Definitions

  • the invention relates to a security system according to the preamble of claim 1 (EP-A 140 839).
  • Such security systems are used especially in banks as safe systems. But they can also be used wherever valuables are to be deposited, that is. for example in train stations, in airports, in hotels and so on.
  • EU-A 51 048 An automated banking system is described in EU-A 51 048.
  • the system's safe system consists of an arrangement with lockers rotating around the vertical axis.
  • the lockers are located in the arrangement so that their access openings are on the outer circumference of the arrangement.
  • the arrangement with the lockers according to EP-A 51 048 is accommodated in a cell, one wall of which has a large, vertically running opening. The opening is closed by several small doors that are one above the other. Opening the one door allows access to the individual locker.
  • the arrangement with the lockers according to EP-A 51 048 makes a rotary movement about the vertical axis in the horizontal plane.
  • the lockers housed in the arrangement are arranged in several vertical rows. This allows access to all lockers when you break in (breakthrough from one locker to the other).
  • the safe system according to the published European patent application 140 839 has at least one receiving part with a large number of individually accessible safes.
  • the receiving part is enclosed by a housing with a passage opening.
  • the receiving part can be displaced in the vertical direction along a vertically running guide and rotated around it. By rotating the receiving part and / or by displacing it along its axis of rotation, the individual safe access openings, which are arranged along the outer circumference, are brought into alignment with the passage opening in the housing.
  • the invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object of creating a security system for storing valuables, in which there is no access to the side from one locker to the other in the event of a break-in.
  • the mounting blocks of the system should be able to be replaced at any time and independently of one another.
  • the hoist is only intended to lift the relevant block and not the total number of safe compartments. These measures are intended to significantly increase the safety of such a system.
  • the embodiment of the security system according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has an annular disc 14 on which a plurality of receiving blocks 1, 2 are individually and releasably arranged.
  • receiving blocks 1, 2 are individually and releasably arranged in the right-angled, single-row receiving blocks I, 2, several individually accessible lockers 4 are arranged one above the other in such a way that their access openings 6 are each located on one side surface of each receiving block I, 2.
  • the releasable connection of the receiving blocks 1, 2 with an annular disk 14 is ensured by centering bolts 23, which are provided from the outside on the bottom of each receiving block I, 2 and snap into the corresponding recesses in the annular disk 14.
  • the washer 14 with the mounting blocks I, 2 attached to it is of a safe II with at least one service opening 12 closed.
  • a vertical hoist 7 is passed through the same in the annular disk 14.
  • the hoist 7 consists of a vertical column 8 and a lifting arm 9 running perpendicular to the column 8, which can be moved on the column 8.
  • the lifting arm can be operated electro-mechanically, hydraulically or pneumatically. 1, it is an electro-mechanical drive with an electric motor 32, a spindle 33 and a spindle nut 34 mounted on the spindle and driven by the spindle 33.
  • the annular disc 14 is rotatable about its axis of rotation in the horizontal plane. It is supported by rollers 22 which run on the floor of the armored cabinet 11. Instead of the rollers 22, a ball bearing rim can be used.
  • the ring disk 14 is guided on its circumference by means of at least three rollers 35. In Fig. 2 there are four rollers 35, one of which is a drive roller.
  • the drive roller is provided with a friction-resistant coating.
  • Another possibility of the drive device consists in a chain wheel 36 which is in engagement with the chain-like circumference 19 of the ring disk 14, as is shown schematically in FIG. 14.
  • the column 8 is anchored in the armored cabinet II. It can be arranged stationary or rotatable. It can be positioned inside the ring disk 14 or outside the same.
  • the admission blocks I, 2 have a different division - depending on your wishes. Several hoists can also be provided within the safe II.
  • the rotational movement of the ring disk 14 brings the desired, selected receiving block 1 a into its starting position, which is located near the armored cabinet wall with the service opening 12 and the storage table 40.
  • the selected mounting block la (see FIG. I) is detected by the lifting arm 9 of the hoist 7 so that the lifting arm 9 with its centering bolts 23 and its angle iron moves under the angle iron 25, 26 attached to the top of each mounting block I, 2.
  • the centering bolts 23 come under the holes 27 of the one angle iron 25 and when the lifting arm 9 is lifted they snap into the same.
  • the recording block 1 a thus detected independently of the other recording blocks 1, 2 is lifted vertically into the desired position in front of the operating opening 12.
  • the selected receiving block 1 a is guided by means of its strips 28 attached to two opposite sides in guide rails 29 fastened to the armored cabinet II.
  • the selected receiving block 1 a is lifted practically without vibration during its entire movement.
