plastic element is preferably fastened at one end to the inlet side of the flat bars. The cover deflection rollers are expediently engaged with the back parts of the cover rods.

Fig. 4e zeigt den Riemen 16, der auf seiner Außenseite 16a Ansätze 25a, 25b ... 25n, z B. aus Gummi, aufweist. Der Riemen 16 ist in Längsrichtung durch innen liegende zugfeste und biegsame Stahldrähte 33 armiert.4a shows a part of a
Fig. 5c zeigt eine Ausbildung wie Fig. 5b, bei der jedoch auf jeden kegelstumpfförmigen Ansatz 29a, 29b ... 29n jeweils eine Kugelkappe aufgesetzt ist.FIG. 5 shows an embodiment like FIG. 4a, but in which there is a frustoconical
Fig. 10) auf usw.The invention was explained using the example of a card side; the corresponding training on the other side of the card is also included. For example, the card has two
The invention is a connection that can be released during operation. By direct interaction of the belt with the
The particular advantage is that only via the positive engagement of the belt and the lid heads 14c, the insertion of the
Fig. 9b) eingreift.FIG. 9a shows a
The
The set of the
Fig. 14 zeigt eine Ausbildung, bei der das Kunststoffelement 37a in der Anmeldung 17b derart angeordnet ist, daß die Gleitführung 37 in einem Abstand b unterhalb der oberen Begrenzung des Flexibelbogens 17a angeordnet ist.14 shows an embodiment in which the
It may be appropriate that the sliding
An advantage is that the
