Lit selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une plate-forme tournante (480) rotative autour d'un axe central (481) est placée dans le châssis-support du lit (310) au-dessous de la partie de châssis (326) qui porte la partie centrale (22), plate-forme tournante dans laquelle sont placés le couvercle (50a), qui est mobile dans le sens vertical au moyen d'un dispositif d'entraînement (361) électromoteur, hydraulique ou pneumatique, et un water-closet (370), qui se compose d'une cuvette de W.C. (374) du type pot et d'une surface de siège (375), qui est mobile dans le sens vertical au moyen d'un dispositif d'entraînement (371) électromoteur, hydraulique ou pneumatique, une ouverture (30) étant formée dans le châssis central (326), le couvercle (50a) ou au choix le water-closet (374) pouvant être rentré dans l'ouverture (30) au moyen du dispositif d'entraînement (361, 371) et de la plate-forme (480) rotative de manière correspondante.

Lit selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une tôle de contact (450), qui forme un dispositif de contact, est placée au-dessous de l'ouverture (30) de la partie centràle (22) de la couche (10), tôle de contact qui, lorsqu'une personne se trouvant sur la couche (10) passe la main dans l'ouverture (30) et touche la tôle de contact (450), interrompt l'alimentation en énergie des dispositifs d'entraînement (383, 361, 371) en coupant les conduites d'amenée et de départ électriques, pneumatiques ou hydrauliques et fait ainsi arrêter les dispositifs d'entraînement (383, 361, 371).

Lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un châssis en équerre (61) est placé sur le châssis-support du lit (310), châssis en équerre qui porte un lavabo (60) avec une cuvette (62) et une robinetterie mélangeuse (70) sur laquelle une conduite d'amenée (71) du type tuyau est branchée avec une pomme de douche (72) placée à son extrémité libre.

Lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (350) est formé comme un vérin à expansion (351) à entraînement pneumatique et que la partie de châssis (327), reliée au moyen de leviers pivotants (330, 331) à la partie de châssis (325) pour former un fauteuil, est pivotante par ceux-ci.

Lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une partie latérale (401) dans le châssis-support (310), dans la zone de la partie centrale (22), partie latérale qui peut s'emboîter dans le châssis-support (310) pour couvrir les pivots (328a, 329a) en supportant la garniture du type matelas (50) et qui a une arête marginale placée sur la face supérieure et coudée vers la face intérieure du lit.

Lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie pour les pieds (403) avec des faces latérales (402) est prévue sur la partie de châssis (327) et est placée de manière à être de hauteur réglable, cette partie pour les pieds présentant une largeur correspondant à la largeur de la couche (20) et une hauteur correspondant au moins à la hauteur de la garniture du type matelas (50) et dépassant celle-ci pour former une zone de repos pour les pieds, partie pour les pieds qui porte une marche (402a) pour soutenir une personne se trouvant sur le lit en position de fauteuil.

Lit selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des parties latérales (402) sont prévues sur les parties de châssis (325, 327), parties latérales qui peuvent s'emboîter dans la partie de châssis (325, 327) pour supporter la garniture du type matelas (50) et pour former une surface de repos pour le corps et qui ont une arête marginale placée sur la face supérieure et coudée vers la face intérieure du lit.