  • An armored slide 37 is provided in front of the control opening 12 inside the armored cabinet II; it can be moved in the vertical direction.
  • the vertical displacement of the armored slide 37 automatically adjusts the size of the operating opening 12 to the size of the locker supplied.
  • the armored slide 37 ensures that the operating opening 12 only opens as far as is necessary to operate the individual locker 4.
  • the type of actuation of the armored slide valve is known.
  • the wall of the armored cabinet II with the control opening 12 has an access door 39 which is suspended from hinges 38. When this door is opened, access is made to the annular disc 14 with the receiving blocks I, 2 and the hoist 7 in order to exchange the individual components.
  • FIG. 5 and 6 an embodiment of the security system is shown, which has two stacked washers 14 with the receiving blocks I.
  • the two ring disks 14 are accommodated in an underground space, only a part of the hoist 7 protruding from the underground part and being enclosed on one side only by the armored cabinet II.
  • a raised receiving block la is shown in a position which lies in front of the operating opening 12 of the armored cabinet II.
  • the lifting arm 9 of the hoist 7 (see FIGS. 6 and 13) is provided with a placement table 31 which can be telescopically extended on the lifting arm 9 by means of a spindle.
  • 6 shows guides 41 on the upper part of each receiving block I, into which the deposit table 31 is inserted in order to raise the selected receiving block 1 a.
  • the selected receiving block la is returned, the opening from the underground space is closed by the cover plate 31.
  • the receiving blocks 3 have lockers 5, the access openings 6 are each on a different side surface than is the case with the receiving blocks I and 2.
  • the interior of the armored cabinet II is separated by a plate 18 at the level of the service opening 12.
  • This partition plate 18 is connected to the armored cabinet II and has a recess 20 for the hoist 7 and the selected receiving block 3a.
  • a removal element 21 is pivotally attached to the partition plate 18. Due to the pivoting movement of the removal element 21 up to the selected locker 5a caused by an electric motor 43, the same is grasped by means of the arm 42 with claws and brought laterally out of the receiving block 3a independently of the other lockers 5 onto the partition plate 18.
  • the selected locker 5a can also be detected electromagnetically by means of the arm 42 of the removal element 21.
  • the cassette 10 of the locker 5a is removed by the user through the operating opening 12 (see FIG. 10).
  • the receiving block 3a with the remaining lockers 5 is then returned to its starting position or another position removed from the partition plate 18 by the hoist 7.
  • 11 and 12 is finally another embodiment of the security system Darge represents which embodiment has two ring disks 14, 15 arranged one above the other and one inside the other.
  • the upper annular disk 15 has a recess through which the selected receiving block I of the lower annular disk 14 is carried out when it is raised, as can be seen from FIG. 11.
  • a chain drive is shown, which can be used instead of the washers.
  • the chain 16 runs on a circular or oval path 17 (see FIG. 16).
  • On the chain there are mounting blocks 1, 2, 3 of different compartments.
  • the receiving blocks 1, 2, 3 run over a transport path 30, which preferably consists of rollers.
  • the security system described above can be installed in a public building or outdoors. There is an anteroom in front of the security system so that the user is protected during operation. This vestibule is accessible to the user if he first identifies himself with a suitable means, be it by typing a code into a keyboard using a code card or by another suitable means. Only after the customer has identified himself in a satisfactory manner and the vestibule is free at the same time can the door of the vestibule be opened and the user can enter. In the anteroom, the user identifies himself in the security system by typing a code into a keyboard.
  • the desired locker of the selected receiving block is brought into the position in front of the armored gate valve and the service opening. Then the armored slide opens and the locker is accessible to the user so that he can open the locker door with his key. After the end of his business, the user locks the locker with the key. The armored slide valve closes automatically and the user leaves the anteroom.
  • This security system offers safety-related advantages in that the selected receiving block is at a height from the other receiving blocks, so that there is no possibility of access from one compartment of the one receiving block to the other compartment of another receiving block. Even if the access-authorized compartment is open and would be punctured on the side, this would be a penetration into the open. Since there is no two-dimensional movement in the safety system, but instead horizontal movement sequences of the means of transport and vertical movement sequences of the hoist take place in succession and separately from each other, this means additional safety.
  • the individual mounting blocks can be replaced after opening the armored cabinet door or the relevant sizes can be changed.
  • the means of transport can also be adapted to the corresponding armor size or the rooms.
  • the security system also enables the creation of several service openings on different floors with operation or access to the individual receiving blocks.
  • the safety system also enables purely manual-mechanical operation, for example in the event of a power failure. However, this can only be done in the presence of an official.
