Abstract
Description
From IT-1.218.529 is a preformed insulating panel known for laying roof tiles; this Panel, which is laid as a base for roof tiles, has good properties, especially in areas with average climatic conditions, shown during in Areas with major temperature changes, or at poor insulation of the roof surfaces, a poor back ventilation between the Roof plate layer and the insulating panel as a base for this as well as an insufficient circulation of the Roof panels exposed to snow pressure were found. Furthermore, the tongue and groove connection ensures that mutual hanging of the panels allows, under certain laying conditions, not an absolute Tightness and possibly put a weak point in the insulation, or a thermal bridge. Also require the known panels when laying in the A support structure for the End area of the roof tiles laid as the last row or monk and nun, this structure is rarely so executed that a free pulling through of the air This structure is also claimed for the assembly further time especially because it is on an extremely exposed part of the roof must be placed where often for the purpose of accident prevention Devices complicate the work.
Schnappverbindung ergeben. Insbesondere an diesen
Überdeckungs- und Verbindungsbereichen schlägt die
Erfindung vor, derart geneigte Flächen vorzusehen, daß
ein Eindringen von Wasser durch die Verbindungsfugen
unterbunden wird. The invention has for its object to provide an insulation panel of the type mentioned above as a base for roof panels, which ensures problem-free installation and good ventilation between the roof panel layer and the panels and further enables a continuous insulation layer, without thermal bridges, rainwater proof and with a safe Create support for roof tiles or monk and nun.
To achieve this object, the invention proposes to provide on the insulating panel on the, facing the roof surface, support side, grooves for strips or other known fastening parts, furthermore on the support side for the roof panels, in addition to a series of protruding lugs for hanging the roof panels, too Noses provided for the support of the roof panels. As far as the mutual connection under the panels is concerned, they are provided on two adjacent, 90 ° forming sides with two overlap areas, which have fillings for corresponding areas on which these overlap areas engage and engage, both in the direction of the roof pitch and across this.
The overlap area which extends in the laying position along the lower horizontal edge has, according to the invention, a suitable shape in order to lie against a simple strip or another support on the outermost lower roof edge; the air throughput is secured by the lugs protruding from the upper panel surface for the support of the roof panels, or by the free spaces between them, by the roof panels also lying in a raised position by the lugs along this outermost edge of the roof surface, without a known one being known for this Support structure must be attached. According to the invention, these support lugs can be arranged in such a way that the support and covering of the installed roof panels or monk and nun is not impaired, furthermore these support lugs are arranged at greater intervals than the hanging lugs in order to create a larger cross section for the air throughput in this way. Grooves are provided between the support and hook-in lugs, which additionally promote the air throughput, while additional deeper grooves also secure the outflow of any rain or / and condensed water. In order to reinforce the laterally projecting overlap area, the corresponding lugs in this area have a wider shape and take on the function of reinforcing ribs; however, this embodiment is only possible on the insulating panel for roof panels, while in the case of monks and nuns, because of the special shape of the panel, such reinforcement is not possible.
Of course, the form-fitting connections at the overlap areas can be of different types and shapes; if necessary, these can also result in a snap connection. In particular at these overlap and connection areas, the invention proposes to provide inclined surfaces in such a way that water does not penetrate through the connection joints.
The invention is based on one in the drawings schematically illustrated embodiment of a Insulating panels according to the invention for the laying of Roof tiles explained in more detail; the drawings are included purely explanatory, non-limiting purpose.

An
Isolierpaneels erreicht wird.1 shows a cross section through insulating panels together with the roof panels laid thereon at the lower edge of a roof surface, according to a sectional surface which contains the direction of the rainwater drainage.
