Definitions
- the invention relates to a ventilation window with exhaust air and supply air ducts in a lining part, the ducts being separated from one another by partition walls which have good thermal conductivity properties, but are insulated from the outside by heat and sound-insulating materials, and with means for forced ventilation .
- a device of the type identified above is described for example in DE-OS 28 06 574.
- the fresh air is sucked in on the outside of the lower window frame and released into the room, the used air being sucked in in the upper region of the window and passed through a special construction of the window between the insulating glass pane and an additional pane.
- the exhaust air enters the duct arranged in the lower region of the window and flows through it to the outside, with partition walls having good heat-conducting properties being provided between the fresh air duct and the exhaust air duct, which can even be equipped with additional heat transfer fins, in order to thus recover the heat to achieve the warm air available energy that this heat is given to the fresh air supplied.
- the known arrangement has the disadvantage that only a relatively small contact area between warm air and cold air is available and that a special three-pane window must be provided. the air being sucked in through the space between the three disks.
- the invention has for its object to improve the heat transfer between exhaust air and supply air and also to ensure that exactly as fresh air is supplied, exhaust air is discharged or to the extent that exhaust air is removed, fresh air is supplied, so that air is not drawn in from other rooms.
- the invention is based on the fact that it is known to equip windows with a lining frame, so that the window, like a door, encloses the surrounding wall areas with the frame.
- the exhaust air duct in the lower hoLm of the frame surrounding the window on all sides the exhaust air duct is separated from the supply air duct by a vertical partition wall, the exhaust air duct lying outside and the supply air duct inside, and as a center for forced ventilation in the lower part There is a fan in the exhaust air duct and one fan in the supply air duct, but both are connected to a motor.
- the arrangement according to the invention achieves a relatively long path of the supply air from its entry point facing outwards to the point of exit pointing inwards. An equal path is forced for the exhaust air. There is now the possibility that the exhaust air releases its thermal energy to the supply air, so that the supply air exits the room relatively warm, it being particularly important to note that the exhaust air is sucked in at the top of the room, where the temperature is significantly higher than in normal living level of the room.
- 1 denotes the window, which of course can also be designed as a double window.
- the window is surrounded by a lining frame 2 through which an upper spar 3, the two lateral spars 4 and 5 and the lower spar 6 are formed.
- the spars are designed as channels, an exhaust air channel 8 and a supply air channel 7 being created.
- the solid black arrows indicate the supply air and the outlined arrows the exhaust air.
- the separation between the supply air duct 7 and the exhaust air duct 8 takes place via a partition 9, which consists of a good heat-conducting material, for example MetaLL, additional deflection plates 10 being provided, which are arranged in the supply air duct 7 and in the exhaust air duct 8, so that the path length of the air streams is further increased becomes.
- a partition 9 which consists of a good heat-conducting material, for example MetaLL, additional deflection plates 10 being provided, which are arranged in the supply air duct 7 and in the exhaust air duct 8, so that the path length of the air streams is further increased becomes.
- the channels are secured to the outside by a heat insulation layer 11, so that, for example, the cold of the supply air channel 7 cannot penetrate into the walls of the room. Possibly. the insulation of the exhaust air duct 8 towards the window may be less than the insulation of the supply air duct 7 towards the wall, even there is the possibility that the insulation of the exhaust air duct 8 to the window is completely dispensed with.
- blower 12 and 14 two blowers are referred to, which are driven by a single motor 15, the blower 12 in the exhaust air duct 8 and the blower 14 in the supply air duct 7.
- both fans 12 and 14 are only driven by a single motor 15, the same forced ventilation takes place in both channels, so that it is ensured that no air is sucked in from distant rooms, for example under door gaps.
- the partition 9 between the supply and exhaust air ducts in the lower part 6 is vertically aligned, which means that an outflow of the air to the interior or exterior of the room is possible with simultaneous arrangement of the fans in the ducts. This ensures the required duct height.
- connection between the deflecting plates 10 can be designed to have good heat conduction, which means that a significantly better heat transfer from the exhaust air to the supply air duct 8, 7 is achieved. This can be done by cutting slots 9 into the partition wall, into which the plates 10 are then inserted and soldered.
- the insulation 11 not only causes heat insulation, but at the same time also insulation.
- the length, especially the supply air paths, ensures that a complete sound insulation of the incoming air is achieved.

Abstract
