Claims (9)

  1. Ergonomischer Stuhl eines Typs, der umfaßt:
    - einen Sitz mit einem vorderen Bereich (17) und einem hinteren Bereich (14) und einer horizontalen Schwenkachse, die an einem höhenverstellbaren Gestell (10) angebracht sind,
    - eine einteilige Rückenlehne (13), die auf einer bestimmten Höhe eine Struktur besitzt, die ihre kontrollierte Verformung nach hinten ermöglicht, wobei diese Struktur durch mechanische Mittel (12) und gleichzeitig durch die Eigenschaften des Materials (13) eine Gesamtflexibilität besitzt,
    - wobei der vordere Teil (17) des Sitzes am Gestell angebracht ist und wobei der hintere Teil (14) einteilig mit der Rückenlehne (13) gegossen und am vorderen Teil schwenkbar angebracht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - die mechanischen Mittel, die die elastische Kippung der Rückenlehne ermöglichen, umfassen: eine Platte (20), die an der Schwenkachse (16) des Sitzes schwenkbar angebracht ist, eine Feder (21), die mit dieser Platte so zusammengefügt ist, daß bei einer Kippung des Stuhls nach hinten die Platte unter einer Komprimierung der Feder schwenkt und dabei im Sitz eine Steifigkeit erzeugt, die der von der Platte ausgeübten Kraft entgegenwirkt,
    - eine Einstellschraube (24), die die Einstellung der Steifigkeit ermöglicht,
    - und einen Läufer (26), der an der Feder befestigt ist und ein Innengewinde aufweist, wobei die Einstellschraube mit dem Innengewinde so zusammenwirkt, daß bei einer Drehung der Schraube durch den Benutzer der Läufer verschoben wird und dabei den Punkt der Platte ändert, auf den die Feder ihre Kraft ausübt.
  2. Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Mittel für die Verriegelung des gegossenen Teils in jeder Kipposition aufweist.
  3. Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsmittel eine Pleuel-Schubstange (26') ist, die durch einen äußeren Hebel betätigt wird, um an der Platte in Anschlag zu gelangen.
  4. Stuhl gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in Verbindung mit den mechanischen Mitteln eine Rückenlehnenstruktur aufweist, die unter dem Druck des Körpers einer sitzenden Person zuläßt, daß sich der obere Bereich dieser Rückenlehne vorzugsweise auf Höhe der Schultern diese sitzenden Person elastisch nach hinten durchbiegt.
  5. Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Struktur im Bereich der Rückenlehne in Form von horizontalen Rippen (5) gegeben ist, deren zur Rückseite des Stuhls gewandter Anteil dick und steif ist, während der zur Vorderseite des Stuhls gewandte Anteil (7) verjüngt und abgerundet ist, derart, daß von hinten gesehen dieser Bereich der Rückenlehne eine Reihe von sehr schmalen Rinnen aufzuweisen scheint, die dazu geeignet sind, unter dem Druck der sitzenden Person zusammengedrückt zu werden und dabei eine leichte und begrenzte Biegung des Oberteils der Rückenlehne nach hinten zulassen.
  6. Stuhl gemäß den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren der Rinnen vorgesehene Anschläge (8) die Amplitude diese Biegung zu begrenzen erlauben.
  7. Stuhl gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzige gegossene Teil mit einer metallischen Struktur verbunden ist, die die Form einer aus Metallrohren (33-34) verwirklichten Mulde aufweist, deren dem Sitz entsprechender im wesentlichen horizontaler Bereich sich unter dem entsprechenden Bereich des gegossenen Teils befindet, während der die Rückenlehne bis zum Biegungsbereich verstärkende im wesentlichen vertikale Bereich sich vor dem dem gegossenen Teil entsprechenden Bereich befindet, so daß diese Rohre durch das gegossene Teil im Verbindungsbereich zwischen dem Sitz und der Rückenlehne verlaufen.
  8. Stuhl gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Armlehnen umfaßt, die an der metallischen Struktur befestigt sind.
  9. Stuhl gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzige gegossene Teil aus Polypropylen ist.
