Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Drahtstütze, insbesondere für kapazitive Schutzzäune, welche eine Stange und ein isoliertes Ende aufweist.
- Es ist bekannt, zur Aufnahme elektrischer Leitungsdrähte Drahtstützen zu verwenden. Diese können eine Stange und an einem freien Ende dieser Stange einen Isolierkörper aufweisen, in dem der Draht befestigt wird, z.B. für elektrische Weidezäune. Derartige Drahtstützen werden auch an Schutzzäunen verwendet. Beispielsweise sind an Schutzzäunen, die ein unbefugtes Eindringen verhindern sollen, Drahtstützen angeordnet. Die als Kapazitätselektroden parallel gespannten Drähte werden mit derartigen Stützen abgestützt. Um Drahtstützen leicht montieren und vielseitig einsetzen zu können, müssen sie besonders ausgestaltet sein.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Drahtstütze zu schaffen, die in ihrer Länge veränderbar sein soll, eine schnelle Montage erlauben und eine einfache Drahtbefestigung ermöglichen soll.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer Drahtstütze gelöst, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Stange an einem Ende eine Befestigungsschelle und am anderen Ende ein über die Stange teleskopartig verschiebbares Isolierrohr aufweist, wobei das Isolierrohr an seinem freien Ende eine Einkerbung und auf seinem anderen Ende einen Stellring besitzt.
- Mit dem teleskopartig verschiebbaren Isolierrohr kann die Stützenlänge den jeweiligen Erfordernissen angepaßt werden. Die Einkerbung im Isolierrohr erlaubt eine einfache Aufnahme des abzustützenden Drahtes. Damit bei Verwendung eines isolierten Drahtes die Isolation nicht durch die Auflagekanten in der Einkerbung beschädigt werden kann, können in vorteilhafter Weise die Auflagekanten nach außen hin abgerundet sein.
- Soll ein Herausspringen oder bewußteshochheben des gestützten Drahtes aus der Einkerbung verhindert werden, so kann in einer Weiterbildung der Neuerung senkrecht zur Einkerbung des Isolierrohrs eine Bohrung vorgesehen sein. Befindet sich der Draht in der Einkerbung, so kann ein Spreitzniet oder dergleichen durch die Bohrung gesteckt werden. Dabei kann die Bohrung so angeordnet sein, daß der Draht in der Einkerbung zwischen den Auflagekanten der Einkerbung und dem Spreitzniet ein geringes Spiel hat und somit längsbeweglich bleibt.
- Um das Isolierrohr auf der Stange in einer entsprechenden Position zu arretieren, kann der am Isolierrohr angeordnete Stellring zweckmäßigerweise einen einstellbaren Gewindestift aufweisen.
- Anhand der Zeichnung wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert.
- Es zeigen
- Fig. 1 bis 3 eine Drahtstütze in drei verschiedenen Ansichten und
- Fig. 4 eine Anordnung von Drahtstützen an einem Schutzzaun.
- Die in Fig.1 dargestellte Drahtstütze 1 weist eine Stange 3 auf, an deren einem Ende eine Befestigungsschelle 2 angeordnet ist. Mit dieser Befestigungsschelle 2 kann die Drahtstütze 1 beispielsweise an einem hier nicht gezeigten Mast eines Zaunes befestigt werden. Über das freie Ende der Stange 3 ist teleskopartig verschiebbar das Isolierrohr 4 mit einem Stellring 5 angeordnet. Der Stellring 5 besitzt senkrecht zur Längsachse des Isolierrohres 4 eine Arretierschraube 5a. Das Isolierrohr 4 weist an seinem freien Ende eine Einkerbung 4a auf. In diese Einkerbung 4a kann der Draht gelegt werden. Die Einkerbung 4a besitzt an seinen Auflagekanten 4b für den Draht nach außen hin Abrundungen. Damit soll eine Beschädigung der Drahtisolation vermieden werden. Am Isolierrohr 4 ist senkrecht zur Einkerbung 4a eine durch das Isolierrohr gehende Bohrung 4c angebracht. In diese Bohrung 4c kann beispielsweise ein Spreitzniet eingesteckt werden.
- Die Drahtstütze 1 gemäß Fig.1 in Seitenansicht ist in Fig.2 von vorne gesehen dargestellt. Dabei sieht man auch die Einkerbung 4a des Isolierrohres 4. Die senkrecht zur Einkerbung durch das Isolierrohr führende Bohrung 4d ist gestrichelt dargestellt. Ein Teil des Isolierrohres 4 der Drahtstütze 1 ist in Fig.3 von oben her gesehen gezeigt. Das Isolierrohr 4 ist an seinem freien Ende mit der Einkerbung 4a versehen. Senkrecht dazu verläuft die Bohrung 4c durch das Isolierrohr 4. Die Auflagekanten 4b in der Einkerbung 4a sind nach außen hin abgerundet, wie in Fig.3 und Fig.1 dargestellt.
- In Fig.4 sind Drahtstützen 1 gezeigt, die beispielsweise für einen kapazitiven Schutzzaun verwendet werden. Am Zaunmast 6 ist mit einem Isolator 8 ein gespannter Draht 17 befestigt. Soll der Draht 17 zu einer am Mast befestigten Anschlußdose 9 geführt werden, so kann der Anschlußdraht 7 über eine Drahtstütze 1 geführt und daran abgestützt werden, ohne daß bei Längenänderung des gespannten Drahtes 17 auch die Länge des Anschlußdrahtes-7 verändert wird. Zu diesem Zweck kann über dem Draht 17 und den Isolator 8 parallel dazu in einem bestimmten Abstand die Drahtstütze am Mast 6 montiert werden. Beispielsweise kann die Befestigung mit Rohrschellen 2 an einem runden Mast erfolgen. Der Anschluß- `draht 7 ist vom Isolator 8 senkrecht nach oben zur Stütze 1 und von da schräg zur Anschlußdose 9 geführt. Dabei läßt sich die Drahtstütze 1 auf die notwendige Länge verstellen und arretieren, so daß der Anschlußdraht 7 in der Einkerbung 4a des Isolierrohres 4 liegt und abgestützt wird.
- Zur Abstützung des verhältnismäßig dicht über dem Boden gespannten Drahtes 17 können die gleichen Drahtstützen 1 verwendet werden (Fig.4). Diese müssen auf dem Boden befestigt werden. Hierbei ist das Isolierrohr 4 bis zur Befestigungsschelle 2 über die Stange 3 geschoben, um eine kurze Drahtstütze 1 zu erhalten. Der Draht 17 liegt in der Einkerbung 4a des Isolierrohres 4. Um ein Herausheben des Drahtes 17 zu verhindern, kann durch die Bohrung 4c des Isolierrohres 4 ein Spreitzniet oder ähnliches gesteckt werden.
Claims (4)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (3) an einem Ende eine Befestigungsschelle (2) und am anderen Ende ein über die Stange (3) teleskopartig verschiebbares Isolierrohr (4) aufweist, wobei das Isolierrohr (4) an seinem freien Ende eine Einkerbung (4a) und auf seinem anderen Ende einen Stellring (5) besitzt.
