Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine verlegbare Brücke, die an ihren beiden Enden mindestens ein nicht höhenverstellbares, im senkrechten Längsschnitt spitz zulaufendes Rampenende aufweist.The invention relates to a relocatable bridge which has at its two ends at least one non-height-adjustable ramp end tapering in a vertical longitudinal section.
Mobile Brücken, die meist als Pionierbrücken verwendet werden, weisen in der Regel an ihren Enden Rampen auf, die durch entsprechende Anlenkungen in ihrer Höhe verstellbar sein können. Eine solche Höhenverstellung ist meist dann erforderlich, wenn diese Brücken als Schwimmbrücken auf Pontons auflagernd verwendet werden. Festbrücken, also solche Brücken, die nicht als Schwimmbrücken eingesetzt werden, benötigen hingegen in der Regel eine Höhenverstellung ihrer ebenfalls rampenartig ausgebildeten Enden nicht. Dies trifft insbesondere für kürzere Festbrücken zu. Solche Brücken weisen aber den Nachteil auf, als Pionierbrücken nicht für sämtliche Einsatzfälle geeignet zu sein. Bei diesen Einsatzfällen handelt es sich neben der Verwendung als Fest- und Schwimmbrücke auch - sofern die Brückenteile schwimmfähig sind - um den Einsatz als Fähre. In diesem Fall muß das Ende der Brücke, nämlich die Rampe, als Fahrzeugbug dienend angehoben werden, damit die so gebildete Fähre nicht überschwemmt wird.Mobile bridges, which are mostly used as pioneering bridges, generally have ramps at their ends, which can be adjusted in height by appropriate linkages. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, ruht das Rampenende 1 einer nicht weiter dargestellten, als Festbrücke ausgebildeten verlegbaren Brücke auf einem in einem Fluß 2 schwimmenden Ponton 3 auf. Die Spitze 4 des Rampenendes 1 ist mit einem Anschlußteil 5 verbunden, das an der Oberseite ein Schwenkgelenk 6 aufweist, dessen Achse quer zur Brückenlängsrichtung verläuft, und an welchem ein Träger 7 angelenkt ist, der mit seinem anderen Ende auf dem Ufer 8 des Flusses 2 aufliegt. Der Träger 7 weist an seiner Unterseite Längsrippen 9 auf, die zwei vorspringende Doppelaugen 10 bilden, wobei an jedes Doppelauge das eine Ende eines Hydraulikzylinders 11 angelenkt ist, dessen anderes Ende mit einem gegenüberliegend an einem unteren Vorsprung 12 des Anschlußteils 5 befindlichen Doppelauge 13 gelenkig befestigt ist. Die beiden Hydraulikzylinder 11 sind über Leitungen 14 mit einem im Inneren eines Pontons 3 angeordneten Pumpenaggregat 15 zum Betätigen der Hydraulikzylinder verbunden. Die beiden dadurch bewirkten äußeren Schwenkstellungen des Trägers 7 sind in Fig. 1 ebenfalls angedeutet. Eine zwischen zwei Rippen 9 im Träger 7 angeordnete und mit den Hydraulikzylindern 11 in Verbindung stehende Speichervorrichtung 16 dient einer federnden Abstützung des Schwenkgelenks 6 bei Belastung. Das Anschlußteil wird durch zwei Winkelstücke 18 gebildet, die die in Fig. 4 gezeigte Breite aufweisen und über eine obere Fahrbahnplatte 19 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Winkelstücke 18 bilden jeweils einen Vorsprung 20, der in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 21 der in Fig. 5 und 6 in größerem Maßstab gezeigten Spitze des Rampenendes 1 eingreift. Das andere Ende des Winkelstücks 18 weist an seiner Oberseite zwei zum Schwenkgelenk 6 gehörende Augen auf, während darunterliegend nach unten vorspringend die Augen 13 zur Anlenkung eines der Zylinder 11 angeordnet sind. Wie insbesondere in Fig. 4 erkennbar, ist im Vorsprung 20 eine Ausrückvorrichtung 21 gelagert, mit der durch Auf- und Abbewegen eines Stempels 22 zwei Bolzen 23 in Richtung ihrer gemeinsamen Achse seitlich aus- und eingerückt werden können. In der gezeigten ausgerückten Stellung ist eine mit Schrägnuten 24 versehene, senkrecht verlaufende Schürze 25 nach unten verschoben, wodurch in den Schrägnuten 24 verschiebbare, jeweils an einen der Bolzen 23 angeordnete Führungsstifte 26 nach außen geschoben sind. Den Führungsstiften 26 gegenüberliegende nicht gezeigte Führungsstifte greifen in horizontal verlaufende Nuten 27 ein, um ein Drehen der Bolzen 23 zu verhindern.The connecting part is formed by two

Die kammartig vorspringenden Spitzen 30, welche durch die Ausnehmungen 21 im Rampenende 1 gebildet werden, liegen in der Kopplungsstellung seitlich auf Druckstücken 31 auf, die seitlich vorspringend an den Winkelstücken 18 angeordnet sind. Die Druckstücke 31 werden lediglich bei Brückenbelastung beaufschlagt. Auf der Oberseite der Spitze 30 stützen sich Schultern 32 ab, die ebenso wie die Spurbahn 19 die Winkelstücke 18 miteinander verbinden. Das Einschieben der Anschlußstücke 5 wird dadurch erleichtert, daß jedes Winkelstück seitlich zwei gleichachsig gegenüberliegende Führungsbolzen 33 aufweist, die beim Einfädeln in gegenüberliegende Nuten 34 der Spitze 30 eingreifen. Das bei Belastung der Brücke im Bereich des Anschlußstücks 5 auftretende Biegemoment wird durch ein Kräftepaar aufgenommen, bei dem die Druckkraft über das Druckstück 31 und die Zugkraft über die Bolzen 23 übertragen wird.When disengaging, the

- A bridge according to claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the inner part of the recess (21) adjacent the bridge is constructed closed on the underside, and the outer part of the recess has on each side a guide groove (34) in which an associated guide pin (33) disposed on the connecting part (5) engages.
- A bridge according to one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that at least the underside of the ramp end (tip 30) can be borne on lateral thrust portions (31) of the connecting parts (5).
