Claims (4)

  1. Bouchon (10) en matière plastique pour un récipient pour matières fluides, comprenant :
    - un capuchon (11) pourvu d'une plaque de recouvrement (15) qui comporte une ouverture (16),
    - une paroi de capuchon (17), qui s'étend vers le haut à partir de la plaque de recouvrement (15), qui forme un évidement (18) ouvert vers le haut au-dessus de la plaque de recouvrement (15) et qui est pourvu d'un bord supérieur (20),
    - une plaque de tête (12), pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe (Y) entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture et dont l'enveloppe périphérique (13) s'étend dans l'évidement (18) et comporte, sur un des côtés défini par l'axe de pivotement, une ouverture de décharge (21) qui est fermée, dans la position de fermeture de la plaque de tête (12), par la paroi de capuchon (17) tandis que l'autre côté, servant d'organe d'actionnement, de la plaque de tête (12) est disposé, dans sa position de fermeture, à distance au-dessus du bord supérieur (20) de la paroi de capuchon (17), le mouvement de pivotement de la plaque de tête (12) étant rendu possible au moyen d'un dispositif de soutien et de pivotement (22) sur le côté intérieur de la paroi de capuchon,
    - caractérisé en ce que :
    - dans l'état de livraison du récipient, l'enveloppe (13) de la plaque de tête (12) est pourvue, sur son côté servant d'organe d'actionnement, d'une liaison d'originalité (14) qui, lors de la mise en service du récipient, peut être déchirée par pivotement de la plaque de tête (12) dans la position d'ouverture, cette liaison d'originalité (14) se composant de deux appendices étroits (30), qui font saillie de l'enveloppe (13) latéralement vers l'extérieur à une petite distance au-dessus du bord (20), échancré vers le bas sur ce côté, de la paroi de capuchon (17), les appendices s'étendant jusqu'en dessous du bord supérieur de la plaque de tête (12), en s'appliquant seulement à leur extrémité inférieure de façon ponctuelle contre l'enveloppe (13) de la plaque de tête (12) et en étant disposés sur l'enveloppe (13) de la plaque de tête (12) symétriquement par rapport au plan principal de pivotement (31), orienté perpendiculairement à l'axe de pivotement (Y), et en étant reliés entre eux par un arceau de garantie (32).
  2. Bouchon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arceau de garantie (32) s'étend entre les deux appendices (30) à une distance radiale à peu près constante de l'enveloppe (13) de la plaque de tête (12) et sa surface située radialement à l'extérieur est à peu près en coïncidence, dans une vue en plan du bouchon, avec le côté extérieur de la paroi de capuchon (17).
  3. Bouchon selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arceau de garantie (32) est lié seulement au bord inférieur des deux appendices (30).
  4. Bouchon selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'arceau de garantie (32) est d'une nature élastique.
