Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trageverpackung aus einem Kartonzuschnitt, insbesondere für Flaschen, mit einem V-förmig gefalteten Handgriff, in dem eine Grifföffnung vorgesehen ist, bei der ausgestanzte Materialstreifen am oberen Rand über eine Anlenklinie angelenkt sind, die als Abstandhalter der beiden Lagen sich aneinander abstützend fungieren, sowie ein Verfahren zum Aufrichten einer solchen Trageverpackung und eine Vorrichtung dazu.
  • Aus der DE-AS 27 23 957 ist eine solche Trageverpackungen bekannt, die aber in der Praxis nicht befriedigt. Insbesondere, wenn verhältnismäßig schwere Flaschen verpackt werden sollen, ist eine befriedigende Gestaltung des Handgriffs schwierig. Um ein Einreissen zu verhindern, wurden daher - beispielsweise in der US-PS 2694488 und der FR-PS 1282673-schon vierlagige Griffkonstruktionen vorgeschlagen, die aber auf einen V-förmig gefalteten Handgriff nicht ohne weiteres übertragbar sind. Darüber hinaus befriedigen auch diese Griffkonstruktionen nicht völlig.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Trageverpackung der genannten Art zu schaffen, deren Handgriff bei geringem Materialverbrauch äußerst stabil ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die beiden ausgestanzten Materialstreifen durch eine Faltkante in jeweils zwei Abschnitte unterteilt sind und der jeweilige zweite, freie Abschnitt als Abstandhalter zur Faltkante der beiden Lagen mit seinem freien Ende sich in der Falte abstützt.
  • Der so eingefaltete Materialstreifen fixiert dabei den Winkel zwischen den beiden Lagen des Handgriffs und stützt sich seinerseits mit seinem freien Ende wirksam ab. Dadurch wird ein Einreissen der Trageverpackung insbesondere im Bereich der Grifföffnung wirksam verhindert.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Grifföffnung nach unten erweitert ist und sich damit der Materialstreifen zu seinem freien Ende hin verbreitert. Damit wird die Abstützlänge des Materialstreifens wirksam vergrößert und eine noch größere Festigkeit des Handgriffs erzielt.
  • Als sehr vorteilhaft hat es sich auch erwiesen, wenn erfindungsgemäß in Verlängerung der jeweiligen Anlenklinie der Materialstreifen an den beiden Lagen des Handgriffs je eine Faltlinie vorgesehen ist.
  • Dadurch werden beim unbeabsichtigten Umfalten des oberen Randstückes des Handgriffs sonst auftretende Materialbrüche verhindert. Diese Materialbrüche würden ein Einreissen des Kartons und damit eine Zerstörung des Handgriffs fördern.
  • Ein vorteilhaftes Verfahren zum Aufrichten einer Trageverpackung aus einem Kartonzuschnitt für insbesondere Flaschen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kartonzuschnitt mit Hilfe von Saugeinrichtungen einer Verformeinrichtung zugeführt wird, wobei eine Saugeinrichtung an dem Materialstreifen im Bereich der Grifföffhung angreift und diesen entlang einer Anlenklinie nach unten abbiegt, worauf der Kartonzuschnitt auf ein Faltlineal aufgeschoben wird, das den Materialstreifen um etwa 90° nach unten umfaltet, worauf der freie Abschnitt des Materialstreifens entlang einer Faltlinie um weitere etwa 90° umgebogen wird, und daß im Anschluß daran die beiden Lagen des Handgriffs von oben her gegeneinander gefaltet werden, wobei von der Innenseite her eine Unterstützung erfolgt.
  • Damit wird die Trageverpackung in ihrem doch verhältnismäßig komplizierten Bereich des Handgriffs einfach und rationell aufgerichtet.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten einer Trageverpackung der genannten Art ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorratsstapel für mehrere Kartonzuschnitte vorgesehen ist, der mit Saugeinrichtungen in Verbindung steht, weiche jeweils einen Kartonzuschnitt einer Verformeinrichtung zuführen, die mit Führungsleisten zum Auflegen des Kartonzuschnittes versehen ist und wenigstens ein Faltlineal aufweist, das unterhalb des Kartonzuschnittes angeordnet ist und hinter den Materialstreifen im Bereich der Grifföffnung greift, und daß eine Führungsleiste vorgesehen ist, die sich oberhalb des Kartonzuschnittes erstreckt und die beiden Lagen des Handgriffes gegeneinander faltet.
