Claims (12)

1. Dispositif pour dérouler des produits imprimés enroulés en formation imbriquée, conjointement avec une bande d'enroulement, sur un mandrin de bobinage, comprenant un palier pour le rouleau (32), une bobine de bande (48) montée de manière tournante et pouvant être entraînée pour l'enroulement de la bande d'enroulement (10) déroulée du rouleau (32) sous contrainte de traction, conjointement avec les produits imprimés (14), et un engin de manutention continue (28) pour l'évacuation de la formation imbriquée (S) déroulée, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin de bobinage (12) peut tourner librement, que le palier pour le rouleau (32) est constitué par au moins deux bandes de support sans fin (28, 28′) parallèles qui peuvent être entraînées et passent autour de poulies (24, 26) montées de manière tournante, et sur lesquelles le rouleau (32) avec les produits imprimés (14) enroulés repose de façon à pouvoir tourner, que la bande d'enroulement (10) s'étend entre les bandes de support (28, 28′) en direction de la bobine de bande (48), que le brin porteur (30) des bandes de support (28, 28′) présente, lorsqu'il supporte le rouleau (32) et respectivement le mandrin de bobinage (12), une flèche pour la stabilisation dudit rouleau (32) et respectivement dudit mandrin de bobinage (12), et que les bandes de support (28, 28′) sont entraînées, éventuellement de manière freinée, de telle façon que la bande d'enroulement (10) est maintenue sous effort de traction.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poulies (24, 26) sont montées de manière tournante sur des arbres (20, 22) montés de manière stationnaire sur un bâti (18).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les unes des poulies (24) sont montées sur un arbre (20) lequel est mobile dans le sens horizontal.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux guidages (34) pour le guidage latéral du rouleau (32) déposé sur les bandes de support (28, 28′), qui s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement aux bandes de support (28, 28′) et reçoivent entre eux lesdites bandes de support (28, 28′).
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chacune des bandes de support (28, 28′) passe respectivement autour de deux poulies (24, 26) tournantes et que la bobine de bande (48) est montée de manière tournante entre les poulies (26) voisines.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de support (28, 28′) et la bande d'enroulement (10) peuvent être entraînées au moyen d'un entraînement commun (52).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bobine de bande (48) peut être entraînée au moyen d'un entraînement (52) et que les bandes de support (28, 28′) peuvent se déplacer librement ou de manière freinée.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la bobine de bande (48) peut être entraînée au moyen d'un accouplement à glissement (56) agissant entre l'entraînement (52) et la bobine de bande (48), de sorte que la bande d'enroulement (10) peut être enroulée sous une contrainte de traction sensiblement constante.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la bobine de bande (48) est montée en dessous des brins porteurs (30) des bandes de support (28, 28′) pour que la bande d'enroulement (10) croise les brins porteurs (30) avant que, vu dans la direction de transport (D) des produits imprimés (14), lesdits produits imprimés (14) se détachent du rouleau (32).
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, vu dans la direction de mouvement (B) des brins porteurs (30) des bandes de support (28, 28′), un transporteur d'évacuation (58), de préférence une bande transporteuse, est monté en aval pour évacuer les produits imprimés (14) des bandes de support (28, 28′).
11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une limitation (40, 42) agissant sur le mandrin de bobinage (12) et destinée à empêcher le rouleau (32) de sortir des bandes de support (28, 28′) dans le sens de leur extension longitudinale.
12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 11, caractérisé en ce que la limitation (40, 42) est un bout d'arbre (42) dépassant du rouleau (32) et pouvant être engagé dans le mandrin de bobinage (12), lequel bout d'arbre est guidé dans les guidages (34) de manière à coulisser dans le sens vertical.
