Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour la confection de paquets, en particulier de boîtes à couvercle basculant pour cigarettes, à partir de flans (13) qui sont détachés d'une bande continue de matériau (16) et amenés à un appareil de pliage, la bande de matériau (16) étant guidée le long d'une voie de transport (18) dans la partie arrière du dispositif (sur une face arrière 25) et sensiblement parallèlement au plan médian longitudinal du dispositif, et les flans (13) étant, après détachement de la bande de matériau (16), amenés à l'appareil de pliage (revolver de pliage 10) individuellement et perpendiculairement à la voie de transport (18) le long d'une voie à flans (26) en direction de la face avant du dispositif.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un rouleau (17) de bande de matériau (16) est placé sur la face arrière (25), en particulier sur un axe support (28) dirigé vers l'arrière.
  3. Dispositif pour la confection de paquets, en particulier de boîtes à couvercle basculant pour cigarettes, à partir de flans (13) qui sont détachés d'une bande continue de matériau (16) et amenés à des dispositifs de pliage pour la formation de paquets, les Plans (13) étant, pour la formation de la bande de matériau (16), joints par des liaisons restantes et la bande de matériau (16) formant une accumulation par pliage en zigzag dans la zone des liaisons restantes.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau (16) traverse un récipient d'accumulation (33) dans lequel ont lieu, du côté entrée, le pliage en zigzag et, du côté sortie, le redressement de la bande de matériau (16).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient d'accumulation (33) présente une pièce d'entrée (34) s'élargissant en entonnoir pourvue d'une Pente d'entrée (35) et une pièce de sortie se rétrécissant en entonnoir (37) pourvue d'une Pente de sortie (38), dans chaque cas pour le passage de la bande de matériau (16).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant l'entrée du récipient d'accumulation (33) est placée une paire de rouleaux pousseurs (36) et, sur le côté sortie du récipient d'accumulation (33), est placée une paire de rouleaux tracteurs (39).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'à l'extrémité de la voie de transport (18) est formé un poste de détachement (19) pour le détachement des flans individuels (13) de la bande de matériau (16) et que les flans individuels (13) sont ensuite introduits dans la voie à flans dirigée transversalement (26).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant le poste de détachement (19) se trouve un feston (40) de bande de matériau (16), la grandeur de ce feston (40) étant contrôlée par des organes de contrôle, en particulier par des barrières lumineuses (41, 42).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que la voie à flans (26) monte à partir du poste de détachement (19) et se termine au-dessus de poches (11, 12) du revolver de pliage (10).
