Definitions
- the invention relates to a watch with a crown for setting the pointer mechanism and with a device driven by the hour wheel of the watch mechanism for the automatic display of the months and the days of the month according to the Gregorian calendar, the day of the month display by a date wheel and the month display by a month wheel of the device is drivable.
- the individual calendar displays are corrected by means of correction pushers.
- the indexing connection from the date wheel to the monthly wheel is provided with appropriate mechanical programming.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a watch according to the preamble, the correct display of the calendar data is ensured.
- a year wheel of an annual display and a decade wheel of a decade display and possibly a century wheel of a century display with the gear of the month display and the day of the month form a closed, clutchless calendar gear
- the date wheel is adjustable by a correction actuator. Since, in addition to the month and the day of the month, the year may even be displayed with the indication of the century and at the same time it is not possible to individually adjust the various displays, correct monitoring of the display can always be carried out without any problems. The assignment of the individual displays to one another cannot be changed, since the calendar gear path can only be adjusted in its entirety by adjusting the smallest display unit, the day of the month.
- the actuating elements can be reduced in that the crown forms the correction plate and can be moved axially into a time setting position for time adjustment and into a correction position for calendar correction.
- a shift finger can be arranged on the month wheel, through which a two-part, rotatably mounted intermediate wheel can be advanced, both parts of the intermediate wheel having the same pitch circle and the same pitch, the intermediate wheel being provided with teeth and the second intermediate wheel 1 / 10 of the number of teeth of the first idler gear, and the annual gear of the first part of the idler gear and the decade gear of the second part of the idler gear.
- the shift finger can be driven with one revolution per year and the first part of the idler gear, the annual gear and the decade gear each have ten teeth.
- a structure which has a few and simple components is achieved in that the year wheel and decade wheel are arranged coaxially to one another and the year wheel is fixedly connected to a coaxial year indicator ring which is enclosed by a decade ring which is firmly connected to the decade wheel.
- a weekday transmission of a weekday display can form a closed, clutchless transmission path with the calendar transmission path.
- a swivel lever can be driven by the clockwork by one swivel deflection per day, by means of which a weekday wheel that can be rotated about an axis can be advanced by means of a shift lever.
- the weekday wheel preferably has seven teeth.
- a simultaneous moon phase display which also always corresponds correctly with the calendar displays is achieved in that a moon phase drive of a moon phase display forms a closed, clutchless moon phase transmission path with the calendar transmission path.
- the moon phase drive can be driven by the day of the week, preferably a moon phase wheel being coaxially connected to the day of the week.
- the moon phase drive can have a moon phase intermediate wheel which can be driven by the moon phase wheel and which carries a reduction gear through which a display drive wheel which is firmly connected to the moon phase display can be driven.
- the moon phase display can have a moon disk that is firmly connected coaxially to the display drive wheel.
- the clock according to the invention thus has a perpetual calendar with a perpetual moon phase display, which can only be adjusted jointly by a single overall correction device.
- the complete display of the calendar data including the number of the century, enables you to check that all calendar and moon phase functions of the watch are correctly in the program.
- FIG. 1 shows an hour tube of the pointer mechanism.
- the clockwork moves a lever 5 pivotable about an axis 4 back and forth once a day by means of a drive pin 2.
- a scanning arm 6 of the lever 5 rests with its free end radially from the outside on the circumferential periphery of a rotatably mounted monthly graduated disk 7.
- the monthly graduated disk 7 has twenty incisions and increases on its peripheral periphery, which represent the 48 months of a leap year period.
- the scanning arm 6 and the lever 5 can pivot more or less far to the axis of rotation 8 of the monthly graduated disk 7.
- the elevations 9 represent months with 31 days, the depressions 10 with the lowest depth months with 30 days, the depressions 11 with the greatest depth each. February with 28 days and depression 12 with February of a leap year with 29 days.
- a date wheel 13 rotatably mounted on the axis 4 is rotated clockwise by means of a switching pawl 14.
- the pawl 14 engages in a tooth gap in the radially encircling periphery of the date wheel 13, which is provided with 31 sawtooth-shaped teeth.
- a detent 16 engages resiliently in a tooth gap.
- One tooth 15 of the 31 teeth of the date wheel 13 protrudes radially further than the other teeth.
- a gearwheel 17 with 48 teeth which is firmly connected to the monthly graduated disk 7 and is rotatably mounted on the axis of rotation 8, can be rotated counterclockwise by one tooth pitch.
- the gear 17 is also secured against automatic turning by a locking catch 18 which can be resiliently latched into a tooth gap.
- an additional pawl 19 is rotatably supported, which rests with its free end on a spiral eccentric cam 20.
- This eccentric curve 20 is firmly connected to the date wheel 13 and rotatable about the axis 4.
