Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Luftstrom-Mahlanlage mit einer Wälzmühle, die stationär gelagerte Mahlwalzen aufweist. Die Mahlwalzen (20) sind federnd gegen eine angetriebene Mahlschüs­ sel (3) anpreßbar. Über der Wälzmühle ist ein integrierter Sich­ ter angeordnet. Das Mahlgut-Luftgemisch wird bei dieser Aus­ führungsform der Mahlanlage im wesentlichen vom Wälzmühlen­ zentrum her der Mahlschüssel und den Mahlwalzen (20) zugeführt. Da bisher die Drehung der Mahlwalzen durch reinen Reib­ schluß mit dem Mahlgut bzw. der Mahlschüssel herbeigeführt wurde, konnten extreme Belastungen und Slip-stick-Effekte nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Die Erfindung geht zur Über­ windung dieser Nachteile den Weg, in einer Kombination auch die Mahlwalzen (20) separat anzutreiben (26), wobei Drehzahl und Dreh­ moment so ausgelegt werden, daß auch bei hoher Feinheit des Mahlgutes eine gleichmäßige Funktionsweise der Mahlanlage gewährleistet ist.
