- the weight balance provided by the counterweight acting on the winding shaft creates a cover that is suitable for magnet actuation, and the drive cable connection between the winding shaft and the inner magnet opens up the possibility of a correspondingly large drive path for lifting this cover.
- a structurally simple drive connection is obtained if, according to the invention, the inner magnet on an on a drive roller of the winding shaft runs in opposite directions drive cable wound to cover hangs. - the slats 6 of this slat blind 5 are suspended from slat carrier cables 7, which slat carrier cables 7 are held in corresponding receptacles 8 of an actuating shaft 9, so that pivoting of this actuating shaft 9 via the carrier cables 7 causes the slats 6 to be adjusted.
- slat elevator ropes 10 For lifting the slats, slat elevator ropes 10 are provided which can be wound on winding rollers 11 of a drivable winding shaft 12 and thereby take the slats 6 up with them.
- To make it easier to actuate the winding shaft 12 there is another winding roller 13 at one end of the winding shaft 12, onto which a support cable 14 with a counterweight 15 adapted to the slat weight is wound in the opposite direction to the slat elevator ropes 10.
- the drive for the winding shaft 12 is at the opposite end a drive roller 16 with a drive cable 17 wound in the same direction as the support cable 14 of the counterweight 15, on which an inner magnet 18 is suspended. This inner magnet 18 interacts, as indicated in FIG.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulating glass pane with a darkening device arranged in the airtight sealed cavity, which can be actuated via an outer magnet guided outside the insulating glass pane and an inner magnet movable inside the insulating glass pane and guided by the outer magnet.
Insulating glass panes are increasingly being used for the glazing of windows and doors, and the special effect of these insulating glass panes essentially depends on the really tight seal of the cavity remaining between the individual glass panels of the insulating glass pane. For darkening devices within this cavity, therefore, a magnetic actuation is recommended, which avoids breaking through the all-round insulating glass insulation and, despite the internal arrangement of the darkening device, does not increase the risk that the insulating glass pane would leak and thus become unusable. However, so far there are only blinds that can be installed in insulating glass panes. Fixed blinds with adjustable slats, whereby to actuate these slats, an outer magnet that can be moved via a lever mechanism interacts with an inner magnet that sits on a rack and which rack engages directly on one of the slats the gear drives. It is not possible to raise the blind and the proposed magnetic drive can only be used for very small adjustment movements from the outset due to its very limited drive path. Retractable blackout systems must therefore still be installed outside the insulating glass pane, where they often take up valuable space in the window or door area, impair the overall appearance, are very dirty, prone to failure and can also be easily damaged.
To eliminate these disadvantages, a darkening device according to the invention is a cover which is known per se and can be contracted or rolled up by means of a winding shaft, the winding shaft being drive-connected to the internal magnet via a drive cable or the like and, in addition to the winding area for the cover, a winding roll for an opposite direction to cover has winding and unwinding support rope of a counterweight adapted to the cover. The weight balance provided by the counterweight acting on the winding shaft creates a cover that is suitable for magnet actuation, and the drive cable connection between the winding shaft and the inner magnet opens up the possibility of a correspondingly large drive path for lifting this cover. It is therefore not only possible to install blackout devices with slats that are difficult to adjust in insulating glass panes, but also blinds with pull-up slats, roller blinds and the like. Like., And the advantages of an integrated design can be fully used for pull-up covers.
A structurally simple drive connection is obtained if, according to the invention, the inner magnet on an on a drive roller of the winding shaft runs in opposite directions drive cable wound to cover hangs. Moving the inner magnet downward unwinds the drive cable from the winding roll and rotates the winding shaft in the sense of winding up the cover. If the inner magnet moves upwards, the cover can unwind from the winding shaft due to its own weight, with the rotating winding shaft simultaneously winding up the drive cable.
According to the invention, the inner magnet can also be incorporated into the endlessly rotating drive cable of a cable drive interacting with a cable pulley of the winding shaft, so that the winding shaft can be driven in both directions from the cable drive and the cover does not rely solely on the inherent weight-related torque when closing.
In order to ensure the perfect interaction between the inner magnet and the outer magnet, in a further development of the invention the outer magnet, which is guided parallel to the inner magnet, is fastened to an endless guide rope which runs around deflection rollers. By pushing the outer magnet back and forth, the inner magnet is also moved back and forth and the winding shaft is also rotated via the drive cable connected to the inner magnet.
Instead of the guide rope, the outer magnet can also be used according to the invention in a guide rail parallel to the drive rope of the inner magnet. This is a very simple and handy option, but it should be possible to clamp the external magnet accordingly in order to ensure that the cover can be fixed in a certain position.
It is also particularly advantageous if the inner and outer magnets are rotatable about a common axis and with the Innenm a gnets a drive wheel for the drive rope of the winding shaft is connected. As a result, the outer magnet only needs to be rotated manually or by motor to actuate the darkening device, as a result of which the inner drive wheel is correspondingly rotated via the magnetic coupling formed by the inner and outer magnet and in turn drives the winding shaft. Cable drives are particularly suitable for the drive connection between the drive wheel and the winding shaft, but it could also bevel gear and intermediate shafts u. Like. Be provided by which drives the driving force can also be translated.

- Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II of FIG. 1 of an insulating glass pane installed in a frame.
An insulating glass pane 1 consists of two
For lifting the slats,
Similar to the drive of the
In order to enable simple installation of the slatted blind 5 in the insulating glass pane 1, a
