Abstract

1. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection of points operable by a remote setting equipment (FE) (signal box) or local setting equipment (DE), in which arrangement the commands are conducted in signal-technically safe manner an electronic points control circuit (WST) and an electronic points protection circuit (WSI), which are associated locally with a polyphase current points drive (WA) and by which the points drive (WA) is applied by way of a contactless polyphase current power switch (LS), current monitors (ÜW) as well as a four-core setting cable (SK) to a polyphase current mains with neutral conductor (Mp), wherein a switching-off of the drive (WA) as well as a limit position report with monitoring take place by way of motor contacts (MK) and limit position or monitoring contacts (ÜK), characterised by the following features : a) the monitor (ÜW) detects the currents in two phase lines (R, S) and the neutral conductor (Mp), couples out a high signal each time in the case of current flow and transmits bit patterns of the currents to the points control circuit (WST) and to the points protection circuit (WSI) for evaluation, b) on agreement of the bit pattern dependent on the setting of the points, i. e. on the corresponding position of the motor contacts (MK) and the limit position or monitoring contacts (ÜK) in the points drive (WA) with the predetermined target pattern in the points control circuit (WST), the points drive (WA) is stopped by this through switching-off of the polyphase current power switch (LS), c) a protective switch (SS) connected in front subsequently separates the conductors of the points drive (WA) additionally from the polyphase current mains (R, S, T, Mp) and switches the conductors over to a single-phase alternating test voltage, while the switching state of the protective switch (SS) is monitored by the points protection circuit (WS1), and d) monitoring test currents about the test voltage and the individual alternating current switches (WS) of the polyphase current power switch (LS), which are driven in an automatic test mode, are constantly sent through the points drive, while the exact position of the points is detectable in signal-technically safe manner by means of the bit pattern in that case issued from the monitor (ÜW).

B. einer Fernstelleinrichtung (Stellwerk) bzw. einer Ortsstelleinrichtung in der Nähe mittels Steuerbefehle gesteuert. Die heute bekannten modernen Stellwerke arbeiten allgemein mit Weichensteuerungseinrichtungen, die mit Signal-Relais aufgebaut sind, wobei für jeden Weichenantrieb Vier- draht-Kabel abgehen, über die einerseits der Antrieb gesteuert und auch die Weichenstellungen kontrolliert bzw. rückgemeldet werden. Nachteilig ist dabei u. a. die begrenzte Stellentfemung zwischen Stellwerk und Weiche (maximal 6,5 km), der hohe Kontaktverschleiß, das Volumen und der Leistungsverbrauch der Relais. Es ist bereits eine vollelektronische Weichensteuerung vorgeschlagen worden (DE-P 3219366), bei der die vorgenannten Nachteile dadurch vermieden werden, daß den Weichenantrieben die Weichensteuerungen lokal zugeordnet werden und diese die Steuerbefehle vom Stellwerk aus über Datenübertragungskanäle sicher empfangen. Von den Weichensteuerungen aus zu den Weichenantrieben erfolgt eine strikte Trennung einerseits der Antriebssteuerung und andererseits der Überwachungsfunktion. Dazu ist jeweils neben dem eigentlichen vieradrigen Stellkabel ein zusätzliches sechsadriges Endlagenprüfkabel erforderlich. Vor- und Nachteile liegen auf der Hand. Die Vorteile liegen in der erhöhten möglichen Stellentfemung bis zu 100 km durch sichere Datenübertragung und den damit verbundenen Rationalisierungseffekt, ferner dem geringeren Energieverbrauch (Vermeidung von Relais). Ferner sind von Vorteil die kontaktlose Steuerung der Leistungselektronik, die gezielte Fehlerdiagnose durch Einsatz von Mikroelektronik sowie die jetzt direkte überprüfbare Weichenlageendmeldung. Die Fig. 1 zeigt in einer Übersicht zunächst den funktionellen Aufbau der elektronischen Weichensteuerung. Danach wird von einer Femstelleinrichtung FE, dem eigentlichen Stellwerk oder auch einer Ortsstelleinrichtung OE die Weichenumstellung veranlaßt. Die Fernstelleinrichtung FE kann dabei über eine 50 bis 100 km entfernte Datenfemübertragungsleitung auf eine rechner- oder mikroprozessorgesteuerte Weichensteuerung WST wirken, die in einem Schalthaus in der Nähe der Weiche oder Weichen untergebracht ist, in der sich z. B. auch die Ortsstelleinrichtung OE befindet. Im Schalthaus befinden sich weiterhin eine elektronische Weichensicherung WSI, sowie zur Prozeßperipherie gehörende Elemente wie ein Drehstrom-Leistungsschalter LS, ein Überwacher ÜW und ein Sicherungsschalter SS. Als koordinierender Rechner für die Weichensteuerung WST bzw. Weichensicherung WSI dient ein sogenannter SIRE = sicherer Rechner. Der eigentliche Weichenantrieb WA, den es zu steuern gilt, ist ein herkömmlicher Vier-Draht-Weichenantrieb. Er kann bis zu 6,5 km vom Schalthaus entfernt liegen und ist mit diesem über ein herkömmliches Vier-Draht-Kabel SK verbunden. Von der Weichensteuerung WST wird über potentialgetrennte Digital-Ausgabestufen DA der Drehstrom-Leistungsschalter LS über die Steuereingänge R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, M angesteuert (vgl. auch Fig. 2). Der Drehstrom-Leistungsschalter LS steht mit einem Drehstromnetz 3 x 220/380 V/50 Hz über den Sicherungsschalter SS in Verbindung und ist Stellglied für den Weichenantrieb WA unter Durchlauf eines Überwachers ÜW. Der Drehstrom-Leistungsschalter LS schaltet kontaktlos (verschleißfrei) den Drehstrom zum Weichenantrieb WA. Zur Stellstromversorgung des Weichenantriebes WA ist der Drehstrom-Leistungsschalter LS über den Sicherungsschalter SS an das Drehstromnetz mit Mittelpunktleiter angeschlossen. Über den Prüfspannungsschalter PS des Sicherungsschalters SS wird auf Prüfspannung 60 V, 50 Hz umgeschaltet. Als Wechselstromschalter WS dienen bevorzugt antiparallel geschaltete Thyristoren und die Ansteuerung erfolgt von der Weichensteuerung WST über Digitalausgaben DA. Zwischen Steuer- und Lastkreis herrscht strikte Potentialtrennung. Die Thyristoren werden derart gesteuert, daß die Last sofort geschaltet wird. Der leitende Zustand kann nur für die Dauer einer oder mehrerer ganzer Wechselspannungshalbwellen aufgehoben werden. Die Ansteuerung des Drehstrom-Leistungsschalters LS erfolgt über die Digitalausgabe DA der Weichensteuerung mit Gleichspannung. Diese Meldungsänderung (Bitmuster 110) führt in der Weichensteuerung WST zur Quittierung der Anlaufüberwachung (Weiche hat ihre Endlage verlassen). Erreicht die Weiche erneut eine Endlage, so werden die entsprechenden Endlagekontakte MK3/3a und ÜK1/1a am Weichenantrieb WA bebetätigt. Über Ü3 fließt erneut Strom und es wird die Meldung 111 abgegeben. Diese Meldungsänderung führt in der Weichensteuerung zur Quittierung der Umlaufüberwachung (Weiche hat Endlage erreicht). Der Stellstrom wird abgeschaltet (Bitmuster 000) und der Überwachungsstrom eingeschaltet, wenn beim Umstellen der Weiche die Weichenzungen ihre Endlage erreicht haben, was von den Prüferstangen ständig überwacht wird. Wird die Weiche durch äußere Einflüsse aus der überwachten Endlage bewegt, wird der Überwachungsstrom unterbrochen. Hierzu wird auf die Fig. 10 und 11 verwiesen, aus denen der Algorithmus einmal für Rechtslage Fig. 10 und einmal für Linkslage ableitbar ist. Ersichtlich ist, daß die Steuereingänge R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 der Wechselstromschalter WS den Prüfstrom zyklisch schalten. Die Bitmuster für die Endlagenüberwachung gehen vgl. Fig. 1 an die Weichensicherung WSI, werden dort verglichen und beeinflussen die Weichensteuerung WST. b) on agreement of the bit pattern dependent on the setting of the points, i. e. on the corresponding position of the motor contacts (MK) and the limit position or monitoring contacts (OK) in the points drive (WA) with the predetermined target pattern in the points control circuit (WST), the points drive (WA) is stopped by this through switching-off of the polyphase current power switch (LS),
c) a protective switch (SS) connected in front subsequently separates the conductors of the points drive (WA) additionally from the polyphase current mains (R, S, T, Mp) and switches the conductors over to a single-phase alternating test voltage, while the switching state of the protective switch (SS) is monitored by the points protection circuit (WS1), and
d) monitoring test currents about the test voltage and the individual alternating current switches (WS) of the polyphase current power switch (LS), which are driven in an automatic test mode, are constantly sent through the points drive, while the exact position of the points is detectable in signal-technically safe manner by means of the bit pattern in that case issued from the monitor (OW).
2. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to claim 1, characterised thereby, that the signal-technically safe limit position detection takes place by means of the test voltage and the switching-through of two alternating current conductors (WS1 and WS2) of the polyphase current power switch (LS) in the phases R and S.
3. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to the claims 1 or 2, characterised thereby, that the test currents are regularly interrupted briefly for the checking of the monitor (OW) by means of on-line tests, for which all three reports (bit patterns E1, E2, E3) of the current monitors (01, 02, 03) must briefly be zero.
4. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the polyphase current power switch (LS) consists of three alternating current switches (WS1, WS2, WS3) lying in the phases (R, S, T) as well as two alternating current switches (WS5, WS4) interchanging the phase sequence (R and S) with the Mp conductor carried out to be unswitched (Fig. 2).
5. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the monitor (OW) displays three current monitors (01, 02, 03), which are constructed with redundancy and connected into the phases (R and S) and the neutral conductor (Mp), from which a high signal is couplable out in the case of current flow.
6. Current arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the points control circuit (WST) and the points protection circuit (WSI) are integrated in a common secure computer function unit (SIRE).
7. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the points control circuit (WST) and the points protection circuit (WSI) are realised in separate units.
8. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that several points control circuits (WST) and points protection circuits (WSI) are combined in a central remote setting equipment (signal box).
9. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the points control circuits (WST) and the points protection circuits (WSI) are arranged decentralised in separate switch houses in the proximity of the respective points.
10. Circuit arrangement for the control and protection according to one of the preceding claims, characterised thereby, that the points protection circuit (WSI) in the case of a recognised failure switches off the points drive (WA) concerned.
