Definitions
- the invention relates to a storage device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a document which describes a method and a device for crosswise stacking of paper bundles.
- a roller table and a collecting table an inclined downward slide is arranged, from the base plate of which a stop pin can be freely pushed out in order to give the bundles adjoining it an angular momentum and thereby to achieve an offset placement of the bundles on the collecting table, which is designed as a vibrating table (DE-OS 24 44 206).
- This device is hardly suitable for placing individual sheets in a defined position offset from one another, since the sheets tend to bump and twist movements when they come into contact with the stick sticking out of the slide, or curl up with thin types of paper and flutter away on the way to the collecting table .
- Another disadvantage is the size with the space required for an intermediate slide.
- the object of the present invention is to achieve the offset placement of paper sheets (for example copies) in a simpler, space-saving and cost-saving manner.
- This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Further features of the invention are characterized in the following claims.
- two small magnets ie one on the right and one on the left, are arranged at the paper outlet and the magnets together with the control device are inserted into the bar to build.
- an advantageous triple storage table is characterized by its special features.
- the advantages of the invention lie particularly in the simple, very little space-consuming structure, in the material, weight and cost savings achieved as well as in the great reliability achieved through controlled, defined blade movement.
- high working speeds can be achieved when depositing and stacking.
- the device works without wear and, in the simplest version, it only consists of a bar with an anchor and an already necessary, but specially designed, resting storage table.
- a microswitch 5 is installed in such a way that it scans the paper sheets 10 from below with its switching lever or sensor 4. The sensor 4 projects into the grooves of the outlet rollers 8.
- the microswitch 5 which is connected to the magnets 1 and 2, is switched off when and as long as a sheet 10 is above its sensor 4. Otherwise, the sensor 4 swings into the groove of the upper roller 8, so that the switch 5 is closed.
- the movable switch contact of a changeover switch 7 is connected in series with the microswitch 5 to a current source 6, the negative pole of which is connected to ground.
- the magnets 1, 2, which on the one hand also have ground contact, are on the other hand connected to the contacts I and II of the ' switch 7.
- the depositing or stacking table 12 is arranged obliquely inclined immediately behind the rollers 8 or the bar 9 under the leaking sheets 10. It could be provided with a vibration or vibrating device known per se.
- the sheet 10 runs between the rollers 8 rotating in the direction of the arrow over the strip 9, without being influenced by the magnets 1, 2 arranged above it.
- the sensor or switching lever 4 under the sheet 10 and the microswitch 5 remains open.
- the sensor 4 springs into the paper-free groove of the upper roller 8 so that the microswitch 5 is closed and current from the current source 6 flows through the switch 7 to the electromagnet 1.
- Its armature 3 consequently presses the sheet 10 released by the rollers 8 point-like and almost perpendicular to the sheet surface onto the bar 9.
- the sheet 10 rotates about the point of action of the magnet armature 3 acting as the axis of rotation Sheet 13 a.
- FIG. 2 schematically shows an exemplary embodiment with a view of the dispensing opening and three stacked sheets of sheets offset from one another in a fan-like manner.
- the bar 9 is arranged behind the outlet rollers 8, which partially frames the ejection opening with the bent angles and the small electromagnets 1 and 2 attached to it. If neither of the two magnets 1 and 2 is actuated, the sheets 19 run straight out of the dispensing opening into the middle position of the sheet 14.
- the magnet 1 produces the fan-like offset position of the sheet 15 shown in broken lines and the magnet 2 the dashed position of the sheet 16, so that two stacks can be formed here with one magnet and three with two magnets.
- a smaller angular offset of the blades 15, 16 is achieved when the magnets 1 and 2 closer to the center be moved together.
- a curved stacking table or a table with laterally arranged pockets can also be favorable for a suitable stack formation or storage.
- a small electromagnet 22 generates a sheet layer 21c, drawn in dash-dot lines, which is offset by 90 ° with respect to a sheet 20 which has run out unaffected by the magnet.
- the magnet 22 is fastened at a cranked angle 23, so that the sheet 21a, which is gripped by the armature 3 and pressed onto the bar 9, is freely in the position of the sheet 21b shown in broken lines can swing around. Thereafter, the sheet 21b released by the magnet 22, 3 assumes the position of the sheet 21c on the stacking table 24 shown below.
- the electrical control of the magnet 22 can be carried out in the same or similar manner as is shown and described in FIG. 1.
- FIG. 5 shows a bar 9 1 arranged parallel to the rollers 8, over which the outgoing sheets of paper slide.
