Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for storing and transporting bulk goods, liquids and gases according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Containers are often only used for a load or similar loads, since when the load is exchanged, complex cleaning work is necessary, which is often beyond the scope of the economic one. In the case of transport containers in particular, it is therefore often more economical not to load them during the return transport if no similar goods are available for transport.
- the container described in the patent has at least one sealed and flexible partition wall, which is fastened on its circumference to the container wall and divides the container space into two compartments for the cargo which are accessible through at least one sealingly closable opening.
- the flexible partition is acted upon by the cargo and can deform in such a way that it bears against the container wall of the other compartment under the influence of the loading of one compartment.
- the respective container walls of the sub-rooms and each side of the flexible partition always come only with that in the part in question in contact with the room. Wind also proposed to couple the emptying and filling process of the separate subspaces.
- the flexible partition wall at the edge of which is turned into a loop into which at least one tube, which is fixed to the container wall by means of bolts, engages.
- the subspaces are sealed off from one another by additional flexible strips which extend from the container wall to the flexible partition wall and cover the free spaces between the loop and the bolt.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a fastening for a flexible partition in a generic container and to design such that the flexible partition can be fixed in a simple and safe sealing manner on the container wall and the continuous loading and unloading process is ensured under practical conditions , a position of the flexible partition that interrupts the loading and unloading process is reliably avoided.
- a flexible partition 2 is arranged in a container 1 and divides the container 1 into two sub-rooms 3a and 3b. Each subarea 3a or 3b is connected through an opening 4a or 4b to a line 5a or 5b for charge exchange.
- the flexible partition 2 is fixed at its ends to the container body 1a by means of a fastening on its circumference.
- the fastening has a support profile 6 which is fixed to the container and which is arranged on the circumference of the container 1 in the intended fastening plane and is sealed with respect to the container body 1 a.
- a holding profile 7 adapted to the support profile 6 defines the flexible partition 2 arranged between the two.
- the fixing is done by conventional fasteners 8 such as screw connections, Clamp connections or joint connections.
- the support profile 6 and the holding profile 7 each have a cavity 9a or 9b, which is delimited from one another, with the cavity 9a being extended the opening 4a and the cavity 9b is connected to the opening 4b and a local proximity of the openings 4a and 4b to their associated cavities 9a and 9b is advantageous.
- the cavity 9b of the support profile 6 has channels 10b which are arranged distributed over the circumference of the support profile 6 and open into the subspace 3b.
- the cavity 9a of the holding profile 7 has channels 10a, which are arranged distributed over the circumference of the holding profile 7 and open into the subspace 3a.
- FIG. 3 a simple embodiment of a fastening for the flexible partition 2 on the container body 1a is shown.
- the support profile 6 and the holding profile 7 are similar angle profiles and are arranged in the container 1 such that they open to the container body 1a.
- the support profile 6 forms with its legs 6a and 6b and the container body 1a the cavity 9a
- the holding profile 7 forms with its legs 7a and 7b and the container body 1a the associated cavity 9b.
- the mutually opposite legs 6b and 7b of the angle profiles define the flexible partition 2, whereby a sealing closure to the container body 1a is formed.
- the legs 6a and 7a of the angle profiles extend in the opposite direction at an angle to the wall of the container body 1a and lie at their ends sealingly against the wall thereof.
- the limbs 6a and 7a have notches which fulfill the function of the channels 10a and 10b in a simple manner and which separate the respective subspace 3a or 3b with their associated line 5a or 5b for charge exchange connect.
- the connection of the support profile 6 to the container body 1 a can be done, for example, by welding, the connection of the support profile 6 to the holding profile 7, including the flexible partition 2, is advantageously carried out by releasable fastening means 8, which are accessible by the notches.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 einen Schnitt in Längsrichtung durch einen Behälter;
- Fig. 2 einen Schnitt in Querrichtung durch den Behälter nach Fig. 1;
