Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Anschlußeinrichtung für eine eine Kohlebürste aufnehmende elektrisch leitfähige Bürstenhülse, mit der die Kohlebürste ihrerseits elektrisch leitend verbunden ist, bei welcher Einrichtung ferner die Bürstenhülse in einen Führungsschacht eines einer elektrischen Maschine zugeordneten Bürstenträgers eingesetzt ist und mit einer mit einer elektrischen Zuführleitung verbundenen Kontaktfahne in elektrischer Verbindung steht.The invention relates to an electrical connection device for an electrically conductive brush sleeve receiving a carbon brush, to which the carbon brush is in turn connected in an electrically conductive manner, in which device the brush sleeve is also inserted into a guide shaft of a brush holder assigned to an electrical machine and connected to an electrical supply line Contact lug is in electrical connection.

Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe gelingt nach der Erfindung dadurch, daß die Kontaktfahne durch eine öffnung in der Wand des Führungsschachtes hindurchgesteckt ist und mindestens soweit in den Führungsschacht ragt, daß die Bürstenhülse beim Einschieben in den Führungsschacht mit der Kontaktfahne in Berührung kommt. Damit kann bei einer solchen Abschlußeinrichtung die Kontaktfahne bereits vor dem Einstecken in die öffnung mit der Zuführleitung verbunden werden. Ein Verbinden der Kontaktfahne mit der Bürstenhülse in einem gesonderten Arbeitsgang entfällt, da die elektrische Verbindung selbsttätig beim Einschieben der Bürstenhülse in den Führungsschacht hergestellt wird.The object is achieved according to the invention in that the contact lug is inserted through an opening in the wall of the guide shaft and protrudes into the guide shaft at least to such an extent that the brush sleeve comes into contact with the contact lug when inserted into the guide shaft. In einen an einen Bürstenträger 1 vorgesehenen Führungsschacht 2 ist eine Bürstenhülse 3 eingesetzt. Durch aus der Wandung der Bürstenhülse 3 herausgebogene Rastzungen Sund 6, die in einer in der einen Wand des Führungsschachtes 2 vorgesehenen Vertiefung 7 verrasten, wird die Bürstenhülse 3 in dem Führungsschacht 2 gehalten. In der Bürstenhülse 3 befindet sich eine Kohlebürste 4, die durch eine Feder 8 gegen den Kollektor 9 einer elektrischen Maschine gedrückt wird. Die Feder 8 ist an ihrem der Kohlebürste 4 gegenüberliegenden Ende an einem aus der Wandung der Bürstenhülse 3 herausgebogenen Vorsprung 10 abgestützt. Die elektrische Verbindung der Kohlebürste 4 mit der Bürstenhülse 3 kann über die Feder 8 oder eine gesonderte Litze (in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt), welche mit der Kohlebürste 4 und der Bürstenhülse 3 verbunden ist, erfolgen. Die Stromzuführung zur Bürstenhülse 3 erfolgt über eine Kontaktfahne 13, die durch eine in der den Führungsschacht 2 begrenzenden Wand 11 des Bürstenträgers vorgesehene öffnung 12 hindurchgesteckt ist. An diese Kontaktfahne 13 ist eine Zuführleitung 14 angeschlossen. Wie die Darstellung in Fig. 1 zeigt, ist das in den Führungsschacht 2 hineinragende Ende 15 der Kontaktfahne 13 umgebogen und liegt in einer Aufnahmerinne 16 . Die Kontaktfahne 13 ist im ursprünglichen Zustand gerade ausgebildet, so daß sie leicht durch die öffnung 12 hindurchgesteckt werden kann. Beim Einschieben der Bürstenhülse 13 in den Führungsschacht 2 wird das in den Führungsschacht 2 hineinragende Ende 15 umgebogen und legt sich in die Aufnahmerinne 16. Durch das über die Bürstenhülse 3 erfolgende Umbiegen der Kontaktfahne 13 ist sichergestellt, daß diese fest an der Bürstenhülse 3 anliegt und damit in elektrisch gut leitender Verbindung mit der Bürstenhülse 3 steht.A brush sleeve 3 is inserted into a
In Fig. 2 ist mit 17 der Ständer und mit 18 der Läufer eines Universalmotors bezeichnet, der in ein Kunststoffgehäuse 19 eingebaut ist. Auf der einen Stirnseite des Kunststoffgehäuses 19 sind zwei Führungsschächte 2 angeformt, in die jeweils eine Bürstenhülse 3 eingesetzt ist. Die Wickelköpfe 20 der Ständerwicklung sind durch Wicklungsträger 21 bzw. 22 abgestützt. An den auf der Kollektorseite des Motors angeordneten Wicklungsträgern 22 sind axial vorstehende Kontaktfahnen 23 befestigt. In jedem des den Führungsschächten 2 benachbarten Wandteil 24 des Kunststoffgehäuses 19 ist eine öffnung 25 vorgesehen, durch die die mit dem Wicklungsträger 22 verbundene Kontaktfahne 23 hindurchgesteckt ist. Das Durchstecken der Kontaktfahne 23 durch die öffnung 25 erfolgt beim Einsetzen des Ständers 17 in das Kunststoffgehäuse 19. Beim nachfolgenden Einschieben der Bürstenhülse 3 in den Führungsschacht 2 wird das in den Führungsschacht 2 ragende Ende der Kontaktfahne 23 umgebogen und liegt dadurch an der Bürstenhülse 3 an.
