7. Operating device according to claim 6, characterized in that the openings (44, 45) comprise an inwardly protruding peripheral rim (46, 47) which clicks into the opening (14) of the single-walled slat (4).
8. Operating device according to claim 7, characterized in that the sum of the heights of the inwardly protruding peripheral rims (46, 47) is slightly smaller than the thickness of the wall of the sin­gle-walled slat (4).