  • Eine solche Vorrichtung ist sehr einfach und damit funktionssicher aufgebaut. Sie hat als bewegte Teile neben den Saugeinrichtungen lediglich noch eine einfache Transportvorrichtung für . den Kartonzuschnitt, mit der dieser an den Faltlinealen bzw. Vertormleisten entlang transportiert wird.
  • Jeweils ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Trageverpackung und einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zu ihrem Aufrichten ist in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen :
    • Fig. 1 eine schaubildliche Darstellung einer Trageverpackung für sechs Flaschen, deren Köpfe oben aus der Verpackung herausragen und zwischen denen ein Handgriff nach oben steht,
    • Fig. 2 einen flachliegenden Zuschnitt zum Herstellen der Trageverpackung nach Fig. 1 mit einem darunter angeordneten schematisch dargestellten Vorrichtungsabschnitt und
    • Fig. 3 bis 9 schematische Darstellungen von weiteren Vorrichtungsabschnitten.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine Trageverpackung bezeichnet, von der sechs Flaschen 2 umhüllt.sind. Die Hälse dieser Flaschen ragen oben aus der Trageverpackung heraus, die mit einem Handgriff 3 versehen ist, der zwischen den Hälsen nach oben ragt. Der Handgriff ist zweilagig - Lagen 4 und 5 - ausgebildet und V-förmig gefaltet. In beiden Lagen 4 und 5 ist jeweils eine Grifföffnung 6 vorgesehen ; der dabei ausgestanzte Materialstreifen 7,71 bzw. 8,81 (Fig. 9) ist am oberen Rand der Grifföffnung an der jeweiligen Lage 4 bzw. 5 angelenkt und nach innen eingefaltet. Die Abschnitte 7 und 8 dienen dabei als Abstandhalter der beiden Lagen 4 und 5 voneinander, während die Abschnitte 71 und 81 nach oben gefaltet sind und sich mit ihrem freien Ende an der innenseite der Verbindungslinie 9 der beiden Lagen abstützen.
  • In Fig. 2 liegt ein noch nicht gefalteter Kartonzuschnitt 10 auf einem ersten Abschnitt einer Vorrichtung auf, in weicher der Handgriff gefaltet wird. Die Vorrichtung ist mit vier schwenkbar gelagerten Saugeinrichtungen 11, 12, 13 und 14 versehen, welche gemeinsam hochschwenken, einen Kartonzuschnitt von einem Vorratsstapel 15 abnehmen und auf Führungsleisten 16, 17 und 18 der Vorrichtung auflegen. Fig. 3 zeigt den gleichen Vorrichtungsabschnitt wie Fig. 2, jedoch im Vertikalschnitt ; dabei sind die beiden Saugeinrichtungen 11 und 14 bereits abgeschaltet und haben sich etwas unter den Kartonzuschnitt abgesenkt. Die beiden anderen Saugeinrichtungen 12 und 13 greifen an den beiden Materialstreifen 7,71 und 8,81 an und falten diese um ihre jeweilige Anlenklinie 72 und 82 nach unten. Von einer nicht dargestellten Vorschubeinrichtung wird danh der Kartonzuschnitt zum nächsten Abschnitt der Vorrichtung geschoben. Dort sind zwei Faltlineale 19 und 20 vorgesehen, die beim Verschieben des Kartonzuschnittes 10 zwischen diesen und den bereits leicht nach unten vorgebogenen Materialstreifen 7,71 und 8,81 eingreifen. Oberhalb des Kartonzuschnittes 10 ist noch eine weitere Führungsleiste 21 angeordnet, die im Bereich der Führungsleiste 17 liegt und den Kartonzuschnitt nach oben abstützt.
  • Im in Fig. 6 dargestellten Abschnitt der Vorrichtung sind die Faltlineale 19 und 20 senkrecht nach unten gerichtet, so daß auch die Materialstreifen nach unten abgebogen sind.
  • Die Fig. 7 zeigt die beiden Faltlineale 19, 20 in einem abgewinkelten Zustand, wodurch auch die Materialstreifen abgewinkelt sind..
