Definitions
- the invention relates to a building system formed entirely or at least predominantly from biological building materials in use as a residential house, country house, farm building or the like, and to a self-contained, low-temperature heating system specifically associated with this system in accordance with the hypocauste principle, i.e. with Circulating warm air in ducts with a closed circuit, at least in the floor and wall area.
- hypocausts were already used as central floor heating for public or private buildings around 100 BC.
- the walls were even included in the heating via hollow bricks or clay pipes.
- a partial task of the present invention should therefore also consist in building on the hypocaust system as the basis and with the inclusion of specific features of one or more advantages of other types of heat generation or heat generation, to create a low-temperature heating system which operates with extremely low energy requirements and which by incorporating the interior dimensions of the building Heat storage creates a good coefficient of performance and a high level of comfort.
- the most important part of the task should therefore consist of creating a so-called breathable building, which on the one hand does not belong to the category of the usually grid-bound prefabricated houses, but is variable and therefore free through its elements can be designed while eliminating all expensive floor, ceiling and other formwork work of conventional construction.
- the building shown in Fig. 1 purely schematically in its basic structure rests on individual or strip foundations 1, depending on the ground conditions or static requirements, and according to the invention initially has a framework-type frame structure consisting of load-bearing ceiling beams 2 for receiving or for opening location of the hollow ceiling tiles 26, thresholds 3, and the stiffeners 4 as cross bars or parapet closures for windows; the upper sleepers 3a serve as lintels and frames at the same time.
- the bumps 3, which are anchored in each case to the masonry or the foundations 1, also emanate from the vertically standing frame members of the truss, which are not shown in the drawing.
- Positions 4, 5 and 6 indicate the constructive roof beams, item 7 the rain drains, which, incidentally, can be led into the outer rock storage 51 in sandy ground or in dry zones in order to increase the storage humidity.
- This frame construction preferably made of wood, could just as well be made of steel, concrete or brick masonry for the purposes of the present invention.
- the wall plates 9 and 10 are used in tongue and groove design 9a, 9b, with adhesive mortar in the grooves and in addition on all end faces by means of galvanized anchors 11 and 20 on the truss structure 3, 4 or in which the free spaces between the plates 9, 10 are filled with brick-chip mixture.
- This mixture consisting for example of brick chippings with binding agents and so-called hydraulic lime, serves on the one hand to insulate the building 70 and to statically stiffen the hollow clay plates against wind pressure etc.
- a very significant advantage of the tie rod fastening according to the invention of the outer and inner hollow clay plates 9 and 10 on or in Truss 2, 3, 4 lies in the mutual flexibility between these parts, which means that any movements within the truss structure cannot have a direct effect on the interior and exterior wall cladding.
- a thermal insulation mortar 24 is provided between the two in addition to an impact sound insulation plate 25 made of cork, rock wool or the like, which at the same time also serves as a load-bearing construction for the floor plates 14 of the underfloor heating serves. Since this mortar, in addition to its load-bearing and insulating effect, does not make the floor structure difficult, the supporting structure of the ceiling 2 can be made with relatively small cross-sections.
- air guide channels 18 for forward and return which are connected to the respective plates 10 and 14 via correspondingly dimensioned openings 18a, and on the other hand still structurally required elements such as brick or wood underlay plates 13 and flexible separating strips 21, which are required so that the floor surface 14 can work unhindered and stress-free; in addition, this strip 21 also provides impact sound insulation or prevents its transition to the walls 10.
- the supply lines 19 required for each building are accommodated, for example, inside the beds 23.
- Both plates 14 and 14a are now placed alternately against one another and firmly connected to one another at their directly abutting contact surfaces with an adhesive 68, 69.
- a cover strip 16 is now inserted in each case, which prevents joint mortar 17 from getting into the air guide channels 65 and thus disrupting the air circulation 28.
- the interior stone storage 30 is constructed in detail, for example, as follows: its outer boundary is formed by the hollow brick plates 31, 33 on the building side, penetrated by an inspection opening 32 and the support formwork 37, 39 with insulation 34, 36 in between and the supply and return air ducts 35 embedded therein Item 38 represents the ceiling beams of the building, and item 49 the actual stone fill of the inner core, contained in a kind of cage 41, steel mesh and held by tie rods 45. An upper cover 40 and a baffle 42 arranged downstream of the circulation blower 50 provide the necessary air guidance within this system. Items 43, 44 and 46 to 48 also indicate bases, insulation and protective foils on the bottom of the memory that are not relevant to the invention.
- the supply and return air lines 72 and 73 which functionally connect the external and internal storage devices 51 and 30, can also be seen.
- the overall function of this system is that of a heat pump.
- the most important criterion according to the invention is thus to be seen in the present case in the non-rigid connection between the hollow stone slabs and the framework. This avoids that from different expansion behavior or other tension, etc., cracks or the like. Construction damage can occur. In addition, it is considered to be a very significant advantage that the absolute total security compared to other systems with the fastest construction without drying waiting times; Defects and structural damage such as with hot water underfloor heating are also not possible here.

Abstract
