Claims (10)

1. Sägemaschine zum Zersägen von Steinblökken, die
- ein um eine waagrechte Achse (6) drehbar montiertes, bezüglich einer zur waagrechten Achse (6) senkrechten Ebene symmetrisches Gestell (1, 2, 3, 4, 5),
- Sägeblätter (8), deren zur waagrechten Drehachse (6) gekehrte Schneide die Form eines Kreisbogens hat, dessen Mittelpunkt mit der Achse (6) zusammenfällt, wobei diese Sägeblätter (8) an ihren äußeren Enden an mit dem Gestell (1, 2, 3,4,5) verbundenen und mit zur Befestigung der Enden der Sägeblätter (8) und deren Spannung geeigneten Bauteilen (10, 11, 12) versehenen Befestigungsteilen (9) befestigt sind,
- eine zur schwingenden Bewegung des Gestells (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) um die waagrechte Drehachse (6) geeignete Vorrichtung, wobei die Längsachse der Sägeblätter (8) in jedem Moment mit der Senkrechten einen spitzen Winkel einschließt, und
- eine zum waagrechten und zu den Ebenen der Sägeblätter in deren Richtung parallelen Vorschub eines oder mehrerer Steinblöcke (23) geeignete Transportvorrichtung

umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) zwei beidseitig des Gestells symmetrisch und parallel zu seiner Symmetrieebene angeordnete Sägeblätter (8) trägt, wobei die Befestigungsteile (9) freitragend beidseitig des Gestells (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) angeordnet sind und die Transportvorrichtung beidseitig des Gestells (1, 2, 3,4, 5) liegt und eine zur Regelung der Position der Steinblöcke geeignete Regelvorrichtung aufweist.

Sägemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell die Form eines aus längs der Kanten des Prismas angeordneten und mit an sich bekannten Teilen verbundenen Metallträgern 1 bis 5 bestehenden Prismas mit dreieckiger Grundfläche hat, wobei die waagrechte Drehachse (6) parallel und nahe einer zur dreieckigen Grundfläche senkrechten Kante des Prismas angeordnet ist und die Längsachse jedes der zwei Sägeblätter (8) in der durch die der waagrechten Drehachse (6) gegenüberliegende Fläche des Prismas gebildeten Ebene liegt.
3. Sägemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Nähe der Sägeblätter (8) eine Führungsvorrichtung des Gestells angebracht ist, wobei diese Führungsvorrichtung geeignet ist, jegliche seitliche Abweichung der Sägeblätter (8) zu verhindern.

Sägemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsvorrichtung aus parallel zu den Ebenen der Sägeblätter (8) an einem zwischen den Sägeblättern (8) gelegenen Betonblock (24) befestigten Metallplatten (25) besteht, wobei das Gestell mit beidseitig des Betonblockes (24) und ohne Spiel auf den Metallplatten (25) rollenden Rollen versehen ist.

Sägemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur schwingenden Bewegung des Gestells um die waagrechte Drehachse (6) geeignete Vorrichtung aus einem durch einen Elektromotor (14) über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (15, 16, 17) angetriebenen System von Pleuelstange und Kurbel (13,18) besteht.
6. Sägemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneide der Sägeblätter (8) Diamantsegmente aufweist.
7. Sägemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Schneiden der Sägeblätter (8) gegenüberliegende Rand derselben eine konkav gebogene Form hat.

Sägemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zur Befestigung der äußeren Enden der Sägeblätter (8) am Gestell dafür vorgesehen ist, an diesen gemäß der bezüglich der Längsachse der Sägeblätter (8) schrägen Richtungen Spannungen zu erzielen, so daß in jedem Sägeblatt (8) eine zur Schneide der Sägeblätter senkrechte Spannungskomponente auftritt.

Sägemaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Erzielen von bezüglich der Längsachse des Sägeblattes schrägen Spannungen an jedem Sägeblatt (8) aus einem System von verstellbarer Schraube und Sicherungsmutter besteht, wobei die Achsen der Schraube in der Ebene dieses Sägeblattes (8) liegen und mit der Längsachse des Sägeblattes einen spitzen Winkel gegen die Außenseite einschließen.

Sägemaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung zum Vorschub der Steinblöcke (23) gegen die Sägeblätter (8) aus zwei beidseitig der Maschine befindlichen Schlitten (22) auf waagrechten, zu den Ebenen der Sägeblätter (8) parallelen Schienen (21) besteht, wobei die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit jedes Schlittens (22) regelbar ist.