  • Die beiden Faltlineale gehen dann in ein einziges Faltlineal 19/20 mit zuerst T-förmigem Querschnitt über, wie dies in Fig. 8 gezeigt ist. Dabei nimmt gleichzeitig die Führungsleiste 21 eine U-förmige Gestalt an, so daß die beiden Lagen 4 und 5 des Handgriffs um die Verbindungslinie 9 zueinander gefaltet werden. Der Endzustand ist dann in dem in Fig. 9 gezeigten Abschnitt der Vorrichtung dargestellt.
  • Der Kartonzuschnitt wird dann in üblicher, und nicht dargestellter Weise auf die Flaschen 2 aufgesetzt und an seiner Unterseite durch Verkleben oder Verhaken geschlossen.
  • in den Fig. 1 und 2 sind die dort dargestellte Trageverpackung 1 bzw. der Kartonzuschnitt 10 mit zwei zusätzlichen Faltlinien 22, 23 versehen, die in Verlängerung der Anlenklinien 72, 82 verlaufen. Diese beiden zusätzlichen Faltlinien erhöhen die Flexibilität des Handgriffs, so daß beim unsachgemäßen Umbiegen des oberen Handgriffteiles ein Einreissen vermieden wird.

Trageverpackung aus einem Kartonzuschnitt, insbesondere für Flaschen, mit einem V-förmig gefalteten Handgriff, in dem eine Grifföffnung (6) vorgesehen ist, bei der ausgestanzte Materialstreifen (7, 74 ; 8, 81) am oberen Rand über eine Anlenklinie (72, 82) angelenkt sind, die als Abstandhalter der beiden Lagen sich aneinander abstützend fungieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden ausgestanzten Materialstreifen (7, 71 ; 8, 81) durch eine Faltkante in jeweils zwei Abschnitte unterteilt sind und der jeweilige zweite, freie Abschnitt als Abstandhalter zur Faltkante-(9) der beiden Lagen (4, 5) mit seinem freien Ende sich in der Falte abstützt.
2. Trageverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grifföffnung (6) nach unten erweitert ist und sich damit der Materialstreifen (7, 71 ; 8, 81) zu seinem freien Ende hin verbreitert.
3. Trageverpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Verlängerung der jeweiligen Anlenklinie (72, 82) der Materialstreifen (7, 71 ; 8, 81) an den beiden Lagen (4, 5) des Handgriffs je eine Faltlinie (22, 23) vorgesehen ist.

Verfahren zum Aufrichten einer Trageverpackung aus einem Kartonzuschnitt für insbesondere Flaschen nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kartonzuschnitt mit Hilfe von Saugeinrichtungen einer Verformeinrichtung zugeführt wird, wobei eine Saugeinrichtung an dem Materialstreifen im Bereich der Grifföffnung angreift und diesen entlang einer Anlenklinie nach unten abbiegt, worauf der Kartonzuschnitt auf ein Faltlineal aufgeschoben wird, das den Materialstreifen um etwa 90° nach unten umfaltet, worauf der freie Abschnitt des Materialstreifens entlang einer Faltlinie um weitere etwa 90° umgebogen wird, und daß im Anschluß daran die beiden Lagen des Handgriffs von oben her gegeneinander gefaltet werden, wobei von der Innenseite her eine Unterstützung erfolgt.

Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten einer Trageverpackung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Vorratsstapel (15) für mehrere Kartonzuschnitte (10) vorgesehen ist. der mit Saugeinrichtungen (11, 12, 13, 14) in Verbindung steht, welche jeweils einen Kartonzuschnitt einer Verformeinrichtung zuführen, die mit Führungsleisten (16, 17, 18) zum Auflegen des Kartonzuschnittes (10) versehen ist, und wenigstens ein Faltlineal (19, 20) aufweist, das unterhalb des Kartonzuschnittes angeordnet ist und hinter den Materialstreifen (7, 71 ; 8, 81) im Bereich der Grifföffnung (6) greift, und daß eine Führungsleiste (21) vorgesehen ist, die sich oberhalb des Kartonzuschnittes erstreckt und die beiden Lagen (4, 5) des Handgriffs gegeneinander faltet.
