Abstract

Bei einem mehrteiligen Tauchkolben für Verbrennungsmotoren, bei dem Ober- (1) und Unterteil (2) des Kolbens über sich deckende Ringflächen (4) aufeinanderliegen und dort durch die Ringflächen (4) durchstoßende Schrauben (3) miteinander verbunden sind, wird zumindest eine der Ringflächen (4) in Umfangsrichtung derart gewölbt daß die Ringflächen in dem Bereich zwischen den Schrauben im fertigmontierten Kolben stärker elastisch verspannt sind als in den Bereichen um die Schrauben (3). Durch eine solche elastische Vorspannung der Ringflächen (4)-Bereiche zwischen den Schrauben (3) soll ein Abheben der Ringflächen in diesen Bereichen während des Motorbetriebes sicher vermieden werden. Claims (4)

Mehrteiliger Tauchkolben für Verbrennungsmotoren mit einem den Kolbenbolzen aufnehmenden Kolbenunterteil (2) und einem Kolbenoberteil (1), wobei diese Teile (1, 2) über eine an jedem Teil (1, 2) angeformte Ringrippe mit im wesentlichen quer zur Kolbenachse liegender Ringfläche (4) aneinanderliegenden und mittels durch diese Ringflächen geführte Schrauben (3) gegeneinander verspannbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im unverspannten Zustand zumindest eine der aufeinanderliegenden Ringflächen (4) in den zwischen den Schrauben (3) verlaufenden Bereichen derart gegenüber der axial engrenzenden anderen Ringflächen (4) in Umfangsrichtung gewölbt verläuft, daß sich die Ringflächen (4) lediglich in Bereichen berühren.1.
