Description

In the field of building and public works, it is widely known to use lost formwork delimiting a volume in which the concrete constituting a wall is poured. It is also known to produce these forms in insulating material, so that the wall finally obtained has insulating characteristics.

Thus, US-A-3 562991, FR-A-2 328 814 and GB-A-1 589 113 (this document describing a constructive system according to the preamble of claim 1) describe constructive systems in which of the panels are assembled two by two in a spaced position parallel to each other, are aligned to form horizontal rows and are superimposed vertically. With such systems, it is possible to produce forms in which the concrete constituting the body of a wall is poured; and these walls have good thermal insulation coefficients, provided that the panels are prefabricated in an insulating material.

However, it turns out that in these constructive systems, the assembly of the formwork by means of the panels is not convenient, because it requires the use of numerous connecting pieces, some of which are in the form of horizontal and vertical scales. . Most often, these scales are independent, which complicates assembly. In other cases, as in GB-A-1 589 113, the horizontal and vertical ladders are pre-assembled, but these are real frames which are heavy and bulky and whose storage and transport lead to difficulties and an increase in the final cost of construction.

The invention overcomes these drawbacks. It relates to a constructive system which is of the last type mentioned, in which insulating panels or not are associated with horizontal scales determining the spacing of the panels and connected to vertical scales serving as stiffening elements, but in the compliant system In the invention, the ladders have an arrangement such that the formwork is easy to assemble and has a rigidity and a strength thanks to which it becomes possible to build in a single phase walls of great height.

In accordance with the invention, each horizontal scale is wider than the vertical scale with which it is associated, is placed above the latter and is supported on the upper face of a panel or a row of panels, while the vertical ladder which is connected to it is housed between two rows of opposite panels which it maintains each ladder being formed by at least two longitudinal members and by two crosspieces, the lower crossmember of the vertical ladder comprises means for its attachment to additional means provided on the corresponding cross member of the underlying horizontal ladder, and the two side members of each horizontal ladder have a coated T-section and are housed by their horizontal wing in an area set back from the underside of the panels and penetrate by their upper and lower vertical wings into grooves provided in the lower and upper faces of the panels; and the upper face of each panel has studs between which pass the crosspieces of each upper horizontal scale.

According to one embodiment, each horizontal scale and each vertical scale are independent, but comprise means of connection to each other.

In another more advantageous form of execution, each vertical scale is articulated at one of its crosspieces to the corresponding crosspiece of a horizontal top scale.

According to another characteristic of this construction system, the crosspieces of each horizontal ladder have notches open upwards and serving as housings for the reinforcing bars of the wall which are blocked at the bottom of these notches by the lower crosspiece of the vertical ladder located above.

  • Figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une portion de coffrage dans une zone destinée à constituer une portion de mur;
  • Figures 2 et 3 sont, à plus grande échelle, des vues partielles en perspective montrant respectivement la face supérieure et la face inférieure d'un panneau;
  • Figure 4 est une vue en perspective d'un ensemble de rigidification entrant dans la constitution de ce coffrage, représenté en position de stockage ou de transport;
  • Figure 5 en est une vue en perspective en position d'utilisation, avant mise en place dans le coffrage;
The appended schematic drawing represents, by way of nonlimiting example, an embodiment of this constructive system:
  • Figure 1 is a perspective view of a portion of formwork in an area intended to constitute a portion of wall;
  • Figures 2 and 3 are, on a larger scale, partial perspective views showing respectively the upper face and the lower face of a panel;
  • Figure 4 is a perspective view of a stiffening assembly forming part of this formwork, shown in the storage or transport position;
  • Figure 5 is a perspective view in the position of use, before placement in the formwork;
  • Figure 6 is, on a larger scale, a sectional view along 6 - 6 of Figure 5.
  • Figure 1 shows a formwork for the construction of a wall. This formwork is of the "lost" type in the sense that it remains permanently attached to the wall after its construction. It consists of panels (1) and a plurality of stiffening assemblies (16).

The formwork panels (1) are made of an insulating material of resistance appropriate to the nature of the material poured for the realization of the wall. This preferably high-density material may for example be expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, phenolic foam, etc. In the mass of the panel (1), a framework may be provided. by a resistant soul. This core can be produced by increasing the molecular density of the insulating material, or by interposing a solid or clear sheet, for example plywood or compressed wood panel, fiber glass, mesh, welded mesh, synthetic fabric ....

The stiffening assemblies (16) cooperating with the panels (1) can be likened to respectively horizontal (20) and vertical (21) scales which each have the shape of a rectangular frame constituted by two longitudinal members and by two crosspieces.

For the horizontal ladder (20), the side members are designated by (22) and the cross members are designated by (23); and for the vertical ladder (21), the side members are designated by (24) and the cross members by (25). These two scales (20) and (21) have the particularity of being articulated to each other at the level of a crosspiece (23) of one and of a crosspiece (25) of the other.

This articulation can be carried out in any way. Whatever its arrangement, it allows the ladder (21) whose width is less than that of the ladder (20) to be included in the latter, as shown in Figure 4, or to occupy a position perpendicular to it, as shown in Figure 5. The first position is that of rest, that is to say, storage or transport; the second position is that of use. In this position, the crossmember (25) of the ladder (21) comes, at the same time as it hooks to the crossmember (18, 23) of a ladder (20) located below, to lock the metal reinforcements (23c) positioned in the notches (23b) of the crosspieces (23).

The side members (22) of the ladder (20) which is used in the horizontal position have a section, in a coated T, in order to be housed by their horizontal wing (22a) in a recessed area (26) on the underside of the plates (1) and penetrate through their upper (22b) and lower (22c) wings into grooves (27) provided in the lower and upper faces of the panels (1). For a good connection to be made between the panels (1), their upper faces have studs (28) which penetrate into recesses (29) located on their lower faces.

As for the vertical scale (21) of each stiffening assembly (16), it has a smaller width in order to be able to be accommodated in the space delimited by the panels (1). Its longitudinal members (24) have for example an L or U section, and the end crosspiece (25) of each ladder (21) comprises two zones (30) which are arranged in the form of hooks or clips, and are intended to cooperate with two off-hook zones (31) arranged in the crosspiece (23) of the underlying horizontal ladder (20).

Due to their arrangement, the stiffening assemblies (16) allow, in combination with basic elements (15) visible in Figure 1, and with the panels (1), to produce a lost formwork in which the panels (1 ) will have, over the entire height of the formwork, a spacing determined by the elements (15) and by the assemblies (16), and in which these assemblies (16) will bring the necessary rigidity to the formwork, due to a part of the good connection of the assemblies (16) with the panels (1) and due, on the other hand, to the locking of all of the assemblies (16), of the panels (1) and of the frames (23c) with respect to each other thanks to to the cooperation of the vertical ladder (21) of each stiffening assembly (16) with a horizontal ladder (20) which is integral with it, but is also integral with two opposite panels.