- the depressions 11 lead to a further 3 teeth shifting and the depressions 12 by 2 teeth through the additional pawl 19 before the switching pawl 14 shifts another tooth.
- the toothed wheel 17 of the month disk 7 is always correctly rotated by the tooth 15 at a change of month.
- the gear 17 meshes also a rotatably mounted month wheel 22 with twelve teeth.
- One of the month wheel 22 is not shown.
- Monthly display driven. (Pointer on scale S7 in Fig. 2).
- a radially protruding shift finger 24 is arranged rigidly connected to the month wheel 22 and rotatable about its axis 23. It engages in a two-part intermediate gear 25 like a single tooth.
- the two firmly connected, coaxially arranged parts of the intermediate wheel 25 have the same pitch circle diameter and the same pitch.
- One part is made entirely of teeth - ten teeth - while the other part has nine teeth removed so that only one tooth is left.
- the intermediate wheel 25 is indexed by one tooth once a year from the shift finger 24.
- intermediate gear 25 mesh two identical gears, each with ten teeth. These gears are coaxially next to each other, but independently rotatable about an axis.
- One gear meshes with the part of the intermediate gear 25 provided with ten teeth and forms an annual gear, while the other gear meshes with the part of the intermediate gear 25 formed with one tooth and forms a decade gear 26.
- the annual wheel is rotated one tooth once a year and the decade wheel 26 once a decade.
- the year wheel is firmly connected to a coaxial year indicator ring 27 and the decade wheel 26 to a decade indicator ring 28 enclosing the year indicator ring 27, both the year indicator ring 27 and the decade indicator ring 28 being printed with numbers from 1-9.
- the decade wheel 26 and the annual wheel are also secured against detenting by automatic locking 29.
- a switch cam 30 is arranged on the decade indicator ring 28, which can be engaged in recesses 31 of a century slide 33 which is displaceably guided tangentially to the decade indicator ring 28 in a guide groove 32.
- the recesses 31 are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal extent of the century slide 33 in such a way that after each decade of the decade indicator ring 28 the century slide 33 is pushed further by a recess distance.
- the radially adjacent digits of the century slide 33 make the Decade indicator ring 28 and the year indicator ring 27 show the complete year, which is visible through a window 34 of the dial 35 by an observer.
- the recesses 31, separated by webs 36, are formed transversely through the century slide 33.
- a latching device engages the century slide 33, which secures it in its position after each displacement.
- This latching device consists of a disk 37 of larger diameter, which is guided transversely to the century slide 33 in a guide, than a recess 31, which is partially urged into the recess 31 by a spring 28.
- the lever 5 has a radially projecting part which forms a pivot lever 40 on which a slot 39 is formed, into which a pin 41 protrudes.
- the pin 41 is pivotable at the free end of a lever arm of a two-armed switching lever 42 which can be pivoted about an axis. With the free end of the other lever arm of the shift lever 42, a weekday wheel 44 with seven teeth is rotated by one tooth pitch during its daily pivoting movement. The shift lever 42 is acted out of engagement by the weekday wheel 44 by a spring 43.
- the weekday wheel 44 which is connected to a weekday display (pointer on scale 58 FIG. 2), is secured against automatic rotation by a detent 45 which resiliently engages in a tooth gap.
- a moon phase wheel 46 which meshes with a moon phase intermediate wheel 47, is fixedly connected coaxially to the weekday wheel 44.
- the moon phase intermediate gear 17 is in turn coaxially connected to a reduction gear 48 which meshes with an indicator drive gear 49.
- a moon disk 50 is coaxially connected to the display drive wheel 49, on which two moons 51 are shown diagonally opposite one another.
- the gear ratio of weekday gear 44 to display drive gear 49 is 8.4375: 1. Thereby, the display drive gear 49 is rotated once in 59.0625 days.
- a lunar period of the display lasts 29.53125 days. This is a deviation of only 0.00066 days per lunar period from the actual lunar period of 29.53059 days, which means a deviation of one day in 122 years.
- the high accuracy of the moon phase display together with the complete, automatic display of the calendar data including the year has the advantage that all displays never have to be adjusted among themselves.
- the whole calendar is programmed until 1.3.2100. Only then is a minor correction by a watchmaker required.
- the smaller number of components due to the omission of the individual correction devices contributes to building clocks of smaller size, in particular of lower overall height.
- the calendar and moon phase displays are also present on the number block 35 of the watch, which is swept by an hour hand 52, a minute hand 53 and a second hand 54.
- a window 55 for the moon phase display there is a window 55 for the moon phase display, a scale with a pointer for the date display 56, a scale with a pointer for the month display 57, a scale and a pointer for the weekday display 58 and the window 34 for the year display.