- an axis 30 is also mounted parallel to the outlet rollers 8, on which two flags 3 1 are movably mounted, which consist of ferromagnetic material (for example soft iron sheet) and slide with their free ends over the edges of the leaking sheets. Wart-like grain dots in the flags 3 1 mark the pivot points for the leaves to be moved.
- two electromagnets not shown here, are installed in the bar 9 1 , which magnetically influence the flags 3 1 , ie can optionally attract them here.
- Under the bar 9 1 an obliquely downward inclined, specially designed storage or stacking table 12 1 is attached.
- the tray table 12 1 is suitably built so that the upper edge of the sheet 14 is in line with the upper corners of the sheets 15 and 16.
- stops 35, 36 are provided which limit the pivoting angle of the leaves 15, 16 deflected by the flags 3 1 and thereby promote faster and better operation of the depositing device.
- a first stack is created when the leaves run unaffectedly into the position of the leaf 14, being held within the V-shaped stop strips 33, 34.
- Two further stack positions offset by 90 ° are shown by the sheets 15 and 16, which have been offset by the flags 3 1 .
- the electrical control circuit and a contactless sheet scanning device 37 for detecting the sheet ends and for magnet activation are integrated or built into the strip 9 1 .
- FIGS. 6 and 6a schematically show, in a side view and a top view, a depositing device according to the invention on a stacking table 12 2 tilted in reverse.
- On the opposite slope of this has at least one magnet 1 1 or a strip 9 2 with an oblique ramp 4u, is incorporated in the small electromagnet 1 1 with the above supported armature plate 3. 2
- a light barrier 37 for magnet control is installed in the bar 9 2 .
- stop bars 42 At the lower end of the stacking table 12 2 is formed with stop bars 42 that the sheets, similar to the above described, can be stored either in a straight or fan-like position.
- a sheet pushed upward by the rotating outlet rollers 8 in the direction shown in broken lines is pushed over the ramp 4 0 into the open air gap under the anchor plate 3 2 and at the same time over the photo scanner 37. After the sheet is released from the discharge rollers 8, the further mode of operation of this depositing device is as described above.
- FIG. 7 shows a view looking from above onto a depositing device which has only one armature 3 3 mounted on the axis 30 and can thus produce at least three stacks which are offset with respect to one another.
- the axis 30 and a bar 9 are arranged as in Fig.5.
- the armature 3 3 lies with its free end on the outgoing sheet of paper 10, over the center line M of which it has been arranged to be adjustable to the right and left (in the direction of the arrow) with the aid of an actuating or control device.
- the armature 3 3 is, for example, relatively heavy, so that it can transmit sufficient eccentric forces to the blades 10 even with small axial displacements. Under the bar 9, for example, the same stacking table 12 1 was fastened, which FIG. 5 shows completely.
- the anchor 33 If the anchor 33 is in the position shown above the center line M of the leaking sheets 10, they are not displaced. If, on the other hand, the armature 3 3 is shifted to the right or left of the center line M, the blades 10 reach the desired positions offset from one another.
- the F ig.8 shows a piece of a strip 9, 9 1, are mounted conveniently on the budget on an axis 30 three different armature 3 1 '3 3 and 3. 4
- the armature 3 1 which consists, for example, of ferromagnetic material (soft iron), as in FIG. 5, is rolled up on the axis 30 and at the other, free end with a wart produced by impact 26 provided, whereby it rests point-like on the bar 9 or 9 1 .
- the armature 3 3 which was made heavier, can also carry a permanent magnet N, so that the contact force on the bar 9, 9 1 can be influenced.
- the armature 3 4 is bent from insulated wire in a U-shape and is arranged with its lower leg between the poles of a permanent magnet 1 3 , which was installed in the strip 9 1 .
- the ends of the U-bracket are connected to a power source, not shown, so that the bracket 3 4 can either be attracted to the magnet 1 3 or repelled.
- the anchor 3 4 is suitable for a particularly fast-moving filing device through which a large number of sheets / s are to be offset and stacked.
- the kinetic energy of the ejected leaves is more effective than their weight for displacement.
- the magnets 1 1 , 1 3 in the bar 9 2 , 9 1 are arranged to be adjustable (not shown).
- the coefficient of friction or the magnetic force thicker types of paper or bundles can also be stacked offset.
- any supporting surface can serve as a counter bearing for the armature 3, which could also be in the form of a roller.

Abstract
