Abstract

Centrale de nettoyage et traitement pour l'entretien des presses à imprimer caractérisée par le fait d'utiliser en combinaison un certain nombre de moyens susceptibles de prendre alternativement en charge, d'une part l'ensemble du nettoyage des différents éléments actifs de la presse se trouvant en contact avec l'encre d'impression et d'autre part le mouillage, nettoyage, gommage et dégommage de la plaque d'impression, ainsi que l'entretien des propriétés physiques et état de surface des parties caoutchoutées telles que rouleaux et blanchets d'impression.
Ces différentes fonctions sont réalisées en utilisant, en combinaison, les dispositifs de nettoyage, mouillage, gommage et dégommage, alimentés en solutions et produits d'entretien appropriés aux différentes fonctions, à l'aide de la pompe 45 les prélevant des réserves 44 et des containers distributeurs 48 et 68. Un ensemble électro-distributeur 46, 47, 52, 52A, 52B, 53, et 54 permet de véhiculer les produits dans les directions retenues. Un asservissement électronique automatise l'ensemble des fonctions, selon le type de nettoyage programmé à partir du boitier électronique 55 et de ces moyens de commande 56, 57 et 58. Une autre forme de l'invention associe à ces fonctions celles néces­ saires au refroidissement et traitement des eaux pour utiliser en commun une même pompe à fluide 45, un bâti unique 43A et la même réserve d'eau de mouillage 61.
Une autre forme de l'invention utilise la pompe à air de la presse 45A pour véhiculer les différents produits nécessaires à sa réalisation.
