Abstract

Sustav šupljih građevinskih ploča velikog formatasluži kao trajna vanjska obloga ispune nosivih višeslojnih zidova i sadrži dva tipa ploča - standardne (1) i završne (2), s jednim ili više redova okomitih šupljina (11), i sustavom ozubljenja na pero (12) i utor (13).Susjedne odnosno nasuprotno postavljene ploče usuho povezane su standardnim (115), kutnim (16), odstojnim (17) i dijagonalnim sponama (18). Spone osiguravaju prostornu stabilnost konstrukcije prije i tokom postupka neprekinutog punjenja zida smjesom ispune, rezultat kojeg je monolitan nosivi zid. Potrebnu debljinu zida, radi zadovoljenja termičkih i konstrukcionih zahtjeva, određuje duljina odstojnih spona (17). Ne koriste se nikakva uobičajena vezivna sredstva (mortovi, ljepila i slično). Ploče služe kao trajna zaštitna obloga ispune koja, kad se osuši i otvrdne, čini monolitan nosivi zid. Redovi okomitih otvorenih šupljina (11) ploča dodatno zaštićuju ispunu od vlage, poboljšavaju termičku i zvučnu izolaciju zida, a s unutarnje strane služe i za smještaj instalacija. Sustav prema izumu smanjuje potrebnu radnu snagu, potrošnju cementa i vapna i troškove transporta.The large-format hollow building system serves as a permanent exterior cladding of load-bearing multi-layer walls and contains two types of slabs - standard (1) and end (2), with one or more rows of vertical cavities (11), and a perching system (12) and grooves (13). The clamps ensure the spatial stability of the structure before and during the continuous filling process of the wall with the fill mixture, the result of which is a monolithic load-bearing wall. The required wall thickness, in order to meet the thermal and structural requirements, is determined by the length of the spacers (17). No common binders (mortars, adhesives, etc.) are used. The panels serve as a permanent filler lining which, when dried and hardened, forms a monolithic load-bearing wall. The rows of vertical open cavities (11) of the panels additionally protect the fill from moisture, improve the thermal and acoustic insulation of the wall, and on the inside serve to accommodate installations. The system according to the invention reduces the labor required, the consumption of cement and lime and the cost of transportation.
