Definitions
- the invention relates to a covering frame according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a cover frame according to the preamble of claim 1 has become known from FR-A-2 46T789 ". It is assembled from two parts, the outer part having two vertical fold webs, into which a standing plate on the edge can be used to change the overall width of the fold web of the inner covering frame part.
- the resulting water channels are therefore not inherently leakproof and must be sealed with a sealing cord.
- the water can pass underneath the outer part in the main water channel and push it up. This also applies to an isosceles triangular embodiment shown there.
- DE-A-1 509 119 shows a similar embodiment, in which the upper transverse section of the covering frame has two projecting transverse ribs, one of which is an attached triangular profile. Only a water channel is provided in the section of the roof frame that slopes.
- the invention has for its object to provide a covering frame, which ensures problem-free water drainage with increased flow security with easy installation.
- the sawtooth shape inclined towards the standing plate ensures that the inner water channel, which is the main water drainage channel, has an outer, essentially vertical boundary.
- the water flowing down at high speed as a result of the pitch of the roof is ideal in the steep-walled channel. dissipated and does not tend to overflow of the web by objects impairing the flow, for example deposited dirt. If the rebate web is deformed, it will always incline inwards, i.e. towards the window frame, and will not become much flatter and more steep in its angle of repose.
- the inner slope is flatter, so that overflowing water tends to flow back into the main water channel.
- the assembly is also convenient because, for example, an overlap due to the sawtooth-like triangular shape is easy to make and tends to claw each other.
- the rebate web adjacent to the standing plate can be made higher, preferably about 20% higher than the other rebate web, with the advantage that a very tight covering can take place, namely one in which the downward-facing inner edges of the roof tiles extend so far reach the window frame so that the brick edge ends above the water drainage channel.
- the edge can preferably have a lower height than the folded web facing away from the standing plate. This facilitates the possibility of covering with flat bricks.
- the height of the rebate web adjacent to the standing plate can preferably correspond to approximately half the width of the water guide channel provided between this standing seam and the standing plate. This results in a good relationship between the overall height and the water channel cross-section.
- the bent-up edges of the connecting flanges of the side parts facing away from the standing plates are bent with an inclination toward the standing plate, a sealing web consisting of elastic material, preferably foam, to be fastened to the connecting flange being arranged between them and the adjacent folding web.
- This sealing web can have a cross section which corresponds to that of a right-angled triangle, the sealing web side facing the standing plate lying in a plane parallel to the standing plate plane and the sealing web height corresponding at least to the inside height of a roof tile, so that it is ensured that the sealing web is tight on the underside of the roof tile.
- the roof recess 1 shown in FIG. 1 is laterally delimited by two parallel rafters 2, 3 and above and below by two parallel roof battens 4, 5. Between the two roof battens 4, 5, two roof battens 6, 7 and 6 'each run parallel to the left and right. 7 ', each up to the edge of the recess 1, d. H. reach to the side of the rafters 2, 3 on the siphoning side.
- Fig. 2 shows a perspective and enlarged view of the rafters 2 shown in Fig. 1 on the left and the roof batten 7 shown in Fig. 1 bottom left above the roof batten 5.
- the standing plate 9 running perpendicular to the connecting flange 8 bears against the outside of a window frame 10.
- the connecting flange 8 has two fold webs 11, 12 which run parallel to one another at a spacing and are sawtooth-like towards the standing plate 9, i. H. the standing plate-side walls of the two folding webs 11, 12 lie in planes running parallel to the standing plate plane, while the walls of the two folding webs 11, 12 facing away from standing plate 9 lie in planes which form an acute angle of approximately 30 ° with the standing plate plane.
- the folded web 11 adjacent to the standing plate 9 is approximately 20% higher than the other folded web 12.
- the height of the folded web 11 adjacent to the standing sheet 9 corresponds approximately to half the width of the water guide channel 13 provided between it and the standing plate 9.
- a water overflow channel 14 is provided, the bottom of which rests on the roof batten 7, just like that of the water discharge channel 13.
- the edge 15 of the connecting flange 8 facing away from the standing plate 9 is bent upward towards the standing plate 9.
- an elastic material, preferably foam sealing web 16 is arranged, which on the connecting flange 8, d. H. is fixed to the bottom of the groove formed between the bent edge 15 and the fold web 12, for example by gluing ".
- this sealing web 16 undergoes a deformation, which is shown in broken lines in FIG. 2.
- the covering frame according to the invention can have two correspondingly or similarly profiled transverse parts, which can be folded at their ends with the two side parts, so that the covering frame is a stable installation unit, in addition to two respectively angled side parts, only one of which is shown in detail in FIG. 2 represents, which can be used as such in a prepared roof recess 1.
- a roof saving must first be created, which can easily be done by sawing off the batten areas running between two rafters, whereby if the distance between two rafters should be greater than the width of the roofing frame to be installed, first from below an auxiliary rafters would be attached to the roof battens at the appropriate distance from one of the rafters.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a covering frame according to the preamble of
A cover frame according to the preamble of
In dem in Dachneigung verlaufenden Abschnitt des Eindeckrahmens ist nur eine Wasserrinne vorgesehen.DE-A-1 509 119 shows a similar embodiment, in which the upper transverse section of the covering frame has two projecting transverse ribs, one of which is an attached triangular profile. Only a water channel is provided in the section of the roof frame that slopes.
The invention has for its object to provide a covering frame, which ensures problem-free water drainage with increased flow security with easy installation.
This object is achieved by the features of
The sawtooth shape inclined towards the standing plate ensures that the inner water channel, which is the main water drainage channel, has an outer, essentially vertical boundary. The water flowing down at high speed as a result of the pitch of the roof is ideal in the steep-walled channel. dissipated and does not tend to overflow of the web by objects impairing the flow, for example deposited dirt. If the rebate web is deformed, it will always incline inwards, i.e. towards the window frame, and will not become much flatter and more steep in its angle of repose. In the water overflow channel, which adjoins the main water channel on the outside, the same conditions exist, except that the inner slope is flatter, so that overflowing water tends to flow back into the main water channel. Since the water drainage channels are formed above the rafters level, installation is easy and does not require shortening the rafters in this area. The assembly is also convenient because, for example, an overlap due to the sawtooth-like triangular shape is easy to make and tends to claw each other.
The rebate web adjacent to the standing plate can be made higher, preferably about 20% higher than the other rebate web, with the advantage that a very tight covering can take place, namely one in which the downward-facing inner edges of the roof tiles extend so far reach the window frame so that the brick edge ends above the water drainage channel.
The edge can preferably have a lower height than the folded web facing away from the standing plate. This facilitates the possibility of covering with flat bricks.
The height of the rebate web adjacent to the standing plate can preferably correspond to approximately half the width of the water guide channel provided between this standing seam and the standing plate. This results in a good relationship between the overall height and the water channel cross-section.
In a preferred embodiment, the bent-up edges of the connecting flanges of the side parts facing away from the standing plates are bent with an inclination toward the standing plate, a sealing web consisting of elastic material, preferably foam, to be fastened to the connecting flange being arranged between them and the adjacent folding web. This sealing web can have a cross section which corresponds to that of a right-angled triangle, the sealing web side facing the standing plate lying in a plane parallel to the standing plate plane and the sealing web height corresponding at least to the inside height of a roof tile, so that it is ensured that the sealing web is tight on the underside of the roof tile.
Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the claims and the following description of a preferred embodiment in connection with the drawing.
