  4. 4. die Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung soll sowohl bei Neubauten als auch als Nachrüstsatz eingesetzt werden können,
  5. 5. die Panzer der Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung, nämlich des oberen Roll-Ladens und des unteren Roll-Ladens sollen aus allen herkömmlichen Lamellen-Bauarten, Formen und Materialien bestehen können,
  6. 6. die Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung soll einen mechanischen Schutz gegen Eindringen von außen bilden können und
  7. 7. es soll auch ein zusätzliches Insekten-Schutz-Rollo einbaubar sein.

Claims (4)

  1. Shutter device with a variable, horizontal slotted opening with an upper shutter (9) coiled in an upper box on an upper shutter drum (9.1), guided on its two sides in first guidance rails (6), and a lower shutter (8), the upper end of which is connected by means of ropes with a pulling device arranged at the top for winding the ropes, equipped with mechanisms for winding the ropes, wherein the following features are manifested:
    in a lower box arranged underneath a glass surface (3) of a window or a terrace/patio door to be covered by means of the shutter device, a lower shutter (8) is wound up on a lower shutter drum (8.3) under spring-loaded tension and guided in the first two guidance rails (6) or in the two second guidance rails (7), each of which are fitted close to the first guidance rails (6),
    in the upper box (1), a lifting device is provided close to the upper shutter (9), manifesting a drive shaft (10.1), the longitudinal axis of which is aligned parallel to the upper shutter drum (9.1), pivoted on both sides in one bearing housing in each case and preferably formed as a hollow shaft,
    on the drive shaft (10.1), there are two winding drums (10.3), on each of which rope-shaped traction mechanisms (11), which can be wound, or two belt pulleys (10.10), on which flat, belt-like traction mechanisms (11) can be wound, are arranged,
    both winding drums (10.3) can each be moved on a slide bush (10.4), fitted on the drive shaft (10.1) by means of a cam element (10.5), with the two lower ends of the traction mechanisms (11) being fitted by means of known fitting elements (8.2) on both sides of a traction clamp (8.1), which is fitted to the top end of the lower shutter,
    in the area of each of the two winding drums (10.3), one arm (10.12) is fitted to a wall (5), on which arm a first deflector pulley (10.13) has been fitted pivoted, the latter essentially arranged on the horizontal level, in which the lower jacket surface of the winding drum (10.3) in question is aligned, the rotating axes of the two first deflector pulleys (10.13) being aligned vertical to the longitudinal axis (10.2), on each of the two arms (10.12), a second deflector roller (10.14) has been fitted pivoted, via which the rope-shaped traction mechanism (11) can be guided close to the first guidance rails (6) and the second guidance rails (7) as the case may be and also parallel to them,
    in accordance with the embodiment of the lifting device (10) with belt-shaped traction mechanisms (11), one belt pulley (10.10) has been fitted to each on the two sides of the drive shaft (10.1), on each of which belt pulleys a flat, belt-shaped traction mechanism (11) can be wound, the ends of which are fitted by means of known fitting elements (8.2) on both sides of a traction clamp (8.1) of the lower shutter (8), with guidance rollers (13) being provided in pairs underneath the belt rollers (10.10), in between which the belt-shaped traction mechanism (11) in question can be guided close to the first guidance rails (6) and the second guidance rails (7) as the case may be and also parallel to them, and a customary belt pulley (10.11), a motor (10.9), a customary tube motor or a customary cord crank can be fitted optionally on the drive shaft (10.1).
  2. Shutter device according to Claim 1, wherein a corner plate (10.15) to which the traction mechanism (11) in question has been fitted, is fitted on either side on the traction clamp (8.1) of the lower shutter (8) in the guidance of the lower shutter (8) in the two first guidance rails (6), the traction mechanism running close to the first guidance rail in question in each case.
  3. Shutter device according to Claims 1 and 2, wherein the two winding drums (10.3) have been provided with spiral grooves (10.3.1), the distance of which corresponds to the thickness of a rope-shaped traction mechanism (11).
  4.
